3	Hekiru Shiina (born March 12, 1974) is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Tokyo. Beginning her career in 1991, she initiated the third voice actor boom along with Music/MegumiHayashibara and Creator/MarikoKouda. Shiina is perhaps best remembered for starring as Hikaru Shidou in the ''Manga/MagicKnightRayearth'' series.

5	While she kind of vanished at the TurnOfTheMillennium, she slowly made her return as a recurring character in the third season of ''Anime/HellGirl'' and later as [[CuteGhostGirl Yuyuko Saigyouji]] in the fangame-lovechild of ''Franchise/TouhouProject'' and ''Franchise/{{Castlevania}} -- VideoGame/KoumajouDensetsu''. This is eventually topped during UsefulNotes/TheNewTens in ''VisualNovel/DanganronpaTriggerHappyHavoc'' and its anime adaptation where she [[PlayingAgainstType plays someone on the opposite spectrum of]] Hikaru: [[ManipulativeBitch Celestia Ludenberg]], quite possibly her second most known role (or the first for modern watchers).
