3	Tarusuke Shingaki (新垣樽助, Shingaki Tarusuke) is a Japanese voice actor who hails from Okinawa. He has a rather deep voice and tends to voice jerks (often with [[JerkWithAHeartOfGold hearts of gold]] or ''incredibly'' {{dark and troubled past}}s), with the occasional NiceGuy in between.
