This covers the many antagonists of the various story events and {{Crossover}} collaborations. For antagonists introduced in the main story, see the [[Characters/GranblueFantasyAntagonists Antagonists]] page.

Due to the anniversary events being closely related to the main story, their entries are found in the [[Characters/GranblueFantasyAntagonists Antagonists]] page.

! One-Off Antagonists
Covers antagonists from one-off story events, the villain of the week that aren't referenced again, and summer event antagonists.
----
[[folder: Shared Tropes]]
* MonsterOfTheWeek: Once their respective events are over, they are never dealt with again in other story arcs. Although some of them may be [[CallBack mentioned or referenced]], especially if the initial event that featured them later got sequels or continuations.
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Phoenix]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/phoenix_73.png]]

A primal beast who was released by Sturm and Drang to spread chaos. He serves as the main antagonist of the event, "Festival of Falling Flame".
----
* TheBusCameBack: After being absent from much of the story for nearly a decade, it makes a return and gets expanded on in the 10th year anniversary event, "The Heart of the Sun".
* EarlyInstallmentWeirdness: Not just itself but the event as a whole, being the very first event of the game. As such, Phoenix ended up being the least explored of the primals and had [[ForTheEvulz no motivation for its evil deeds other than wanton destruction]]. Until "The Heart of the Sun", the 10th year anniversary event.
* EvilKnockoff: The "Heart of the Sun" reveals that the Phoenix that showed up in "Festival of Falling Flame" is the Astrals attempt to copy after the ''actual'' Phoenix that shows up in "Heart of the Sun". Additionally, the "Festival of Falling Flame" version of the Phoenix doesn't have the same abilities as the actual thing, making him a poor copy of the real deal who debutted in "Heart of the Sun".
* FlatCharacter: Phoenix does not have an elaborated backstory nor defining characteristics compared to the rest of the event antagonists listed on this page, it merely exists for unleashing chaos at the casino after being summoned by Sturm and Drang. It doesn't help that "Festival of the Falling Flame" is the first story event of ''Granblue'', while also having only four short chapters... at least, until "The Heart of the Sun" implies that there's actually more to this Primal beast. It's later revealed in "The Heart of the Sun" that the Phoenix of that event is a ''copy'' of the real thing that the Astrals created.

[[folder: Midgardsormr]]
[[quoteright:640:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/summon_b_2040018000.png]]

A giant, serpentine primal beast curled around a mountain on a remote forested island. The antagonist of Song of Serpent Island
----
* ArtisticLicenceBiology: There's no way this creature's jaw should be able to close without its lower teeth piercing the roof of its mouth.
* DishingOutDirt: Is an earth elemental
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Goblin King]]
[[quoteright:960:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/npc_zoom_3990150000_01.png]]

He is the leader of the goblin faction Lucius, Teena, and Feena were hired to defeat, and the main antagonist of The Sleeping Island Giant.
----
* {{Hypocrite}}: Wants {{Revenge}} for humans exterminating his "children" the goblins, when he was the one who started the conflict.
* NotSoDifferentRemark: Tries this on Lucius. It doesn't work, and only serves to enrage him further
* WasOnceAMan: He was once a prince of the Menean Empire. He then got turned into a goblin by a demon in his dreams, and is the progenitor of goblins in the skies.
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Poseidon]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/poseidon_npc_7.png]]

A primal that views himself as a god and first appeared in the event "Blade of the Young Champion". He seeks revenge against Juri and his entire island for the sins of his father.
----
-->See the Characters/GranblueFantasyPrimalCharacters page for more information.

[[folder: Clayus]]
!!!Voiced by: Creator/TakanoriHoshino
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/clayus_npc.png]]

A sadistic erune from Sidheros Island, working for the mafia for his own ends. He is the antagonist of the event, "The Inner Light".
----
* BigBadWannabe: [[spoiler:He steals the final jewel needed to unseal Avaritia's full power, but while he sought to control it for himself, the primal beast merely ignores his orders and unleashed chaos by itself, knocking him out in the process.]]
* ChronicBackstabbingDisorder: He was responsible for a lot of things. He
** [[spoiler:Rats out the same group of kids Mary was a part of before she fled the island]].
** Warns Galthazar of the incoming "roundup", [[spoiler:only to personally deliver the soldiers to their hideout]].
** Kills one of the guards he's working with who obtained the jewel [[spoiler:needed to unlock Avaritia's full power]].
* DoubleAgent: He's both working for the Epice Trading Federation and for Galthazar. Ultimately subverted as he's really in it only for himself.
* EvilIsNotAToy: [[spoiler:He thinks that gathering Avarita's jewels gives him the right to harness her power. He does get to rampage for a bit, but Avarita tosses him aside shortly after taking her jewels from him and using their power to fully manifest. He starts throwing a rabid tantrum in the few seconds between getting hit and being knocked out.]]
* {{Greed}}: His main motivation, apart from [[EvilIsPetty petty revenge]].
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: His movements caused the rubble to collapse on him, the rubble of which he created upon releasing the primal beast.
* NiceJobFixingItVillain:
** His role in [[spoiler:betraying Mary forced her to flee with a stolen jewel]]. Without it, [[spoiler:Avaritia remained dormant for many years until Mary returned]]. Releasing the primal beast also alerted the higher ups, who have sworn to fix the management and infrastructure, hopefully making it better for everyone in Sidheros Island.
** He was also responsible for [[spoiler:snapping Galthazar out of his madness by forcing him to kill Syr with his own hands. This forced Altos to retaliate, getting stabbed by Clayus in the process. Although Galthazar hurt Syr, upon seeing the injured Altos, Galthazar ultimately sided with his love of his family over his greed of jewels, renouncing Avaritia completely]].
* NoodleIncident: Supposedly wanted revenge over those who made fun and looked down upon him, although we never really get to see any evidence of it at all in the story. [[spoiler:It’s also hinted that he has no sense of self-worth however, so it’s entirely possible that he’s trying to get back at people in the most vicious possible ways for sleights against him that he’s only assumed happened, all behind his back.]]
* ObviouslyEvil: As if his [[BlackEyesOfCrazy his black eyes]] didn't tip you off already.
* PsychoKnifeNut: He's a sadist, and knives are hi weapon of choice. Stabs the guard and [[spoiler:Altos]] with it.
* {{Sadist}}: Torments Syr with the information that the soldiers are about to do a mass roundup just to revel over the kid's anguished face, while [[{{Troll}} witholding the fact that he told Galthazar about it]].
* TheSociopath: Even the mafia knows how dangerous he is.
* TheUnfought: The fight goes to the primal beast he released instead.
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Avaritia]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/600px_avaritia.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:The Primal Beast of Avarice]]

The Primal Beast of Avarice and the main driving force of [[spoiler:Galthazar's madness]]. It is the main antagonist of "The Inner Light" event.
----
* BrainwashedAndCrazy: Inflicts this on [[spoiler:Galthazar]], albeit oddly enough, only regarding jewels.
* {{Greed}}: It is Avarice itself.
* NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast: Especially when a primal beast named after one of the seven deadly sins is out to unleash chaos to the world.
* SealedEvilInACan: It is normally sealed in a large gemstone, while its power fragments are sealed in various other jewels. It manages to find an outlet through [[spoiler:Galthazar]].
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Veselago]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/veselago.png]]

A mysterious beast washed ashore and hatched inside Medvecia Island. It is the antagonist of the "Fall of the Dragon" event.
----
* ChainedByFashion: Its limbs are bound as it is kept inside the castle.
* TheDogBitesBack: Vampires merely thought it was just a stray beast that hatched from a crimson egg, so they decided to lock it inside Medvecia Castle as it is technically an outsider of the island. [[LittleDidIKnow Little did they know]], Veselago is a primal beast with an agenda of its own.
* LightIsNotGood: Sure, it can shine bright as a floodlight, but this is merely a part of its darker powers.
* MadnessMantra: Veselago and its summoned doppelgangers scream "More soldiers!" or a variant of it, as they try to re-enact the War wherein their Astral masters lost.
* ManipulativeBastard: By making clones of other characters, it can eventually FrameUp the innocent, to the point where it almost drove the vampires to panic and impose death penalty on each other.
* MasterOfIllusion: Brings forth Shadow Doppelgangers of those who are shone by its [[LightIsNotGood light]].
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Skadi]]
Skadi is the anger and hatred shed by Scathacha, then known as Deirdre, which had manifested a physical form. It serves as the primary antagonist of the event "Hero's Return".

It later re-appears, seemingly revived in the 5★ Episode of Seruel, with the Irestill Knights and Scathacha teaming up once again to defeat Skadi.
----
* DeadPersonImpersonation: Takes the appearance of the deceased King Connor just to mock and break Seruel, lying about how the king hated him as a son.
* GrandTheftMe: As Scathacha was coming close to getting a new body in the final chapter, Skadi was drawn to it and attempted to steal it for itself, even when Scathacha's core was already inside it.
* PaintItBlack: Unlike Deirdre's other bodies which are white, Skadi is colored black.
* {{Wrath}}: The physical manifestation of Deirdre's anger.
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Sanza]]
!!!Voiced by: Creator/MasuoAmada
[[quoteright:960:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/npc_zoom_3990378000_01.png]]

The captain of a research vessel funded by the Epice Trading Federation for the purposes of fishing and investigating the glaciers of North Vast. A shrewd and cunning man with an eye for gold who uses harsh discipline to keep his crew in line. The antagonist of THE FREEZE.
----
* BadBoss: An outright cruel captain who puts his crew through deadly work conditions in frigid waters, and beats on them via his senior officers.
* CatharsisFactor: [[spoiler: After the boss fight against him, Soriz punches Sanza in the mouth and leaves him with broken teeth. After five chapters of putting up with this captain's crap, it's well earned.]]
* EvilOldFolks
* GoodSmokingEvilSmoking: Smokes a pipe.
* {{Greed}}: His primary motivation. [[spoiler: It's shown by the end that Sanza pocketed virtually all of the profits from the expedition, despite being out at sea for over a month and leaving the crew starving.]]
* HateSink: Considering the crew spends almost the entirety of THE FREEZE suffering under Sanza, it's hard not to see him as this.
* KickTheDog: The entire story of THE FREEZE boils down to him and his crew doing this to the main crew. Of special mention is [[spoiler: him forcing Joel to swim in the icy waters in order to cheat at a game of his own design.]]
* TheMutiny: Once Sanza [[spoiler: nearly freezes Joel to death and bends the rules of his own games on a whim, Soriz whips up a mutiny against him. The crew finally reaching the goal to pay back their debt helped too.]]
* {{Sadist}}: Loves to torment his crew with various HopeSpot situations, only to move the goalposts later.
* WouldHitAGirl: Even Lyria isn't immune to his cruelty.
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Maddie]]
!!!Voiced by: Creator/HisaoEgawa
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/maddie_npc.png]]

A sky racer who was formerly the champion until Meteon's debut. He is the antagonist of the event "Platinum Sky".
----
* BadassLongcoat: His outfit is one, with pauldrons and loose belts in it as well.
* ItsPersonal: Has a huge grudge on Meteon for winning against him.
* OneWingedAngel: [[spoiler:During the final chapter, he goes over the limit of his transformed vehicle form and turns into Maddie Blast Form]].
* PunchClockVillain: Well somewhat. His only interest in joining the race is revenge against Meteon. Even if he does go to the underworld to achieve it.
* YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness: [[spoiler:After he has a falling out with the officials responsible for fixing the race, he's rigged to go berserk and then [[WhyAmITicking explode]], one powerful enough to wipe out everyone if he makes it to the finish line.]]
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Vyrn?]]
!!! Voiced by: Creator/RieKugimiya
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/vyrn_bb_npc.png]]

