! Alaskan Base Officer
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/alaskan_base_officer.png]]
->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/YutakaAoyama (Japanese)
The unnamed-in-canon commander of the Faith Organization assault on the Legitimacy Kingdom's position in Alaska in the first episode.

* InsaneAdmiral: A commanding officer who revels in seeing his enemies not only defeated but crushed and humiliated.
* NoNameGiven: It's rather impressive that somebody who's name isn't even known can be such a psycho.
%%* OneShotCharacter: Gets shot dead by Frolaytia in his only episode.
* PsychoSupporter: Despite his rank, the commander is still working in service of his country's Elite.
* SociopathicSoldier: Well, let's see: he refuses to accept the 37th's surrender of the territory and bombards their base as they evacuate, his troops try to gang-rape Milinda, and after he captures our heroes he [[ToThePain describes how he's going to kill them all very painfully]].
* SoreLoser: He takes the destruction of the Prometheus (a.k.a. Water Strider) poorly, not only refusing to surrender, but also attempts to shoot Havia, Milinda, and Qwenthur when they try to escape.
%%* SmugSnake: Mocks Qwenthur when he destroys a turbine in the Water Strider, saying it's not enough to destroy the Object. But finds out bit too late that Qwenthur removed the turbine's monitoring system in order to make the self-destruct system activate.
* StarterVillain: The first major enemy our protagonists face, and one of the nastiest.

! Ramil Scofflaw
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ramil_scofflaw.jpg]]

* WellIntentionedExtremist: She and the rest of the Athletica want to restore the Olympics to their original state. Given that the Technopics are little more than a political and economic dog-and-pony show where athletes are in constant danger of assassination and destroying their bodies with doping and cheating devices, this is a noble goal. The problem is they want to start by arranging the massacre of millions of civilians and don't care that's likely to trigger a global war.

! Iris Aggravation

! Skuld Silent-Third
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/skuld_silentthird.jpg]]
The youngest of three sisters who pilot the Faith Organization Object Trinity Style in the EX volume. Captured by the Legitimacy Kingdom 37th when her Object played dead, Skuld intended to use her captors as a means to escape into a safe country and indulge in her hobby: Mass murder.

* AtLeastIAdmitIt: Skuld pities her sisters because she believes they are just as insane as her but have deluded themselves into being "proper monsters".
* AxCrazy: Skuld views killing as a hobby and wants to do it in a manner that most lets her savor the feeling of her victims dying.
-->'''Skuld''': ''[while strangling Qwenthur]'' I will indulge in my hobby. I will bathe in blood and death. No life could be more fulfilling!
* CruelMercy: Rather than killing or imprisoning her, Skuld is drugged so heavily she's borderline comatose. While in this state, the Faith Organization's scientists can perform exploratory surgery on her body.
* CuteAndPsycho: She seems like a relatively innocent and cooperative Elite. In fact she is a completely amoral and utterly insane serial killer who preys on not only her enemy and civilians but also her own comrades.
* DefeatMeansRespect: Following her loss to Qwenthur, she became obsessed with him and began to think of him as her "teacher".
* EvilFeelsGood: Skuld is absolutely ''ecstatic'' when contemplating killing, to the point that it seems she's on drugs. The fact that Skuld sees the world in psychedelic colors while getting ready to kill only supports this parallel.
* EvilIsPetty: When her sisters captured Qwenthur for interrogation, Skuld was pissed that they took away her "meal". During the following battle she eagerly takes the chance to seize and destroy the Trinity Style as revenge.
* TheFool: A dark version of this trope. She never plans and has no long-term goals aside from killing, but always manages to find a way out of any situation.
* GirlishPigtails: Usually wears her long blonde hair in twin tails. She avoids capture by Faith soldiers in part by changing her hairstyle.
* GreenAndMean: Wears a green bodysuit and happens to be a serial killer.
* IndyPloy: Doesn't plan anything in advance, she merely takes any opportunity she sees to kill. Her skill at doing so leads to others mistakenly thinking she has some grand plan.
* MadBomber: After her defeat by Qwenthur, Skuld tries to imitate him and discovers she loves using bombs.
* ManiacTongue: Pictured with her tongue hanging out when she steals the Trinity Style and later licking her lips when she's getting ready to kill Qwenthur with a speargun.
* SerialKiller: A prolific one with a worrying habit of inspiring copycats. She has a preference in targets, namely androgynous guys, and prefers to strangle them when possible.
* SlasherSmile: Dons one of these once her true character is exposed.
* SociopathicSoldier: As an Elite she has no qualms about gunning down enemy soldiers, her soldiers, aid workers, or even flat-out civilians. The only reason she dislikes being an Elite is that it doesn't feel as good as using her own hands.
* TeamKiller: While serving as an Elite Skuld would often target one of the maintenance workers and kill him without the rest of the unit noticing. In Volume 15 she went so far as to slaughter a large portion of the unit she was attached to and destroyed their Object.
* ThemeNaming: She and her sisters are named after the Nords in Norse mythology.
* TradingBarsForStripes: At the end of Volume 14 the Faith Organization approves the release of Skuld Silent-Third to pilot an Object for the coming conflict. This is despite them fully understanding she is an insane serial killer.
* TrickBomb: Using a metal case to shape and direct the blast, Skuld turned a plastic explosive into a handheld plasma torch.
* TroublingUnchildlikeBehavior: While in elementary school, she apparently tortured the school's pet rabbits, attacked two other people, and ''burned down'' four houses belonging to other students or teachers. She's also noticed to behave in a manner that is far more sexual than expected of her age.
* VillainsNeverLie: Everything she says during interrogation is true to some extent, especially the fact that her sisters will kill her. What she's leaving out is that they will kill Skuld to make sure she doesn't go on a killing spree in a safe country.
* VillainWithGoodPublicity: Between Skuld killing anyone who gets too close to the truth and the Faith Organization covering up any signs of her hobby and true personality, Skuld is believed to be a benevolent, holy figure by her nation.
* WeaknessTurnsHerOn: She greatly prefers killing androgynous guys, which is why she fixated on Qwenthur.

