11	* ArmedWithCanon: During the time Daken and Bullseye were members of the ComicBook/DarkAvengers, Daniel Way and Majorie Liu, writers of Daken's ongoing series ''ComicBook/DarkWolverine'', tried to establish some sort of rivalry with a lot of sexual tension between the two, with Daken using his powers to manipulate Lester's emotions ForTheEvulz. Other writers decided to ignore it and wrote them as good friends with no rivaly or sexual tension whatsoever.
12	* AffirmativeActionLegacy: While not intended to replace the original ComicBook/{{Wolverine}} (who remained active), Daken operated with the ComicBook/DarkAvengers using the name Wolverine, and is half-Japanese and bisexual.

The book was cancelled before this fight could occur and Daken never brings it up again in any of his appearances.

He was kicked out after the Steins caught him literally hovering over Chase's bed while the boy slept, though apparently he never actually molested Chase.