Another Vyrn from an alternate universe. He serves as the main antagonist of the AprilFoolsDay event in 2017, titled "Big Bad Shadow" and its reruns in the succeeding years.
----
* BadassBoast: He certainly gloats on his strength and the "puny" attempts of the characters fighting him as long as Katalina? is not in sight. One of his menu quotes in the 2018 re-run even has this gem:
--> Anyone among you who has a death wish? Please form a line...
* ButtMonkey: Ironically, despite his strength, he can't deal with anything whenever he's not in control, as the Bobobo collab and the following year prove (more the former than the latter, though it's there on the 2022 event). The Hello Kitty collab also follows this trend, though is more because his plans to fight the crew that year get interrupted and demolished by the Sanrio crew.
* ChekhovsGunman: [[spoiler: Rosamia]] turns out to be instrumental in his defeat, as [[spoiler: her inability to keep her thoughts to herself makes her say some very mean things]] to "Jin?", who gets so fired up by this that he fights "Vyrn?" to a standstill.
* CuteIsEvil: A malevolent version of Vyrn.
* {{Determinator}}: Refuses to give up even when beaten, which makes him unleash a powerful shockwave that rocks the Grandcypher and sends the crew flying into its wooden planks.
---> '''Ferry?''': ''Ngh ... Is everyone alright?''\
'''Narration''': ''[[HelloInsertNameHere Captain]] says no.''
* DidntThinkThisThrough: While he tries use Hello Kitty's 50th anniversary as bait to draw the crew in for a fight, he completely underestimates how cute the Sanrio characters are and [[CutenessOverload the effects they have on the crew]], leaving him standing around doing nothing beside telling others to not give in.
* DoomyDoomsOfDoom: The names of his three Charge Attacks; Laser Beam, Ragnarok Blast, and Spirit Bomb all end in "of Doom".
* HeelFaceDoorSlam: At the end of the Hello Kitty collab, he was this close to stopping the convoluted plans and fights, and just strive to make the world a better place... And then Katalina? appears to drag him back to his world, with him screaming all the way.
* MarathonBoss: He has the highest HP on his debut in-game, beating out even the Impossible version of Proto Bahamut. Beating him has taken even dedicated high level players over an hour.
* MotiveDecay: At the end of the Hello Kitty collab, he questions his own BloodKnight tendencies and why he has to prove his own strength every April Fools. He eventually remembers why once Katalina? drags him back to his world.
* NoSell: He simply shrugs off the Charge Attacks of Katalina, Jin, Ferry, Rosamia, and Vania during the event's prologue cutscene.
* SuperMode: His first super form in-battle is "Macho Vyrn" where he becomes [[HeroicBuild bulkier, larger and muscular]], where he fights using his fists and several attacks [[ShoutOut inspired]] by ''Franchise/DragonBall''. 2019 included a new difficulty where he can also switch into his "Speed Form" mid-fight, which makes him slender and faster. That said, Vyrn? implies in 2022 he needs to grow stronger, as players have managed to defeat his super modes easier and easier each year, so it might not be his final form...
* TheUnfought: [[StoryAndGameplaySegregation Story-wise]], played with in the Hello Kitty collab. The first chapter ends with him masquerading as Hello Kitty, leading to what seems to be a standard boss fight for the collab. However, later chapters reveal that the crew are too enamored with the Sanrio characters to fight him, much to his chagrin, and Hello Kitty was rescued very mundanely by Hangyodon simply unlocking the door she was trapped in.
* WeaksauceWeakness:
** In an event battle, Katalina?'s charge attack instantly knocks him out as her iron grip is the only thing that can truly subdue him.
** He can't deal with complete insanity and randomness, the bread and butter of Bobobo, which ends up being a pain in his ass all during the event.
** He's also way too much of a BloodKnight, which means that situations like the Hello Kitty collab, where people just don't want to fight due to the cuteness of the characters, causes him severe discomfort. Even trying to butt in doesn't even get their attention.
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Baldir]]
!!! Voiced by: Eiji Takeuchi.
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/baldir_npc.png]]

A man who once came from the same village as Ezecrain. He serves as the antagonist and driving force of the event of "Violet Violence".
----
* AllTheOtherReindeer: His lack of magical affinity with the amethyst left him feeling left out from everyone else, even Ezecrain and as he is singled out for it, it left a psychological scar and eventually led him to conduct forbidden research about the crystals.
* BodySurf: When he was killed in the village conflict, his consciousness transferred into the crystal of beginnings. Later, he attempts to control Salria for himself, due to her connection to the crystal.
* ChainPain: Like Ezecrain, his weapons are chains with razor tips.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: When it seemed like Ezecrain threw his chains at Salria, he immediately escaped back into the Crystal of Beginnings. However, he didn't realize Ezecrain already intended to destroy the crystal itself and thus killing him as well.
* KilledOffForReal: He is one of the few antagonist to actually die.
* PosthumousCharacter: Introduced in Ezecrain's flashback as one of the villagers who died. [[SubvertedTrope Apparently]], [[BodySurf this was actually not the case]].
* UnwittingPawn: [[spoiler:Event Ezecrain's second fate episode reveals that it's quite possible that an entity known as the Foe was pulling the strings and influenced Baldir into starting a war. The crew later finds some evidence which could support this claim.]]

[[folder: Al-Khalid]]
!!! Voiced by: Tomoyuki Shimura
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/al_khalid_npc.png]]

A Harvin who is well known as a trader and also a martial artist. He serves as the antagonist of the event, "A Thousand Reasons".
----
* AmplifierArtifact: [[spoiler:Al-Khalid uses a device attached to his neck which amplifies the physical strength of his body. Combined with his martial arts expertise, the device makes him a formidable foe in close-ranged combat. Near the ending of the event, Randall and Feather managed to land a sneak attack on his back, destroying the amplifier]].
* AntiVillain: He simply wishes to have Harvins be acknowledged on being capable of other things than their smarts even if it meant having to resort to under-handed means. [[spoiler:Such as kidnapping Sierokarte so he'd be the benefactor and organizer of the tournament]].
* CutLexLuthorACheck: [[spoiler:After being defeated, he realizes that he can use the body-enhancing tech he used to cheat in the tournament, for medical purposes instead and thus be properly hailed as a hero]].
* {{Deconstruction}}: Of the Harvin as the LittlePeople race. He wanted to be a master martial artist just like the hero in his childhood stories, but his short stature severely handicaps him against all the larger races.
* {{Expy}}: He's essentially [[Videogame/StreetFighterV Rashid]] as a [[LittlePeople Harvin]].
* FantasticRacism: Suffers from it in the past. As his goal to master martial arts are looked down on by many simply because he's a Harvin.
* FinalBoss: Of the Grandsky Rumble solo challenge in "A Thousand Reasons". He shares this title with Ghandagoza and Seox. He also zigzags this with Ghandagoza in the event proper: he's the actual final boss of the story proper, but the impossible raid has the crew fight Ghandagoza instead.
* HardWorkHardlyWorks: He tried to master martial arts with honest efforts, but his size proved to be an insurmountable handicap. [[spoiler:His body nearly broke due to it, leading him to accept getting a spinal implant to surpass his limitations.]]
* InTheHood: His white robe also doubles as a hood.
* SquareRaceRoundClass: His goal is to avert this by mastering martial arts despite the severe handicaps of his size. He acknowledges that while individuals like Charlotta prove that Harvins are capable of being great warriors, he wants to prove that they are just as capable in unarmed combat.
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Archaic Gorilla]]

Not actually a gorilla, but a supplement-induced illusion from chugging the Handsome Gorilla Triple Attack supplement. He's a representation of an elder Harvin with a reputable position in the artist board of Sphiria Kingdom, where a fair for [[{{Main/Doujinshi}} illustrated storybooks]] is held. He's the antagonist of the event, "Handsome Gorilla".
----
* AntiVillain: The elder Harvin isn't exactly evil. He's just close-minded enough to pose a problem for the fair.
* GracefulLoser: [[spoiler:After the [=Ctk4Life=] circle defeated him in a passionate debate, he relents from his decision to forcibly cancel the fair. He even warned Lunalu that there will be others like him in the future, though not without encouraging her so that she can defend her views in the future]].
* MundaneMadeAwesome: His boss fight is merely a ''fierce debate''. Him turning into a gorilla is just a one-sided side effect on Lunalu's side from drinking the Handsome Gorilla Triple Attack supplement.
* NewMediaAreEvil: Has this view regarding illustrated storybooks. Sierokarte retorts that even traditional novels were viewed this way when it first appeared.
* ScrewTheRulesIHaveConnections: He tries to strongarm his decision to cancel the fair because he has connections to the king of Sphiria. Problem is, he makes this argument against ''Sierokarte'', one of the most influential people on the skydom.
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Cockeyed Man]]

A goon hired by the radical faction of the Mining Association. He serves as the primary antagonist of the event, "Make Up and Go".
----
* DrillTank: He rides the Heavy-Duty Mining Excavator as the final boss of the event.
* TheGenericGuy: He looks just like the typical bandanna-wearing thugs you encounter in numerous quests, without any unique features to distinguish him.
* GetOutOfJailFreeCard: He managed to get out of prison after the attempted arson thanks to his faction leader. He wasn't so lucky the second time.
* TheHeavy: His boss in the Mining Association is the real BigBad, but he's the one who directly threatens the heroes and the foundry they're trying to establish.
* NoNameGiven: He's just known as the Cockeyed Man.
* NoOntologicalInertia: In the chapter 3 fight, if he is taken down, the goon he's with will also automatically be defeated regardless of his health.
* NotWhatISignedOnFor: On the recieving end of this from two of his lackeys. They're willing to threaten Dan into abandoning the foundry and extort him out of the foundry's funds, but once the Cockeyed Man decides to burn the foundry anyway ([[WouldHitAGirl with at least two young girls still inside]]) they decide to return the stolen money and get a more legit job somewhere else. [[spoiler:Later they end up coming back and end up cutting off their former boss's escape and get hired as the foundry's permanent bodyguards.]]

An outlaw responsible for killing Sevilbarra's sister. He serves as the antagonist of Sevilbarra's character arc and the event "Reflections of a White Clover".
----
* AxCrazy: Being possessed by the demon blade does that to one's sanity.
* TheHeavy: He drives the conflict of Sevilbarra and Krelkulkil's respective pursuits of revenge, but he wasn't the final boss.
* VillainousBSOD: Once he is defeated by Sevilbarra and the crew, he ends up a catatonic mess caused by the advanced corruption of the cursed blades. This leaves him wide open for Krelkulkil to slay him with no trouble at all.

----
* ChronicBackstabbingDisorder: The man has betrayed just about every person he has ever worked under.
* CoolHorse: Much like the real life Lu Bu, Luhua's steed is a massive red horse/primal beast named Red Hare whose fusion is called The Flying General.
* TheDreaded: His presence on the battlefield is more than enough to cause the soldiers of Sui to quiver in fear.
* {{Expy}}: He is very much a Granblue version of UsefulNotes/LuBu right down to their tendency to backstab every person they worked under, their status as a mighty and dreaded warrior by mere presence and name, possessing a CoolHorse named Red Hare, and falling in love with the WorldsMostBeautifulWoman.
* MoralityPet: Because of how much she resembles his dead sister, Shura's little sister, Renfa, becomes one to Luhua.

* {{Revenge}}: She seeks revenge against the Sky Realm for killing the Goblin King. This ceaseless lust for revenge is what ultimately spells the end for her.
* SexyDimorphism: Despite being a goblin, she is distinctly human looking and has a very attractive human design at that.
* UniquenessValue: In A Tale of Kindled Bonds, Lucius points out that her death will be a significant loss for the goblins due to her intelligence level and because female goblins are rare.

However, it reached its limit and rampaged in the town because it can no longer purify a large quantity of negativity [[spoiler:no thanks to [[UnwittingInstigatorOfDoom Wahid]] constantly wishing for Qawi's bloodline to be doomed]].
* ThePowerOfLove: What ultimately defeats it. [[spoiler:Since Tahar is filled with negativity and hatred at that point, Fazal suggests weakening it with the power of "true love" - by having the two pairs of Stan/Aliza and Attiyah/Tabina declare their respective romantic affections to each other while Tahar watches.]]

* BerserkButton: Has a lot, all of which [[spoiler:Attiyah]] unfortunately triggers.
** If you're a young man, don't make any romantic pursuits with Tabina nor associate yourself close to her. [[spoiler:He becomes too wary of Attiyah mentioning her name that Wahid had him secretly followed.]]
** Don't call him or his men "thieves".
** [[spoiler:The sun-shaped scar on a man's nape will remind Wahid of the person who killed his parents. Turns out, Attiyah has this and is blood-related to the killer!]]
* CycleOfRevenge: [[spoiler:Started this by killing the man who killed his parents. Then when Qawi swore vengeance to destroy Wahid's family and descendants, so does Wahid plan to kill Qawi's, believing the cycle would only end when he kills Qawi's final descendant. It ultimately stopped at Wahid's end when he forgave Attiyah at Tabina's request.]]
-->'''Wahid''': That's right... violence begets violence! If I don't finish you off, you'll have me killed sooner or later!
* DarkAndTroubledPast: [[spoiler:The death of his parents caused Wahid to seek [[RoaringRampageOfRevenge revenge]] against the man with a sun-shaped scar on his nape, [[SinsOfOurFathers including his ancestors]].]]
* EasilyForgiven: [[spoiler:Motivated by his love for Tabina, Attiyah forgave Wahid's wrongdoings in the end, believing that the right way to end a CycleOfRevenge is to forgive and love the opposition. Although shocked at first, Wahid accepted this and also expressed regret over his sins.]]
* KillAndReplace: [[spoiler:Killed Jalil and forced Qawi to flee. Without them, Wahid is able to rightfully re-acquire the leadership over the Ahabak.]]
* LostOrphanedRoyalty: [[spoiler:Wahid was supposed to be the direct successor of the Ahabak group ruled by his father. However, Jalil killed the leader to usurp the position ''while'' also adopting Wahid as an orphan and trying to appoint Qawi as the next leader. Wahid later claimed the position as the rightful heir after he accomplished the initial plans for his RoaringRampageOfRevenge.]]
* ManipulativeBastard: He proposed to control Eanid Kingdom by monopolizing their businesses and distribution channel. But this proposal was turned down by Jalil as he deemed it too abrasive over peaceful negotiations.
* MoodWhiplash: [[spoiler:His reactions, tone and the narration in Chapter 4 makes it as if Wahid deeply sympathizes with the death of Attiyah's parents. But quickly afterwards, Wahid lets out a burst of laughter, revealing that he is glad over someone's death.]]
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: [[spoiler:Felt guilty over his actions and ashamed that he planned to end a CycleOfRevenge by killing Attiyah when he could have just forgave and accepted him instead. Because of Wahid's actions, Tahar went on a rampage. Fortunately, the heroes are present to save the day.]]
* OrphansOrdeal: [[spoiler:After his parents were killed by a thief, Wahid was adopted under the care of Jalil. When Wahid later found out that it was Jalil who killed his parents, then came his RoaringRampageOfRevenge, which he initially kept in secret from them until the time comes.]]
* ParentalMarriageVeto: Any other men who make romantic advances to Tabina will be met with punishments from Wahid and his Ahabak underlings. [[spoiler:{{Subverted}} at the event's epilogue where he makes peace with Attiyah and allows the young man to pursue the romantic relationship with Tabina once more.]]