! Verdandi Silent-Third
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ho_ex_04_005_copy_2.jpg]]

! Urd Silent-Third
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ho_ex_04_005_copy.jpg]]

! Sarasa Gleamshifter
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sarasa_gleamshifter.png]]
A member of the Organization's Valkyrie Unit.

! Maria & Rachel
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/heavyobjectfull_1112927_copy.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:350:[[note]]If there's a problem, we can't tell who's who.[[/note]]]]
Two women on Sarasa's team.

* BraidsOfAction: The one on the right.

! Putana Highball
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/putana_highball.jpg]]
The Religious Organization elite during the Lost Angels arc.

* AmbiguouslyBrown: Though her ethnicity is not mentioned, the illustrations show she's very dark skinned.
* BadassBiker: She can do rather impressive things with a motor cycle. She even managed a photo-finish race with the Legitimacy kingdom's top Intel operative who is FamedInStory at being a complete expert.
* DisabilitySuperpower: She is scared of being looked at. She can even sense which cameras are active or disabled.
* TheGunslinger: She's an expert in firearms, specifically pistols.
* LimitedWardrobe: She continues to wear her Elite uniform even months after losing her Object and joining the Legitimacy Kingdom.
* MyCountryRightOrWrong: At first, then she saw the antics of "Fly Away" and was utterly disgusted. She then helped Frolaytia's group fight a ''second'' Faith Organization Object that was affiliated with the Lost Angels arc BigBad.
* TheOnlyOneAllowedToDefeatYou: So much so, that she actually saves Qwenthur's life, so she can kill him herself later, [[{{Tsundere}} or so she claims]].
* {{Revenge}}: Her primary motive in dealing with Qwenthur. She wants to kill him [[spoiler: because he's the one who came up with the plan to steal her Object, with her inside!]]
* {{Tsundere}}: Lampshaded. Qwenthur openly calls her one after she saved his life.
* VillainousRescue: This is how she sees being rescued by the Legitimacy Kingdom's Intelligence Division.
* YouHaveFailedMe: From her own country. Because her own army failed to properly secure her and her Object, she was nearly executed.

! Robert Mistnail

The Elite of the First Generation Object Cronus.

* TheAce: Perhaps the most experienced and skilled Elite seen to date, capable of easily outfighting any other Elite in spite of his outdated model.
* BloodKnight: Robert is constantly seeking a good fight against other Elites, even switching sides mid-conflict to get one.
* DeathSeeker: His greatest desire is to die at the hands of a genius Elite whose potential is greater than his own. He links this to his Object's name in that Cronus only gained value in his legend in being defeated by Zeus.
* MilitaryMaverick: Qwenthur suspects his superiors just let him do what he pleases and count the victories afterwards.
