3	A BlackComedy/Prison story by the short-lived DC Focus imprint. Junior High Student Ethan Harrow and his best friend conduct a fake school shooting as a prank, only for Ethan to discover, too late, that his friend doesn't intend it as just a prank. Ethan accidentally kills his friend with dormant telekinetic abilities while trying to stop him. Sentenced to fifty years to life in a maximum security prison, Ethan tries to survive, while discovering more about his powers, and making both friends and enemies on the inside.

12	* CrusadingLawyer: Julius and Truth Rosenberg, a pair of these portrayed in a bad light — as the Distant Finale reveals, they were only interested in Ethan's hot-button case as a way to grab headlines. The second they thought associating with Ethan might reflect badly on them, they abandoned him.
13	* DistantFinale: The final issue takes place during Ethan's parole hearing and recounts the fates of his fellow prisoners.

The series was cancelled right in the middle of a storyline (and on a cliffhanger, no less), but the writers were given one more issue to wrap things up with.