-->A flash of lightning\
Rises to the surface\
May the golden blade bring\
A fate so merciless\
To lives intertwined
* ProperlyParanoid: Another trigger that motivated Wahid in his RoaringRampageOfRevenge. [[spoiler:Since he failed to kill Qawi that night, he fears that Qawi would take vengeance on his family. In retaliation, Wahid would enact revenge on his rival's family. The event's epilogue justifies his paranoia due to TheReveal that Qawi is still alive and is indeed planning to target Wahid and everyone related to him.]]
* TheReveal: Following the aforementioned MoodWhiplash, [[spoiler:Wahid reveals that he has a deeply-rooted grudge towards Attiyah and his ancestors, namely {{Revenge}} for what transpired in Wahid's DarkAndTroubledPast.]]
* RoaringRampageOfRevenge: [[spoiler:Vows to kill Qawi, his family and descendants since his parents were killed by their ancestor. After all these years, Wahid had kept this goal, but was ultimately {{Subverted}} with Attiyah.]]
* SherlockScan: How did Wahid quickly became suspicious of Stan and Attiyah during their first encounter? [[spoiler:Well, Tabina's gearcycle is just parked near the two, when supposedly she's forbidden from meeting men. That and Stan's stuttering and [[BadLiar obvious false excuses]].]]
* SinsOfOurFathers: Is a believer of this, that the [[spoiler:cycle of revenge]] will continue for as long as there are descendants who should suffer on behalf of their ancestors.
* SlainInTheirSleep: [[spoiler:Did this to a drugged Jalil. {{Subverted}} in Qawi's case as Wahid's hand slipped, waking him up.]]
* TragicKeepsake: A golden dagger given by his father.
* UnwittingInstigatorOfDoom: [[spoiler:Repeatedly relaying his vengeful prayers to Tahar made it go berserk and uncontrollable.]]

[[/folder]]

[[folder:"Detective Barawa and the Escape from Storm Island" Culprit (SPOILER WARNING)]]
!!Norman

The true mastermind of the "Detective Barawa and the Escape from Storm Island" event story, Norman was the personal pilot of Edgar, the writer of the ''Detective's Report'' mystery novel series. He served as an accomplice in his "detective game" to invite the skies' most prominent detectives to fabricate a case, to use as a basis for his novel series. Unknown to Edgar, Norman was secretly planning to usurp Edgar's plan and murder him, along with all of the detectives that were invited.
----
* ChekhovsGunman: The first time he's alluded to is when the crew goes through Edgar's background and finds that Norman (who has yet to be named or shown) got the job due to his low chances of ratting out to the Crew of Enforcers and his predecessor quitting over legal concerns about the job. His identity reveal explains why he's not that willing to rat himself or Edgar out.
* DrivenToSuicide: After killing all the great detectives who were invited by Edgar, Norman's endgame involves setting the mansion on fire with him still inside, in an attempt to ensure that no evidence of what happened there still existed, so that it could not be used for entertainment like his own family's tragedy was. It fails, because [[SpannerInTheWorks Barawa]] refuses to allow him to die without facing justice for his crimes and saves his life.
* FreudianExcuse: He was the husband of the woman who was murdered in the case that served as the basis for the first of Edgar's mystery novel series. However, in writing the story, Edgar added a fictional relationship between Norman's wife and the killer (adding "spice" to the story, as Edgar and Norman put it), when the actual murderer was simply a thief. This led to Norman's wife being [[SpeakIllOfTheDead slandered posthumously]] for her "adultery" by their fellow villagers, which drove Norman over the edge. This was the direct cause of Norman's obsessive grudge towards "great detectives" and Edgar, seeing them as heartless monsters who actually ''wished'' for more tragedies to happen to that they could bolster their own prestige by solving them, and drove him to create and enact his plan to kill Edgar and the detectives.
** FreudianExcuseIsNoExcuse: Barawa admits that Norman was done wrong and shouldn't have had to deal with his tragedy being used like this, but also tells him that it is ''not'' an excuse to kill several people. He saves him from the burning mansion mainly because he doesn't want him to die before facing justice for his crimes, and turns him over the the Crew of Enforcers at the event's end.

A high official from the Alchemist Guild of Helmuth. He serves as the main antagonist of the event, "Alchemist Astray", and is back again for "Alchemist's Desire".
----
* TheBadGuyWins: He manages to form a Philosopher's Stone in "Alchemist's Desire" by injecting Risette, and successfully escapes with it.
* ForScience: He is only interested in furthering research about alchemy and only alchemy. Even in his loss, he is only impressed as he gathers enough data for alchemy to advance.
* NamedAfterSomeoneFamous: He is named after one of the famed figures in Alchemy, Paracelsus himself.
* NotMeThisTime: He and his guild are actually not responsible for the disappearances in the town in "Alchemist's Desire".
* TheUnfought: Lets others and his weapon fight the party rather than himself personally.
* VillainExitStageLeft: He escapes at the end of Alchemist Astray, vowing [[WeWillMeetAgain to appear again]] once he's analyzed the data he's gathered.
* XanatosGambit: In a way. Although his ultimate goal to assimilate Cagliostro into the Philosopher's Stone failed and his weapon got destroyed, he was perfectly satisfied with the data he has collected.
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Albedo / Nigredo / Alpheus]]

An incomplete Philosopher's Stone created and weaponized by Paracelsus. It serves as a RecurringBoss of the event, "Alchemist Astray".
----
* TheBlank: Its normal appearance has no eyes, ears, lips or hair.
* DittoFighter: Has copied both [[spoiler:Clarisse and Cagliostro]] at two different points in the event.
* EvilCounterpart: Not as itself, but Alpheus has a charge attack called Ars Magnus, contrasting Cagliostro's Ars Magna, particularly the summon version. While the former deals light damage and a secondary NonElemental damage, the latter deals dark damage and provides the party a set of buffs.
* GameplayAndStoryIntegration: Nigredo is said to be able to decompose anything. In its raid battle, its charge attack is able to reduce the party's charge bar by 30%.
* IHaveManyNames: Justified. It's an animated Philosopher's Stone and doesn't actually have a name. Rather, the names were used to indicate which stage it is undergoing before it becomes a completed Philosopher's Stone. Alpheus is the exception, but only because it's the name of the pre-existing primal beast that eventually takes over the stone.
* LightIsNotGood: Especially as Alpheus who has a light-based background.
* MakeThemRot: Nigredo's main ability is to (slowly) decompose anything within its vicinity. This includes itself, although this is apparently a natural progression into becoming a true Philosopher's Stone.
* ManOfKryptonite: Philosopher's Stone is highly effective against alchemized materials, such as Cagliostro's body, weakening her for most of the event. [[spoiler:This ceases to be an issue once Cagliostro makes a new body out of the remains left behind by Nigredo's destruction.]]
* MegaManning: Absorbs alchemy to the point it can [[spoiler:imitate Clarisse and Cagliostro]], albeit poorly.
* WeHardlyKnewYe: Alpheus is a primal beast that was absorbed by the Philosopher's Stone by the end of the event. However, we know very little about it even after beating it, neither is it absorbed by Lyria nor does it appear as an obtainable summon.

* BeautyIsNeverTarnished: Averted, as she is seen in her true elderly form is seen after Sylph is sealed away.
* BitchInSheepsClothing: Has made an image for herself as a sharp-tongued but kind-hearted woman who distributes Alma to those in need. In reality, she's hiding the fact that the production of Alma creates a poisonous byproduct, has been secretly dumping said byproduct in a river, killed King Josef and framed Siegfried for it when they found out, and uses King Carl as a puppet ruler.
* FountainOfYouth: She's been having Sylph create Alma, a substance that kept her looking young when she grows old. She lost it in the aftermath of "Defender's Oath," but Gareth found a substitute for it for her during "Four Knights of a Fallen Land".
* FrameUp: She killed the previous king of Feendrache and framed Siegfried for it.
* {{Greed}}: Her defining trait as she covets money made from Sylph's Alma, controlling the kingdom as advisor, and coveting Lancelot as her own.
* ISurrenderSuckers: She pretends to meekly give up when she is confronted for her crimes in "Defender's Oath," but then immediately drops the act and sics Sylph on the party.
* SanitySlippage: Her imprisonment hasn't bode well for her that by "Four Knights Of a Fallen Land", she's gone AxCrazy.
* SmugSnake: Doesn't care that the truth comes to light, as she just sics Sylph on her enemies believing that Sylph can kill them all. Which leads to...
* ThisCannotBe: She is ''very'' shocked when Lyria absorbs Sylph's power after the party defeats Sylph, making Isabella lose her only line of defense.
* TheUnfought: The fight goes to Sylph in "Defender's Oath," and Gareth and the otherworldly beings she summons in "Four Knights of a Fallen Land."

Percival and Aglovale's brother. After appearing in various flashbacks, being mentioned offhandedly by various characters, and appearing in "Savior of Dalmore" under a disguise, he finally makes a proper appearance as himself in "To Each His Ideal".
----
* TheAce: He's very good at magic and has used it to create various disguises for himself. [[spoiler:The only magic he's poor at is the use of HealingHands, something he really wants to improve on.]]
* BlondeBrunetteRedhead: He's the brunet to Aglovale's blond and Percival's redhead.
* BrainyBrunet: He studied magic and is said to be TheAce at it.
* CoolBigBro: Contrasting with the strict Aglovale, Lamorak was one for playing around and having fun with Percival. Percival still loves him as his older brother, even with Lamorak being on the opposing side.
* CurtainsMatchTheWindow: He has brown hair and brown eyes.
* FoolishSiblingResponsibleSibling: He's perhaps the most laidback of the three brothers.
* TheGhost: Lamorak's appearance as an adult was not revealed until "The Savior of Dalmore" event where he appeared in TheStinger. Before then, his only appearance was as a child in flashbacks.
* GrowingUpSucks: As a child, he did not enjoy the thought of becoming an adult and lamented that if he was born a Harvin, he would still be able to be small, which contributes to why he disguises himself as a male Harvin.
* {{Irony}}: [[spoiler:The main reason he joined the cabal was to improve his HealingHands magic, yet healing still has the worst performance out of all of his magical skills he has.]]
* LongHairedPrettyBoy: He has the longest hair of his brothers and he's quite pretty.
* MasterOfDisguise: He's adept at using his magic to significantly alter his appearance. His most frequent disguise when working with the cabal has him as a Harvin.
* TheNicknamer: He calls his brothers "Percy" and "Aggy". [[spoiler: In "To Each His Ideal", he slips up and calls Percival "Percy" while in his Lusor disguise, temporarily drawing Percival's suspicion.]]
* StrongFamilyResemblance: Inverted. He looks the least like his siblings Aglovale and Percival, who could be twins if it weren't for their differing hair colors. He also doesn't look like his parents, with Percival resembling their mother and Aglovale resembling their father.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: For a while, he was the ''only'' one of Percival's two brothers to not appear outside of flashbacks. It wouldn't be until the event story "Savior of Dalmore" that he would appear in present-day.

[[folder: Merlin]]
A famed archmage of history. He finally appeared physically in the "The Strength To Wield" event, he served as a antagonist for the Dragon Knights related stories.
----
* EmbarrassingDampSheets: According to a flashback ''The Strength To Wield'', he wet the bed when he was younger and attempted to burn his bed to hide the evidence of it happening.
* HistoricalVillainUpgrade: Granblue Fantasy's Merlin serve as an antagonist instead of aiding the heroes.
* LittleBitBeastly: He's revealed to be an Erune when he finally debuts in "The Strength To Wield".
* {{Revenge}}: [[spoiler:"The Strength To Wield" reveals that he is driven to destroy Feendrache out of a belief that they are responsible for the fall of the kingdom he once served]].
* ThemeNaming: He's named after the mage Myth/{{Merlin}} from Myth/ArthurianLegend.

