In his case, it is a bit justified since Ginga is an alien and thus has power far surpassing that of a human being. The riders only defeat him by attacking him after he has been weakened by darkness and even then, he seems to survive and just chooses to leave.
196	* WellIntentionedExtremist: It is implied through his dialogue before being temporally crystallized under a shade that his intention is to stop Another Kiva. Or maybe the real Kiva. It's not particularly clear.