A member of Merlin's cabal and Rowley's mother. In reality, she's an alchemist whose "son" Rowley is a homunculus of Merlin's creation. She is the central antagonist of "To Each His Ideal".
----
* DarkIsEvil: Engages in the black arts
* EvilCounterpart: To Lady Grey. Much like Grey, Aleis wished for her husband and child back. The difference is in their application--Lady Grey wishes for her family back and nothing else, while Aleis creates armies of undead to serve Merlin, and even uses illusory magic to trick Percival and Aglovale with a vision of their mother.
* MeaningfulName: Her name and Rowley combine to nearly make up the name Creator/AleisterCrowley.
** Also doubles as a PunnyName
* MyBelovedSmother: To Rowley.
* {{Necromancer}}: She's able to raise undead soldiers.
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Morgan]]

A fae and ally of Merlin who debutted in the event "The Dragon Weeps before Daybreak".
----
* GenderFlip: Unlike the historical Morgan, Granblue Fantasy's Morgan is male.
* ItAmusedMe: Though he initially aided Merlin to set the stage of conflict, the ending implies that he held no loyalty for Merlin and only helped him out of amusement.
* ThemeNaming: He is named after Morgan Le Fay from Myth/ArthurianLegend.

----
* AllJustADream: Another figment of Lowain and his friend's dreams, although Korwa, Sutera and Lamretta may have dreamt her as well.
* GreenEyedMonster: Her jealousy for Lowain towards Katalina caused her to transform into a giant robot.
* OverlyLongName: For her appearance in "A Walk on the Wild Side" - Adaptable Anti-Playboy Awsum Sauce Combat Gear Mecha Psycho Vira MK II... In short, just have Psycho Vira MK II.
* RobotMe: A delusion of Lowain with Vira as a giant mecha.

Another figment of the Lowain bros' imagination, introduced as a boss in "A Walk on the Wild Side".
----
* AllJustADream: Like Psycho Vira, he is merely imagined by Lowain and his bros to help in Lunalu's draft.
* BeastMan: He's a hulking muscular gorilla.
* {{BFS}}: His sword is large and long even for his size.
* FusionDance: A combination of the Titan (a.k.a. Macho) and the Gorilla summons.
* HijackedByGanon: [[spoiler: It is implied that the Titan was TheCorruptor that influenced Tomoi in "Definitive Dandyism", but it is possible they really were two different incarnations of the Titan.]]
* KillerGorilla: A dangerous gorilla with the physical features and powers of an AngelicAbomination.
* SuddenlyVoiced: Part for being an imagination by comic relief characters, the Machorilla is voiced only in this event.

The FinalBoss of "[[Recap/GranblueFantasyDefinitiveDandyism Definitive Dandyism]]". He is actually Tomoi who, after becoming a follower of Beelzebub, dedicates himself to the path of muscles, all in a desperate attempt to reach true [[YouKeepUsingThatWord dandyism]]. Alas, his incredible gains also come with a catch...
----
* AllJustADream: A staple of the Lowain bros' imagination sequences.
* AsskickingLeadsToLeadership: In spite of losing to Beelzebub, Bubs is impressed enough by his performance to oppoint him as his deputy in Machogrande, setting Tomoi as the strongest of Beelzebub's subordinates in "Definitive Dandyism".
* AttackOfThe50FootWhatever: Malevomacho Tomoi eventually outgrows his castle hideout, destroying it in the process and is subsequently compared to a building by Elsam.
* TheBrute: His primary weapons are his muscles. Even his magic follows this, being very simple conceptually, but still ridiculously powerful.
* BewareTheSillyOnes: [[FitnessNut He is ultimately just an overly dedicated bodybuilder]] who still uses TotallyRadical slang. Unfortunately, his preposterous SuperStrength and crude, yet potent dark/earth magic - [[SerialEscalation both of which continuously keep increasing in power even mid-battle]] - makes his obssesion [[GodzillaThreshold a big enough threat that Seofon has to personally intervene in order to finally stop him]].
* BootsOfToughness: A leftover of his previous attempts at reaching dandyism are his black, spiky boots, which compliment his later physique and his FaceHeelTurn surprisingly well.
* BossBanter: '''''Pu-ro-te- iiin!'''''
* CharmPerson: {{Parodied}}. During his ScriptedBattle, despite of him already becoming a titanic [[TheBrute brute]], several other muscle enthusiasts can't help it but [[StupidSexyFlanders admire]] his admittedly astonishing muscles.
* ContrastingSequelAntagonist: Unlike his two robotic predecessors, Malevomacho Tomoi is fully organic in origin, using only his ridiculous physical strength and crude, yet powerful magic attacks to lay waste on his opponents. Furthermore, he is a culmination of long, negative CharacterDevelopment, rather than being a spontaneously formed threat. Ironically, despite of being under the wing of a fallen angel/demon, he lacks any angelic features, unlike Machorilla.
* CurbstompCushion: While he looses his match against Beelzebub, he puts up a good enough fight that Beelzebub decides to make him his NumberTwo. Despite of this, loosing to Beelzebub ultimately serves as yet another blow to Tomoi's confidence.
* DeconstructiveParody: Of ThisLoserIsYou, {{Mangst}} and MuscleAngst. The plot of "Definitive Dandyism" starts with him being casually saved from some bandits by Yngwie who was just passing by. Tomoi, while grateful, quickly becomes obsessed with replicating the manly demeanor of Yngwie. To that end, he tries changing his fashion style and emulating Yngwie's confident persona. However, his fixation soon puts a wedge between him and his bros, leading to them parting ways. Soon enough, he undergoes a HumiliationConga, which culminates with Yngwie saving his life for the second time. Eventually, Tomoi's life ends up in danger again, only for him to be saved once more, this time by none other than Beelzebub, who invites him into the world of bodybuilding. (Notably, up until this point Tomoi has seemingly subconsciously danced around the idea of getting ripped like Yngwie.) Even then, Tomoi is initially suffering from {{Dismotivation}}, up until Beelzebub explains his ideals that motivates him to build a land of muscular people. This is what finally gets Tomoi hooked up on the bodybuilding and he eventually becomes absolutely shredded. However, none of this causes Tomoi to actually mature ''mentally'', leaving him stuck with the same confidence issues that plagued him from the very beggining. Then Beelzebub unexpectedly challenges him to a match that Tomoi, despite of his radical improvement still looses, further damaging his confidence. On top of that, his issues are further amplified by the sudden responsibility that Beelzebub placed on him. This in turn leads Tomoi to becoming a tyrannical FitnessNut, too physically powerful to be stopped by ordinary warriors, yet too mentally weak to stop himself from further villainy.
* DishingOutDirt: Despite of the dark aura of the forbidden black protein powder that possesses him, Malevomacho Tomoi's attacks are classifed as Earth damage.
* DragonInChief: PlayedWith. He is Beelzebub's deputy in Machogrande, being the FinalBoss of the event, while Bub's is TheUnfought. However, he is firmly established to be weaker than Beelzebub during their sudden match, and it is dubious if even the kaiju-sized Malevomacho Tomoi would stand a chance if Beelzebub were to go all-out, given that Seofon won against the giant without any major injuries.
* EndearinglyDorky: As Macho Tomoi he is a LovableJock and a bit of a HumblePie. Even as Malevomacho Tomoi he still sticks to using TotallyRadical slang.
* EvilCounterpart: The game differentiates between Macho Tomoi and Malevomacho Tomoi. The main difference is that the latter is surrounded by a dark aura and behaves increasingly more violent.
* EvilIsBigger: He was already grown far bigger than his Erune bros, but by the climax this trope is {{exaggerated}} when he grows so large that his body ''destroys his own lair in the process''.
* FaceHeelTurn: A gradual example. After the combination of his self-imposed pressure of not wanting to dissapoint Beelzebub and his inability to think of himself as Bub's worthy successor gets the better of him, he starts consuming the forbidden black protein powder, which gradually turns him into TheCaligula.
* FitnessNut: He takes Beelzebub's already problematic fixation on physical health to mentally unhealthy extremes.
* {{Foreshadowing}}: After being continuously steered by the Titan over the course of the latter half of the event, Tomoi himself becomes a literal Titan.
* FromBadToWorse: Starts off as TheBrute, being simply UnskilledYetStrong. Then he grows to be a NighInvulnerable {{Kaiju}}.
* FromNobodyToNightmare: Goes from a scrawny and meek CatBoy to [[NotHyperbole a literal muscle giant]] capable of posing a challenge even to ''[[BunnyEarsLawyer Seofon]]''.
* GiantEqualsInvincible: While at first it seemed like Lowain and co. stood a chance against him, once Malevomacho Tomoi grows into a giant he becomes such an InvincibleVillain that it takes [[DeusExMachina an intervention from Seofon himself to save the day]].
* GoneHorriblyRight: On paper, he is the ultimate triumph of Bub's philosophy, having went from a scrawny wimp to a herculean warrior who can fight remarkably well, even against the likes of Seofon and Beelzebub. In practice, he is the ultimate cause of Machogrande's fall.
* HardTruthAesop:
** Personal growth cannot be achieved simply and quickly, and it is futile to superficially mimic others. The whole plot of his event is the result of him trying to outwardly emulate Yngwie and then Beelzebub, with disastrous consequences.
** Stress can cause anyone to undergo gradual MotiveDecay without them realizing it before it is too late.
** [[LargeAndInCharge A large and strong physique can help maintain authority]], but it doesn't automatically grant leadership skills, nor resistance against TheChainsOfCommanding.
* HulkingOut: Grows to the size of a kaiju once his wrath reaches its peak.
* HardWorkHardlyWorks: ZigZagged. Malevomacho Tomoi is a fusion of two different approaches to bodybuilding, both putting in genuine hard work AND consuming the forbidden black protein. See YinYangBomb below.
* IGotBigger: Some time had passed since Lowain and co. have last seen Tomoi. By the time they meet again he has become TheAhnold. ''And then he grows even larger than that!''
* JumpingOffTheSlipperySlope: The treatment of the old man is a good example of how his reign developed. At first, as Macho Tomoi, he cuts the old man some slack and is generally not particularly pushy about spreading Bub's ideals. Later on however, when Macho Tomoi is fully corrupted into Malevomacho Tomoi, he becomes an even more drastic FitnessNut than Beelzebub, leading the poor old man to be subjected to an overly harsh training regiment that he simply can't reasonably keep up with.
* {{Kaiju}}: Once his outgrows his hideout, he becomes a walking natural calamity that barely has any sense of self left.
* KungFuWizard: DownplayedTrope, ironically. While he has both a strong body and powerful magic, he notably lacks any finesse in either, instead relying on brute force tactics.
* LargeAndInCharge: Despite starting as one of Bubs' weakest and shortest followers, he slowly becomes his largest and strongest devotee, second only to Beelzebub himself. This is why Bubs decides to appoint Tomoi the leader of the new muscle skydom in Beelzebub's absence.
* LastDitchMove: Malevomacho Tomoi's strongest attack is "Muscle Legion", a powerful attack that consists of him creating a massive sphere from the dark aura that corrupted him and hurling it at your team. Its base power is twice as powerful as "Chiseled Darkness", but can also deal extra damage on top it, and decreases your defense instead of your attack, all while keeping the debuff effect. Naturally, he only starts using it when he reaches 25% HP.
* MrFanservice: As Macho Tomoi. He even strikes a few poses to show off his new physique. Unfortunatly, [[SanitySlippage his corruption into Malevomacho Tomoi leads him into]] FanDisservice territory.
* MuscleBeachBum: Despite of keeping his pants, his CoolShades help make him resemble this archetype.
* MusclesAreMeaningful: Malevomacho Tomoi has gargantuan muscles and specializes in powerful, brute force attacks.
* OneManArmy: Reaches this threat level by the end of his event. [[DeityOfHumanOrigin And then comes dangerously close]] to becoming a PhysicalGod.
* PecFlex: And many other bodybuilding poses. However, he singles out the side triceps pose as his favourite.
* RedemptionDemotion: Upon his defeat, he is reverted back to his scrawny self and looses his muscle mass, even before the dream sequence ends.
* SelfFulfillingProphecy: He fails to be a suitable deputy for Beelzebub simply because Tomoi believed himself to be InadequateInheritor right from the start, leading to the rise of Malevomacho Tomoi and the collapse of Beelzebub's muscle empire.
* SeriousBusiness: Bodybuilding. So much so that he believes that the whole population of the world would be better off if they were muscular.
* SphereOfDestruction: His "Muscle Legion" attack is cast by him gathering the dark aura that corrupted him into a giant orb of darkness and hurling it at the opponent, potentially leading to a TotalPartyKill.
* StatusBuff: He mastered several bodybuilder poses while training under Beelzebub, and utilizes them in battle to activate his status buffing skill "Glistening Guns" which increases his Attack and Defense, as well as making him Uplifted.
* StatusBuffDispel: His "Chiseled Darkness", not only inflicts damage to your whole party, but can also lower both your attack and your charge bar, all while inflicting solid damage.
* SuperStrength: One of the most drastic examples in the game, being one of the physically strongest characters introduced so far.
* TotallyRadical: He still speaks using the Lowain bros' over-the-top teenage slang. [[spoiler: [[IKnowYoureInThereSomewhereFight When they're reunited, Malevomacho Tomoi slipping into this is what assures his friends that Tomoi is still in there]].]]
* TopHeavyGuy: {{Subverted}}. [[RightThroughHisPants Despite of Malevomacho Tomoi never taking off his pants]], his quads stretch his pant legs so much that it is evident that he didn't skip leg day.
* TrappedInVillainy: Portrayed as one by the narration, being too ashamed of coming off as ungrateful to Beelzebub to stop his disastrous endeavor on his own and desperately hoping for someone to come and stop him.
* UnskilledYetStrong: In battle, he mostly uses brute strength and raw dark magic for offense.
* VillainousFriendship: Grows surprisingly close to Beelzebub, who in turn not only inspires him to improve himself by following the path of bodybuilding, but even rewards Tomoi for his improvements, despite Tomoi's lack of confidence.
* WalkingShirtlessScene: Once he finally attains his new, powerful physique, Tomoi ceases to wear a shirt. He only keeps his CoolShades, MagicPants and BootsOfToughness.
* WeightTaller: Once the scrawny Tomoi becomes the buff Macho Tomoi, he also grows by about a foot taller. Later on, Malevomacho Tomoi grows even taller, to outright kaiju proportions.
* WeaksauceWeakness: Despite of his immense power, he is still vulnerable to Wind damage.
* WithGreatPowerComesGreatInsanity: Deconstructed. Tomoi starts off believing that ComesGreatResponsibility at first, and that he owes a great debt to Beelzebub, both for his new, powerful physique that Tomoi attained under Bubs' tutelage and for the trust Bubs placed on him when he appointed Tomoi as his deputy. However, his confidence issues persist and are magnified by the TheChainsOfCommanding, leading to his SanitySlippage. In other others words, rather than going insane from the power, he went insane ''from the responsibility''.
* WrongContextMagic: Parodied. In his event, bodybuilding is treated as a sort of power system, where the likes of muscle-bound warriors such as Beelzebub can cause powerful shockwaves simply by ''intensely squatting''. However, muscles gained by honest work are treated as a GoodCounterpart to muscles attained for purely cosmetic purposes, which are shunned by even Beelzebub himself, due to them playing MusclesAreMeaningless straight. However, Malevomacho Tomoi achieved a form of YinYangBomb state where his muscles qualify for both categories, since he started out following the path of earnest muscles, only caving in to the influence of the forbidden black protein powder after hitting the DespairEventHorizon.
* YankTheDogsChain:
** Just when he finally makes some serious gains and is about to get a bit more confident, Beelzebub challenges him to a hopeless match, which instead makes him even more uncofident than before.
** He looses all the muscles he gained, even those he had before turning into Malevomacho Tomoi. It doesn't help that it was AllJustADream.

----
* CoatCape: He wears his furcoat like a cape.
* DiscOneFinalBoss: He is fought in the first half of the event and is not the FinalBoss.
* DidntThinkThisThrough: What ultimately made him fail is that while he stole the Joya to gain an upper hand to steal Yuisis' sword, he didn't think that the twelve divine generals would interfere his plan in order to bring the Joya back.
* KilledOffForReal: He blows up with his own firework-bomb, and doesn't seem to recover.

A primal beast that seals away impurities of the sky realms denizens. It serves as the antagonist of the "Auld Lang Syne" events and "Auld Lanxiety".
----
* BrainwashedAndCrazy: Literally, it's so affected by the huge amount of impurities from the realm that in Auld Lanxiety, the reason it ever attacks the heroes was because it's just so tired of sealing impurities and wants to let the world feel it's pain.
* FinalBoss: Of [[spoiler:"Elegy for Auld Lang Syne"]].
* ForDoomTheBellTolls: Well, the Joya ''is a bell'', and every time it releases impurities from the sky, it lets its presence known by sounding loud bell rings.
* GameplayAndStoryIntegration: Just like Japanese holiday tradition, the Joya bell must be rung 108 times in order to purify it. A scripted battle in "Auld Lanxiety" requires you to fight the Joya using the Divine Generals. The boss has exactly 108 HP and your attacks will only deal [[ScratchDamage 1 damage per hit]], which means you need to rely on your characters' multi-attack buffs in order to finish the battle quickly, all while following the tradition.
* HumongousMecha: When the players fight it as a Raid Boss battle.
* Mystical108: Per Japanese holiday tradition, the Joya Bell must be rung a hundred and eight times to purify it.
* TransformingMecha: It can take the form of a giant bell when flying, but can revert into a robotic form when in combat.
* WoobieDestroyerOfWorlds: It's sick of it's duty and wants to be rid of the impurities that it has to seal... by brainwashing people with it and bringing chaos to the world.

* DanceBattler: She fights as "Playful Temptation" by hula dancing and playing music.
* NearVillainVictory: Gets nearly all of the Divine Generals to join her hula dancing lessons and skip out on their duties until Catura comes in and refuses her dance lessons, snapping the rest of them out and foiling her plans.
* PokeThePoodle: She's not really that evil, nor is she trying to get the Divine Generals to stop performing their duties for any malicious purpose or hidden agenda; she just wants them to stop because she sees them as kids who should play more. The worst she does is gaslight the Generals into skipping out of their duties and sabotaging Catura's motorcycle by plugging a pineapple in it.
* PsychologicalProjection: What ultimately motivates her. [[spoiler:She sees the Divine Generals as individuals similar to her own self and Lantana, and picture them as what she and Lantana could have been had their friends lived]].
* WellIntentionedExtremist: She means well and simply wants to see the Divine Generals enjoy their stay, [[spoiler:but her PsychologicalProjection convinced her that she ''needs'' to get the generals to stop performing their duties completely]].
* WomanChild: She's an an adult, yet acts childish when things don't go her way. Her partner explains that this is due to their shared DarkAndTroubledPast.

[[caption-width-right:350:Auguste's Finest Fish]]

A legendarily delicious fish living in the blue seas of Auguste. It is however extremely hard to catch, and if you barely fail to catch it, it'll remember... and be ''really'' pissed at you. Catching one is the plot of "Balmy Breeze and Foamy Deep".
----
* CallASmeerpARabbit: Like the real life bonito, it looks similar to tuna. Everything else about it is pure fantasy hilarity.
* HiddenBadass: It's a really, really strong fish. Based on its reputation, the crew were expecting it to be tough to catch, not hardcore enough to almost capsize their boat and fight a good fight with the current party, before even reaching its true power.
* HulkingOut: After Jin almost catches it, the Bonito becomes "The Revenge of Bonito", a ''massive'', spike-covered fish. It's said to be even more of a delicacy if caught in this state, but it also jumps from abnormally strong fish to legitimate threat to an entire crew of skyfarers.
* ImpossiblyDeliciousFood: Though it at least needs a damn good cook to prepare it.
* RedEyesTakeWarning: Another odd characteristic; this fish has red eyes.

A former member of the now defunct Odajumoki gang, he leads other former members to terrorize the seas of Benthic Island. He serves as the main antagonist of the summer event, "Poacher's Day".

* DidYouActuallyBelieve: [[spoiler:Upon hearing that the situation in the "Poacher's Day" event is becoming dire, Gizalugim barges into the meeting of the skyfarers and fishermen. He then tricks Arma into revealing where the [[CallARabbitASmeerp Queen Sea Urkin]] is kept by promising that the poachers would temporarily help in their problem... and mocks him afterwards for believing in such an obvious lie.]]
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: For the guy who claimed he accounted for his gang's idiocy, he didn't account for their idiocy to turn against him.
* OutGambitted: And HOW! The crew, the Eternals and the fishermen were able to cooperate together in a grand fashion that he was eventually defeated so thoroughly.
* SurroundedByIdiots: [[ExploitedTrope Exploited]]. He was smart enough to account for his underling's stupidity and his plans revolved around it.
* XanatosGambit: Even as he was captured, he managed to catch the fishermen off-guard [[spoiler:by disrupting the natural reproductive cycle of the [[CallARabbitASmeerp sea urkins]], forcing them to lay eggs weeks earlier than normal. This would then cause a chain reaction forcing the queen to lay its eggs, potentially destroying the ecosystem through overpopulation, and eventually lead Auguste's economy to plummet]]. On top of that, he [[spoiler:also managed to heavily injure Arma, the one person capable of hunting down the queen. As no one else was willing, this would allow Gizalugim and his men to escape sentence under the promise of hunting it down]].

[[folder: Capo Tony]]

The leader of a small mafia branch running the [[CallARabbitASmeerp eal]] market in Cyrath Island. He and his henchmen serve as the antagonists of the event, "Bzzt! Amped-up Summer".
----
* AbhorrentAdmirer: Of [[spoiler:Heles]].
--> ''Who woulda thought she was such a babe! That princess is gonna be all mine!''
* BigBadWannabe: Though he would normally be a threat in any other story, he is simply outclassed in the event, given that he's fighting a BadassCrew that includes at least a legendary skyfarer, two eternals, some primal beasts, ''a true dragon'' and much more.
* DirtyCoward: Takes [[spoiler:Heles]] as a hostage when it becomes apparent Yngwie will come for him, as well as try to use her as a shield as he escapes from the crew.
* TheDon: He is the Capo of the mafia branch of Cyrath Island.
* FlunkyBoss: In the Nightmare difficulty quest, he summons reinforcement Mafioso each time his henchmen is defeated. Downplayed in that he only has, and only summons, one mook at a time. Also downplayed further in the expedition minigame where he still has a henchman but doesn't summon reinforcements.
** There is one encounter in the expedition minigame where he actually subverts this completely and is alone, but such moments are rare.
* LaserGuidedKarma: As it turns out, [[WouldHitAGirl hitting his ex-girlfriend]] is a really bad idea, especially when [[OneManArmy Yngwie]] happens to be in the same island as you are. Majority of his gang gets utterly decimated by Yngwie as a result.
** It's also a really bad idea to threaten the Irestill crew, especially when right in front of Scathacha. Not to mention, [[spoiler:abducting Heles and sending them a threatening note to taunt them]]. By the time the chapter ends, Scathacha personally puts him in his proper place.
* NoOntologicalInertia: Once Capo Tony is beaten in the Nightmare difficulty quest, the battle counts as a success and the reinforcement Mafioso will automatically be defeated too regardless of the latter's health.
* PaletteSwap: His portrait is a slight alteration of one of the generic bandit portraits.
* SadisticChoice: [[spoiler:Forces Heles into one of these, with him either taking Heles as his bride and releasing the crew he managed to cage in, or sending the crew into a school of electric eals.]] Later, the crew notes that [[spoiler:he actually doesn't intend to keep his end of the bargain even if Heles chose the former]].
* UnwittingInstigatorOfDoom: The mafia's scheme to make a quick buck out of the eals not only caused a massive inflation on the island, but also caused an imbalance in the ecosystem, causing [[CallARabbitASmeerp electric eals]] to multiply and swim towards popular tourist spots.
* WouldHitAGirl: Initially played with, as his ex-girlfriend was just about to slap him herself thus giving him an excuse to defend himself, but quickly shows he has no qualms of hitting her to set an example.

Old Bruce is a shark that terrorized the oceans for a long time and has recently grown active. It served as an antagonist in the event, "The Maydays".
----
* AndroclesLion: [[spoiler:In the second part of the event, it's revealed that Sariel is secretly feeding Old Bruce and also tends its wounds after it fled from its previous rampage, much to the protagonists' utter shock. This act turned out to be a good thing when the giant shark teamed up with the Grandcypher to take out the new threat, even allowing Sariel to mount its back.]]
* DiscOneFinalBoss: [[spoiler:Old Bruce is only the antagonist for the first half of the event]].
* EatenAlive: With its humongous size, Old Bruce can swallow a humanoid whole. Although the victims are still alive inside its belly for a short while.
* EnemyMine: [[spoiler:In "The Maydays 2", Old Bruce doesn't want others messing with its hunting grounds, even if they are its fellow sharks. So it teams up with the protagonists instead to drive the flying sharks away.]]
* InSeriesNickname: Its a large shark that gets named "Old Bruce" by the hunters to distinguish it from the other sharks.
* ItCanThink: Old Bruce is known to be a man-eating shark that managed to survive and get smarter from previous encounters. [[spoiler:Martin and Sandalphon also note that Bruce's moves are too calculated for setting up a surprise ambush out of nowhere, which is not common for ordinary sharks.]]
* MeaningfulName: Bruce is the infamous ProductionNickname of the shark animatronic from ''Film/{{Jaws}}''.
* MoodWhiplash: [[spoiler:As the protagonists of "The Maydays" event are casually chatting, Old Bruce jumped out off the water and swallowed the Skipper whole.]]
* PokemonSpeak: Old Bruce is a [[TalkingAnimal talking shark]] that can only scream the word "Shark!"... but in [[GratuitousEnglish English]]!
* PlayingPossum: [[spoiler:Bruce pretends to be defeated after the first raid battle, and only waits until Sandalphon gets close enough before attempting to swallow him. Fortunately, Sandalphon dodges in time.]]
* PottyFailure: [[spoiler:After vomiting out Azrael, Bruce also excretes Lucio when Sandalphon repeatedly hits the shark near its digestive tract.]]
* ThreateningShark: Well, it ''is'' a giant shark.
* TruthInTelevision: Martin explains a fact that any shark that swims near the shore is a threat. Old Bruce does this often which makes it a target for shark hunters patrolling the island.
* VomitIndiscretionShot: Bruce pukes out after Sandalphon and a dolphin made it dizzy. However, the red vomit is actually pixelated and CensoredForComedy.
* YouRemindMeOfX: [[spoiler:After Old Bruce ambushes the gang and swallows Azrael and the Skipper whole, Sandalphon mentions that the shark reminds him of "a certain serpent" (referring to Belial). This gives him the idea on what the shark might do next.]]

One of the people in charge of taking care of the festival management in Tono island. He briefly served as an opponent that the crew have to fight in the event, "Kappa Summer Chronicles".
----
* AntiVillain: [[spoiler:No, he's not the villain. Since the event turns out to have NoAntagonist by the second half of it]].
* ConnectedAllAlong: [[spoiler:He's actually the sushi chef's son, but preferred managing the festival instead of helping in his father's restaurant. However, Yasu returns to him in the end as an apprentice chef.]]
* DiscOneFinalBoss: He is only fought in the first half of the event.
* HiddenDepths: Yasu claims that he doesn't have the same skill his father has as a sushi chef. However, the sushi he makes in front of Kyuta reveals that he not only worked hard to serve it skillfully, but also delicious enough for Kyuta to rethink his methods.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Yasu comes out as a rather forceful individual and is initially very rude to the crew and Kyuta, but deep down he cares for the restaurant.
* WrongAssumption: The crew initially thought that he's a thug terrorizing the young Kappa Kyuta when he tried to pry him off from the crew [[spoiler:until Kyuta tells the crew about what is really going on]].

An abomination with a humanoid form, specifically one that looks an awful lot like Nicholas. He is the antagonist of "Robomi Z".
----
* DubNameChange: From Desurou to Tyrias. This is mainly because his original Japanese name was a play on Shirou and death but since the localization changed Shirou to Nicholas, the connection between the two names was lost.
* HeelFaceTurn: [[spoiler: In Robomi: Epic Clash, he returns on Nicholas' side, and proves pivotal to defeating Wardant.]]
* HumanoidAbomination: Quite literally. He loses the "humanoid" part when he goes OneWingedAngel.
* LimaSyndrome: Develops this towards Airi, a human woman he captured.
* OneWingedAngel: After the rest of the abominations turn on him, he begins absorbing them and takes on a huge, monstrous form.

It's only when Trinas, who was not human, entrusted his wish to Zooey with his final breath, thus breaking the tie she was in with Wardant and defeat him.]]
* DemBones: His humanoid Core form resembles a massive skeleton. His monster form has skulls as apart of it.
* EldritchAbomination: Wardant is one of the most visually disturbing event villains in the game, with an incredibly unnerving core, an undescribable monster form, and somehow being able to merge with the island of Agastia.
* EvilIsPetty: He came back primarily [[spoiler:just [[WouldHurtAChild to break Tobias]], Nicholas and Marie's son, because the ancients had a hand in his birth.]]

A primal beast accompanied by a small black dragon. He served as the antagonist for the event "Primal Resonance".
----
* AdvertisedExtra: He doesn't show up until Part 3 of ''Created by the Stars, Loved by the Skies'' despite the event being advertised as being about him and Zooey. And on that note, he receives even less screentime than Zooey, who's role in the event was already not that large to begin with.
* AMindIsATerribleThingToRead: [[spoiler:Baal entered Geo's consciousness to know what exactly Geo is. The sight and sounds of countless egos within one body forced Baal to purposely exit the mind-reading.]]
* AntiVillain: [[spoiler:Manifested with noble goals that conflict with the interests of the protagonists.]]
* TheAssimilator: [[spoiler:As he is created from the desire of despairing primal beasts who wish for balance, Geo's motivation is to assimilate the cores of primal beasts into himself, aiming to become a very powerful entity that no longer fears being hunted by mortals.]]
-->You see... I want us all to be one.
* BecomeARealBoy: A variant. [[spoiler:At the end of "Created by the Stars, Beloved by the Skies", both Zooey and Geo, as fragments made out of Cosmos's heart and collective wishes of the skydwellers and primal beasts respectively, did not fade away together with Cosmos when Cosmos disappears in the end and instead became manifestations separate from Cosmos, becoming a true Primal Beast in their own right]].
* TheBusCameBack: Geo returns for the 8th year anniversary event, "Created by the Stars, Beloved by the Skies".
* CallBack: His goal of keeping balance is what tips the protagonists of the fact that Geo [[spoiler:is somehow [[{{Foil}} related to Zooey in one way or another]] since she also mentions her goals several times in the past, to which the game [[LampshadeHanging emphasizes]] by presenting flashbacks to Zooey after the trio just figured it out.]]
* CoatCape: He wraps a white coat like a cape around his neck.
* CrypticBackgroundReference: [[spoiler:He screams "Cosmos" before fleeing the scene. Lyria notices the oddity, as "Cosmos" isn't someone introduced so far in the game's expanding lore.]]
* DisproportionateRestitution: After antagonizing the crew in "Primal Resonance", making Freyr harm and kidnap multiple Primals for him to brainwash, holding Medusa's sisters hostage, and then attempting to kidnap and kill the protagonist permanently in the sequel event "Created by the Stars, Loved by the Skies", he thinks giving his word that he won't antagonize the crew anymore is enough since he's lost his role as an Arbitrator and therefore his reason to. The Primal Pals don't buy it for obvious reasons and Nezha outright says they should kill him. Zooey, however, asks for mercy for him, which they all reluctantly agree to, [[KarmaHoudini allowing him to run off into the mountains with the company of Freyr]].
* DoubleEntendre: [[spoiler:Keeping with his motivation of [[TheAssimilator assimilating primal beasts into himself]], Geo's offer for Medusa comes out as this, especially since he views the gorgon sisters as a rare breed. Medusa compares it to a disgusting love proposal instead.]]
-->I'll have you all become my soul mates too.
* DudeLooksLikeALady: Voice aside, it would be easy to mistake him for a girl due to how much he looks like Zooey.
* FantasticRacism: Hates skydwellers with a passion because of the suffering they subjected the primal beasts to. [[spoiler: Even by the end of "Created by the Stars, Loved by the Skies" he only entertains Zooey's concerns in a semi-amicable manner because she's a primal beast, reassuring her that his hatred for skydwellers is still very real]].
* {{Foil}}: Of Zooey. Both of them share a nearly identical appearance and accompanied by a dragon. They are both created from emotions and wishes of a race but the difference comes from how they are created. Zooey is created from the wishes of the skydwellers to protect the sky realm. Geo, meanwhile, is created from [[spoiler:the anguish and despair of the primals that have fallen]]. Zooey has white hair and red eyes, while Geo has blue eyes and hair. Similarly, Zooey approach keeping balance by joining the crew. Geo, meanwhile, [[spoiler:views the main trio of Lyria, Vyrn and Gran/Djeeta, who is the singularity, as a threat that must be eliminated for the sake of his goal of ruining the balance, as the anti-thesis to Zooey]].
* {{Foreshadowing}}: While it is a subtle one, [[spoiler:Geo has troubles pronouncing his name when asked for the first time, much like what happens to Zooey in her very first episode. This is actually serves as a clue that Zooey and Geo are [[SpearCounterpart related]] in some way.]]
* FusionDance: As the FinalBoss of "Primal Resonance", his form is an amalgamation of himself, [[spoiler:Zaoshen, Snow White, Freyr, Euryale and Stheno.]]
* GenderFlip: [[spoiler: He appears to be one of Cosmos, or at least one of her surrogates that spoke with Lucifer. As it stands, it appears that he is the ''only'' male surrogate of Cosmos, as the other forms of her that appeared throughout "Created by the Stars, Loved by the Skies" have been female]].
* HostageSituation: Invokes this by [[spoiler:snatching and assimilating the cores of Euryale and Stheno. In this manner, he wanted to convince Medusa to join them by being assimilated into him as well. But thanks to Baal's powers, the other two gorgon sisters are able to break free and Medusa catches both of their cores while Geo is distracted.]]
* IdenticalStranger: Hair and eye color asides, he is identical to Zooey. [[spoiler:The crew also notes that the way he rambled about his duty and mission as a primal is [[YouRemindMeOfX eerily similar]] to how Zooey did hers when she shared what her mission is about to the crew]].
* InseriesNickname: [[spoiler: It's revealed in playable Freyr's fate episode that his real name is Grand Order, the same as Zooey. Freyr decides to name him "Geo" based on his initials]].
* {{Jerkass}}: While his intentions are good, at least when it comes to the interests of the primal beasts, he's not a very pleasant primal, being quick to anger and antagonism.
* JerkassHasAPoint: In "Created by the Stars, Loved by the Skies", [[spoiler:when Lyria points out that it's still possible for Primals to survive and coexist together with people, Geo shot back that the only reason that the Primals are able to last so long to this day is through Cosmos's help and judgement, as we saw her acting as a mediator between the two races when antagonism sprung up between them. Lyria is rendered speechless momentarily]].
* KarmaHoudini: [[spoiler: He isn't really punished for his antagonism in either "Primal Resonance" or "Created by the Stars, Loved by the Skies", but more prominent in the latter. After antagonizing the crew and attempting to kill the protagonist permanently, he's allowed to run off into the mountains to live his own life after Zooey asks for mercy for him from the primal pals. He even gets a traveling companion to boot, as Freyr decides to go with him to keep him company]].
* LoyalAnimalCompanion: Has an unnamed black dragon perched in his arm.
* MissedHimByThatMuch: [[spoiler:When Zooey headed for the island to confront him, Geo had just left after sensing her approach towards his location]].
* TheOneGuy: As far as the players see, he's the ''only'' male surrogate of the arbitrator [[spoiler: Cosmos]].
* RedHerring: [[spoiler:When Geo wanders alone after catching a sight of the Captain, Lyria and Vyrn, the narration plays as though he is making a conversation with an unnamed entity labeled "[[MyNameIsQuestionMarks ???]]". The player would easily make the assumption that he is talking to the [[LoyalAnimalCompanion little black dragon]] in his arm. However, later chapters reveal that Geo actually has a SplitPersonality, and that he had been talking to himself in this scene. Even Nezha and Baal revealed that they noticed Geo change personalities mid-conversation in their initial meeting, but they did not point this out at first so as not to raise suspicions.]]
* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: Just after being defeated by the crew, Geo senses Zooey approaching. Panicked, he quickly leapt into space, before Zooey arrives [[MissedHimByThatMuch only a few moments later.]]
** [[spoiler: He pulls this ''again'' at the end of "Created by the Stars, Loved by the Skies". With Cosmos gone and his role of being arbitrator being taken with her, he attempts to sneak off without facing the consequences of his actions throughout the event, something he's called out on by the primal pals who intend to kill him. [[KarmaHoudini He's only allowed to run off after Zooey asks for mercy for him]]]].
* SpearCounterpart: He is more or less this to Zooey, with an inverted version of her name, appearance, and function. He even has his own version of Zooey's Peacemaker's Wings fusion transformation and his copies of Zooey's attacks like Thunder, Opposition and Gamma Ray.
* SplitPersonality: [[spoiler:He has multiple personalities which all manifested from the primal cores he absorbed.]]
* SummonMagic: Geo can bring forth the Primal Beasts whose cores he had assimilated inside his body.
* {{Telepathy}}: Is somehow able to read the thoughts of primal beasts, to which he demonstrated on Baal.
* TheUnpronouncable: He had difficulties pronouncing his name for the first time. [[spoiler:This actually serves as a subtle {{Foreshadowing}} to his relationship with Zooey, who also did the same in her introductory episode.]]
* {{Tsundere}}: [[spoiler: Revealed to be one at the end of "Created by the Stars, Loved by the Skies", though primarily toward Zooey and Freyr.]]
** [[spoiler: In Freyr's case, Geo pretends he doesn't need a traveling companion despite Freyr knowing full and well that they're both lonely and offers to keep him company. He reluctantly accepts, pretending that it's Freyr's choice alone and not something that would be mutually beneficial to both of them.]]
** [[spoiler: Despite his previous antagonism toward her, he seems to have warmed up to Zooey significantly by the end of the event, saying that he considers her a sibling but treating her like a nuisance when she goes to ask him advice. He still entertains her concerns, helping her come to terms with her loneliness now that Cosmos is no longer a part of her.]]
* WellIntentionedExtremist: He means well for the primal beast but as he empathize with the primal beast' pain so much, he came to the conclusion that the best way for primal beast to survive and [[spoiler:be free of their pain is to absorb their cores into his being and kill every skydweller after he did so]].
* YouBastard: He calls out the crew for enjoying the fight against the primal beast of the island "Primal Resonance" took place (The island is heavily implied to be the same island where the Unite And Fight events took place) and disregarding how much it hurts the primals. Could also double as BreakingTheFourthWall due to how it indirectly addresses players.
--> '''Geo''': Do you know how many times your people have come to this island? How many times they have scarred it with their wars of supremacy?

One of the chairmen leading the Navis syndicate and the wielder of the Taming Sari. Appearing first in Tikoh's Fate Episodes, he serves as one of the main antagonists for the ''Marionette Stars'' event.
----
* ArchEnemy: To Tikoh, and later [[spoiler: Ragazzo]].
* AxCrazy: He's a remorseless murderer who is willing to kill anyone to get what he wants, including an innocent little girl.
* BigBad: Initially of Tikoh's fate episodes, though he would eventually become one in "Marionette Stars".
* DirtyCoward: He would rather play up Tikoh's kindness and throw sand in her eyes to escape the consequences of his actions than fight her head-on.
* DiscOneFinalBoss: [[spoiler:He's the first boss of ''Unbound Asterism'' and is given a DisneyVillainDeath after his defeat.]]
* EvilIsPetty: Despite having no real reason to murder Shannon and her mother, he murders them anyway once the "happy family" jig was up.
* EyesAlwaysShut: Or almost always. He does open his eyes sometimes, with this being treated as a GameFace.
* FauxAffablyEvil: He puts up a charming facade but will easily drop that to commit some incredibly depraved acts in his many story appearances, [[spoiler:like casually chopping off Ragazzo's hand when he no longer proves useful to Ferdinand]].
* GameFace: He's quite scary when he opens his eyes.
* HateSink: He's basically Belial if you removed the sexual innuendoes and any sympathetic qualities Belial is at least implied to have, leaving a PsychopathicManchild with no remorse for anything he does.
* IAmAHumanitarian: [[spoiler:In Tikoh's Fate Episode, he ends up killing Shannon's father and having him for dinner, making Shannon and her mother eat him as well.]]
* LightIsNotGood: Wields the light-element dagger Taming Sari, and wears a white suit.
* ManipulativeBastard: [[spoiler:He is part of the reason why Ragazzo's parents were so cruel to him while he was young, along with taking advantage of Ragazzo's desire for love just so he could ascend the Crimson Finger.]]
* MustLetThemGetAway: [[spoiler: What Tikoh and the Captain end up doing, as the crew members are too battered to keep fighting him when he has more numbers on his side, and Tikoh has to choose between fighting him herself or saving Ragazzo, the latter of which she reluctantly chooses to do by Feather's request]].
* NonActionBigBad: Outside of butchering innocents who can't defend themselves, we never actually see him engage in direct combat himself as he leaves it up to his Auditors to handle threats.
** [[spoiler: Averted in ''Unbound Asterism'', where he is a boss fight.]]
* OffWithHisHead: He cut off the head of Shannon's father when he refused to leave him with his wife and daughter. He also does this to the mother once Tikoh sees through his "happy family" facade which was really him holding the rest of the family hostage.
* PsychoKnifeNut: Uses his dagger Taming Sari to murder and maim.
* PsychopathicManchild: He's absolutely crazy, something Tikoh points out, and he appears to have a very childlike view of the world.
* ResurrectiveImmortality: [[spoiler:This is one of the Taming Sari's main powers. He's killed once by Cupitan and Trisette during their youth and finds new life at the end of ''Unbound Asterism'' after being give the DisneyVillainDeath treatment.]]
* TheSociopath: He doesn't feel remorse for anything he does, regardless of how it affects anyone around him.
* TroublingUnchildlikeBehavior: Assuming he was telling the truth about his past, he killed his childhood crush's dog so that he could create an opening in her heart to place himself into. This backfired on him as everyone figured out that he was the dog killer and called him crazy. [[spoiler:With his ResurrectiveImmortality, he behaves much more like his adult self when he looks like a baby.]]
* WouldHurtAChild: He has no qualms against murdering Shannon, a little girl who he claimed to care about. [[spoiler:He's also the one going after Cupitan and Trisette back in their youth.]]
* YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness: [[spoiler: He cuts off Ragazzo's hand and orders Lavirita's execution when they no longer prove useful to him.]]

The Accordant for the Horoscope "Slarnd." Ranked second as an Auditor in Navis.
----
* {{Catchphrase}}: She calls everything and everyone "stupid".
* ChildhoodFriends: She became this with Cupitan, who was the only person that treated her kindly, however it didn't last long when she realized that Cupitan also looked down on her.
* DarkAndTroubledPast: Due to obtaining her accordant abilities when she was young, monsters were naturally drawn to her which instilled fear into the hearts of the villagers, leading them to viewing her as a monster as well. This became the source of her InferioritySuperiorityComplex.
** "Unbound Asterism" also shows that she and her father were slaves who were treated like literal animals. Once she found Slarnd, she took her vengeance on her enslavers.
* {{Foreshadowing}}: [[spoiler: Fiorito had already hinted early on that she wasn't brainwashed, as everyone else working for Navis was already doing so for their own reasons]].
* InferioritySuperiorityComplex: She puts others down and calls them "stupid" because she doesn't want to feel like she's less than anyone else.
* {{Irony}}: Her accordant abilities give her power over monsters, however she's also allergic to the ones she attracts.
* LoveMakesYouCrazy: [[spoiler:One of the actual reasons why she abandoned Cupitan was because her love and resentment for her were too overwhelming for her to handle.]]
* NotBrainwashed: [[spoiler: Despite Cupitan's claims, she was not actually brainwashed into working with Navis, as it was a choice she made of her own volition]].
* OneWingedAngel: Harmonizing with Slarnd allows her to take the form of a giant werewolf.
* OppositesAttract: She's vengeful, violent and aggressive, and was inseparable from the kind and pure-hearted Cupitan. [[spoiler:And they're very much still attracted to each other.]]
* ThePeepingTom: It's heavily implied that as a child, she secretly watched [[spoiler:Cupitan perform sexual favors for food, and that she got sexually aroused by watching.]]
* TheResenter: She grew to hate Cupitan due to her being a "different kind of monster" than she was, one that isn't hated by those around her. By the time she and Cupitan meet again, any sort of care she had for Cupitan when they were young is entirely gone. [[spoiler:''Unbound Asterism'' reveals that her true feelings are a ''lot'' more complicated than that.]]
* TakingTheBullet: [[spoiler:She shields Cupitan from Morilynn's touch, causing much of her body to disintegrate.]]
* UncertainDoom: At the end of "Unbound Asterism", [[spoiler:about half of her body has been disintegrated by Morilynn, though Nereus is able to preserve the rest before taking her away.]]
* VillainHoldsTheLeash: As far as the player is shown, she has no comparative abilities of her own and uses her ability to influence monsters to do her dirty work.

----
* AffablyEvil: Among [[TheSociopath Ferdinand]], [[InferioritySuperiorityComplex Trisette]], and [[{{Jerkass}} Ragazzo]], he's not actually ''that'' bad, with his only major flaw being his {{Greed}}. His profile even describes him as being mild and sensible outside of money-related matters. That said, he is still aligned with Navis, an organization that has killed many people, and he isn't afraid to add more bodies to that number.
* AntiVillain: [[spoiler: He did everything to provide for Fiorito's future and pay respects to his dead parents.]]
* EvilSoundsDeep: Despite his small stature, his voice is quite deep.
* FragileSpeedster: He's able to use his small stature as a Harvin to evade Fiorito's punches, [[spoiler:but it only takes one clean hit from Fiorito to kill him.]]
* {{Greed}}: Money is his motivation to do anything. He can even be bought off from doing his job if you have enough of it to offer. His NPC profile explains that his love for money started when he sold himself to a wealthy leader of his town to provide for his sick parents.
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler: He's killed by Fiorito in "Unbound Asterism," which turns out to have been exactly what he wanted.]]
* SoProudOfYou: [[spoiler: His last moments have him internally and externally expressing how proud he is of Fiorito]].
* OutOfFocus: He was the only one of the Navis Auditors introduced thus far to not have his backstory be shown in a flashback during "Marionette Stars".

* DoesNotLikeSpam: While raw tomatoes is noted to be one of his dislikes, he actually hates eating in general. A simple piece of bread given by Kolulu is enough for him to react with disgust when trying to eat it.
* IdolSinger: The first boy idol in Granblue, barring the Side-M tie-in characters.
* SdrawkcabName: Overlapping with PunnyName. His name is "Idol" reversed.
* ShadowArchetype: To Manamel. While Manamel is selfish and open about it, Lodi is selfless. Both are fastidious about outside appearances and fashion, but Manamel holds a deep love for her friends and family under it, whereas Lodi truly seems to care about no one, not even himself.

A mysterious, er, something that threatens a peaceful village with the ability to spread an aroma which will eventually cause a [[Main/ZombieApocalypse piñombie outbreak]]. She serves as the main antagonist of the Idolmaster Cinderella Girls crossover event, "Piña Hazard".
----
* AntiVillain: [[SlidingScaleOfAntiVillains Type II]]. All she wanted was to become an idol, but other people thought she looked ridiculous. She eventually found the means to make the others idolize her, and swore revenge on those who made fun of her.
* DeadlyLunge: One of her attacks has her doing this. It looks more like a [[TheGlomp glomp]] rather than a lunge associated with zombie stories, but it's quite damaging, gameplay-wise.
* FogOfDoom: How she spreads her piñombification gas. Players of VideoGame/ResidentEvil6 would recognize this method as similar to Lepotica. Considering the event is an AffectionateParody to the Resident Evil series, this might be an intentional homage.
* NotSoHarmlessVillain: For a lack of better word, she looks ridiculous. However, her ability to dispense airborne gas that made other people into [[NotUsingTheZWord piñombies]] that follows her orders is surprisingly powerful. It manages to infect an entire village and requiring the Grancypher to spread the cure from above to eradicate it completely.
* ZombieApocalypse: Her gas can cause this, but it's [[ParodiedTrope parodied]]. Okay, so it's actually ''piñombie'' apocalypse, but the piñombie she creates behaves just like a zombie. In a twist, it can be cured with the scent of a local yuzu-like plant (christened "Kitami Herb" by Shiki as a nod to her fellow idol Yuzu Kitami).

----
* BigBadEnsemble: Alongside Amatsumaula.
* NonElemental: The raid version is a variation, as its attacks deal elemental damage, but it itself doesn't have any elemental strength or weakness when taking damage.

[[folder: Amatsumaula]]

A primal beast, worshipped as the god of weapons and the forge. It serves as one of the main antagonist of the event, "Katsugeki TOUKEN RANBU: Fate Horizon". He would later appear again in the first Proving Grounds as the fire boss.
----
* BigBadEnsemble: Alongside the Time Retrograde Army.
* ElementalRockPaperScissors: The version that appears in the bonus special quest where you fight it with just the playable Touken Danshi takes this to an extreme. When it takes on the aura of an element, ''only'' attacks from the element it's weak to will deal any appreciable damage. The trick to defeating it in this quest is saving up the characters' offensive skills to break it out of that aura for a couple turns so everyone can wail on it at full strength.
* ImprobableWeaponUser: It wields heated forging pliers and a hammer.
* ManOfKryptonite: As a god of weapons, it's this to the Touken Danshi, since they're weapons themselves. Anyone who attacks it is sapped of strength to the point of immobility, and prolonged exposure risks being consumed by it [[spoiler:like what happened to Mikazuki]]. The only one exempt from this is Yamanbagiri.
* NonElemental: Same as the Time Retrograde Army, this applies in its raid version. Its attacks deal damage in a random element, though it itself has no inherent strengths or weaknesses.
* PlayingWithFire: Apart from being the primal beast of the forge, it also has a team-wide charge attack which also causes burning. It's visually seen as a fire attack, although it can be of any element as well.
* SealedEvilInACan: [[spoiler:Its temple houses a sealing sword, which prevents it from using its powers. Just being in close proximity of it partially incapacitates it.]]

* MeaningfulName: She is the primal beast of nihility, or in other words, [[PowerOfTheVoid nothingness]].
* PimpedOutDress: As [[spoiler:Aina, she once wore a gorgeous blue dress]].
* TheReveal: In ''Love Live! Door To The Skies'' [[spoiler:Aina is actually the dormant form of Nihilith who had seen the memories of meeting Aquors through Beobachter and the fact that the ''Door To The Skies'' event takes place before ''Aquors Sky High'']].
* WhatDidYouExpectWhenYouNamedIt: When Nihilith was inquired in the 5★ episode of the Aquors Second-Years about writing a song, she suggested that the theme would be about nothingness, and she almost says this trope word-for-word when the others are dumbfounded by her answer.
--> Well, what did you expect from the primal beast of nihility?

[[folder: Fake Zero]]
!! [[spoiler:Delfina Angell]]
!!!Voiced By: Creator/AyakaNanase
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/granblue_delfina.png]]

A person impersonating as Zero throughout the sky realm some time after Lelouch, C.C, Kallen and Suzaku's arrival and kidnapped Nunnally. [[spoiler:The impersonator's identity is Delfina Angell, a woman from the Code Geass world who wound up in Granblue's universe and made a pact with primal beast Magnesia]]. They serve as the antagonist for the collaboration event, "Code Geass Lelouch of The Rebellion: Blue Reckoning".
----
* ChekhovsGunman: [[spoiler:The deranged Haggard Woman who tasered Suzaku in the streets is revealed to be Delfina's sister Carmen.]]
* EstablishingCharacterMoment: Fake Zero makes its presence known to the cast by [[spoiler:murdering a female Draph (Though said Draph was said to have survived and is saved in time according to the ending of the event)]].
* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: [[spoiler:She loved Carmen. Louisa's death as a casualty among Zero's actions and Carmen's insanity motivated to her revenge. This is also why she doesn't kill Nunnally on the spot because [[YouRemindMeOfX Nunnaly reminds Carmen of Louisa]] who is similarly blind like Nunnally was and wants the best for Carmen]].
* {{Foil}}: To Lelouch's abilities. While Lelouch thinks first before acting, [[spoiler:Delfina can turn this into her favor using her mind-reading Geass.]]
* FrameUp: Impersonated as Zero to catch Lelouch's attention.
* {{Hallucinations}}: When she got cornered, [[spoiler:Lelouch uses his Geass to make Delfina hallucinate him as Nunnally until he could be taken to their hideout. The next scenes from Chapter 6 are played from Delfina's perspective thinking that her plans succeeded. That is until Nunnally stood up in front of Carmen and commanded her suicide, before revealing "Nunnally" to be Lelouch.]]
* HostageSituation: [[spoiler:Captures Nunnally and injects her with a virus in order to compel Lelouch to kill himself as part of her plan.]]
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler:Delfina couldn't escape the blast from the teleportation device being destroyed and got caught in the blast. Making her one of the few event villains to die, but is also notably the first event villain to die that came from an event collaboration]].
* LaserGuidedKarma: [[spoiler:Lelouch personally kills Delfina before stating that she has to take responsibility for her actions. Also in the early chapters of the event, she has killed an innocent civilian under the guise of Fake Zero (Who was luckily saved in time before she died), and Lelouch also kills Carmen right in front of her sister to give an example of karma.]]
-->'''Lelouch''': If you're going to take things from others, you have to be prepared to have something taken from you.
* LimaSyndrome: [[spoiler:Despite taking Nunnally as a hostage, Delfina still treated her without harm. Due to this, Lelouch realizes that she doesn't plan to kill Nunnally at all.]]
* MadLove: [[spoiler:According to her entry in the journal, she is not Carmen's sister but grew to see her as one when assigned to protect her as a mission. As a result, she did nothing when the Britanian purists killed Carmen's sister, thinking she would be seen as Carmen's sister instead. While Carmen did not because of insanity, she still decides to be by her side while plotting out her revenge on Zero]].
* PlotHole: Near the ending of the event, [[spoiler:Delfina]] is aware that Lyria can only absorb a copy of the primal beast and not the real one. ''How'' she was able to know of the limitations of Lyria's powers is never explained in this event.
* RedHerring: During Fake Zero's initial appearance, [[spoiler:Lyria senses a primal beast's aura coming from the imposter, which made her suspect that Fake Zero is also a beast. It turns out the Fake Zero is a human like the others, and she merely has Magnesia's core in her possession.]]
* ReplacementGoldfish: [[spoiler:She ''wants'' to be this and as a result, did nothing when Louisa was killed. Ultimately, it doesn't work because Carmen, despite her insanity, still recognize who she is and didn't see her as one]].
* {{Revenge}}: On Zero, meaning, Lelouch. [[spoiler:Carmen, in her grief and insanity believed that Zero is to be blamed for the death of Louisa while in reality, the Britanian's did. Delfina took revenge on Zero because that's what Carmen wanted]].
* SecretIdentityVocalShift: As part of impersonating Zero, she also uses a voice modulator.
* ShadowArchetype: [[spoiler:Delfina could have been Rolo had Lelouch not see him as a brother right away and Carmen is Lelouch if Nunnally was KilledOffForReal]].
* {{Telepathy}}: [[spoiler:Her Geass allows her to read minds. Lelouch takes advantage of this beautifully within the latter half of the event.]]
* WalkingSpoiler: We really can't say much about the fake Zero's identity without spoiling the latter half of the event and parts of Code Geass R2.
* WhamShot:
** [[spoiler:Chapter 5 reveals that Delfina also has Geass powers, when we get to see a closer look at her eye.]]
** [[spoiler:Also from Delfina's perspective on Chapter 6, the sight of Nunnally suddenly opening her eyes, standing and using the Geass of Absolute Obedience to invoke Carmen's suicide is a revelation that Delfina was only hallucinating in the last few minutes.]]
[[/folder]]

[[folder: The Culprit [[spoiler:Daniela]]]]
A mysterious perpetrator with motives involving Lyria and Ran Mori, and serve as the antagonist of "Detective Conan: Gears of Conspiracy".
----
* EasilyForgiven: [[spoiler:Rather easily forgiven by Carolina and Nelly despite having nearly gotten them all killed.]]
* TheGenericGuy: Appearance-wise, Daniela doesn't have any distinctive features, nor a unique artwork. Her in-game sprite is one of the default ones used for female Human [=NPCs=].
* SympatheticMurderer: [[spoiler:PlayedWith. While she is no murderer and the crew can sympathize with her motives as to why she ended up being the culprit of the case, all that sympathy was lost when she was willing to get everyone else killed.]]
* WalkingSpoiler: As with any culprit in a mystery case, really.

[[folder: Dantalion]]
!!! Voiced by: Kunihira Kawamoto
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dantalion_npc.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:The Primal Beast of Stress]]

A primal beast resembling Bahamut, he serves as the antagonist for the ''VideoGame/Persona5'' Collaboration event, "Thievery in Blue".
----
* AssimilationPlot: [[spoiler:His motive throughout the collaboration event, as he wants to take over Vyrn whom he calls as Bahamut and rule over the skies]].
* CrossoverExclusiveVillain: He is an original villain. Despite the fact that there is a Dantalion in the Shin Megami Tensei franchise, it is quite obvious they are not the same character.
* VariantPowerCopying: [[spoiler:By staying inside Vyrn, he has obtained a power of Bahamut. In his raid version, the animation for Dantalion's Skyfall is essentially taken from Bahamut's Reginleiv Recidive. But instead of the iconic 10-million Dark-elemental damage dealt by the original Skyfall, Dantalion's version only deals up to a four-digit NonElemental damage.]]
* WalkingSpoiler: [[spoiler:Because of him, the event drops a major and obvious fact that Vyrn is connected to Bahamut, around that time when the game's main story just leaves minor clues about it.]]
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Mordecai]]
!!!Voiced by: Makoto Yasumura
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/mordecai_npc.png]]

An undead duelist who is (sort-of) accidentally summoned in the ''{{Videogame/Shadowverse}}'' crossover event, "Duelist of Eternity".
----
* AntagonistTitle: "Duelist of Eternity" alludes to Mordecai. He gets the [[TheMagnificent title of]] "The Duelist" in his ''Rage of Bahamut'' and ''Shadowverse'' card appearances, while "Eternity" refers to his ResurrectiveImmortality.
* BloodKnight: His eternal desire for duels are still going strong even in this game. He even willingly took on an entire Erste Empire platoon [[OneManArmy all by himself]] and won without any major hindrance.
* DualWielding: He uses two swords, one is [[FlamingSword aflame]].
* FlamingSword: His right-hand blade is imbued with flames, which also engulf (or come from) his entire arm.
* FluffyTheTerrible: He was given the nickname Morty (Mort-chan in Japanese) by Luna.
* FlunkyBoss: After Luna inserts a certain gem inside Mordecai's armor, he gained the ability to summon Clay Golems to fight alongside him. This worsens the problem of the crew being unable to stop him in his rampage, but gets shortly inverted when he regains his sanity, with the golems attacking the soldiers instead.
* GameplayAndStorySegregation: His ResurrectiveImmortality trait is only demonstrated in a certain ScriptedBattle in the event's story. But in his stand-alone boss fight, the player can normally kill Mordecai like any other enemy.
* HeelFaceTurn: He is first introduced as a BloodKnight searching for worthy opponents, but this is due to him being insane in mistaking ''any'' strong individual as his rival. Once he regains a bit of his sanity and memories though, he helps the crew in keeping away the Erste soldiers just to keep Luna safe.
* HeroicSacrifice: [[spoiler:Back when he was alive, he voluntarily protected both his rival and the woman they both were in love with in a LastStand, hoping that one day he can settle the score with his rival.]]
* HugeGuyTinyGirl: With Luna in the collaboration event.
* MagicalEyeStreamers: The eyeholes of his skull are lit with blue trailing flames.
* MythologyGag:
** [[spoiler:He was eventually defeated by destroying the stone that summoned him in the first place, visually invoking the Banish mechanic from ''Shadowverse'', which is one of the only two ways to remove him from play.]]
** Despite having an entirely new artwork for his raid boss version, one of the [[https://gbf.wiki/images/d/d0/Side_Story_top_8.png background artworks of the Side Stories menu]] is based on his [[https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/rageofbahamut/images/4/40/Skeletal_Duelist.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20140426195023&format=original original appearance]] from ''VideoGame/RageOfBahamut''.
* ResurrectiveImmortality: Every time he's defeated, he just reforms again and proceeds to start the battle anew. This is applied in a ScriptedBattle wherein the player cannot kill Mordecai unless they use Arisa and Luna's Chain Burst.
* SanitySlippage: Due to his aforementioned desire for duels (specifically, with his rival), he eventually starts mistaking any competent fighter as him, which includes the main character.

A being from the Dotsuku Zone revived by the Erste Empire's Dark Essence, still aiming to revive the Dark King and take revenge at the Pretty Cure, he serves as the antagonist for the "''Anime/PrettyCure'': Memories of the Sky" collaboration event.
----
* AdaptationalBadass: In his show, he only lasts five episodes before the Cures kill him off. However, he’s much more stronger here and is able to fight harder than before.
* BadassCape: His long white-and-red cape.
* DivideAndConquer: Manages to separate everyone in the final battle. The heroes only managed to get back together thanks to the intervention of [[spoiler:Vyrn powered up by Queen of the Garden of Light]].
* LivingMemory: Weaponizes it. [[spoiler:After stealing Lyria's journal, he has the Zakennas possess her memories of the first four primal beasts they encountered, as well as the hydra that killed the captain in the game's prologue.]]
* {{Revenge}}: Once he learnt of the Pretty Cure's being in the sky realm, he ends up being personally involved in the battle of retrieving Lyria and wants revenge.
* ThisCannotBe: Defeating him has him shout this line.
* TheUnfought: Not himself, but rather [[spoiler:the Zakenna-possessed Grandcypher]].
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Murky Mukku]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/big_murky_mukku.jpeg]]
Evil clones of Mukku that were formed by accident, thanks to Mukku dumping his fur into the cloning tank for Gachapin. The clones were then gathered and dumped into an island.
----
* AlwaysChaoticEvil: They constantly chant "Murder! Death Zone!", and look like savage, evil versions of Mukku, due to being a FreakLabAccident born from dark energy and Mukku's DNA.
* DarkIsEvil: Their fur is pitch black, and are constantly chanting "Death Zone." [[SarcasmMode Yup, these guys are someone you'd party with.]] This was due to all of them being born from Mukku's fur with dark energy.
* DiscOneFinalBoss: [[AttackOfThe50FootWhatever The giant Murky Mukku.]]
* FreakLabAccident: Their origins.

A mysterious, always smiling giant. He regularly attacks a mountain village to steal their cattle. The antagonist of the Idolmaster Cinderella Girls crossover event, "Snowy Mountain Story".
----
* AscendedExtra: In ''VideoGame/TheIdolmasterCinderellaGirls'' he was just a particularly silly-looking sausage vendor who appeared in the background of a few cards.
* GentleGiant: Oh yes. He even gets a full blown FriendToAllLivingThings scene.
* LargeHam: He can't even talk, but more than makes up for it with his big laughs.
* NotEvilJustMisunderstood: All he wanted was to make BBQ for a village with no good cooks. Unfortunately, his [[PoorCommunicationKills inability to talk]] led to the villagers believing he was just trying to steal their animals for his own profit.
* PerpetualSmiler: Before his name is revealed, he's just known as "The Smiling Giant".
* TheUnintelligible: He can't talk at all despite being otherwise human-like, which sparked misunderstandings and the entire plot of the event.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Misiah]]
!!!Voiced by: Rika Abe

A seemingly normal child that the Grandcypher crew and the ''Manga/MyHeroAcademia'' cast interacted with. They serve as the main antagonist of the collaboration event ''Manga/MyHeroAcademia: Rescue Another World''.
----
* DesperatelyLookingForAPurposeInLife: They are created with the purpose of bringing salvation so they could stop the war between the skydwellers and the astrals. However, the war ended before they could properly fulfill their mission, leaving them aimless and unsure of how to accomplish the purpose of their creation. This led to them summoning the heroes and villains of ''Manga/MyHeroAcademia'' in hopes of them being able help Misiah to find the closure they seek.
* TheDividual: Their mortal forms are girls who looked a like to each other. One represents hope and wore a ribbon headband, pretending to be one of the children living in a village, while the other represents despair and had a disheveled look to them. They both had different views on how they approach their mission.
* TheEeyore: The despair representing half is usually gloomy.
* MeaningfulName: Their names are derived from "Messiah", which meant "Savior" in Hebrew. Their ultimate goal was to ensure the future of the skydwellers, even if they had to sacrifice themselves to do so.
* MessianicArchetype: A literal example as Misiah is derived and named after the "Messiah" concept. However, they developed to be the DarkMessiah instead due to [[WellIntentionedExtremist their methods]].
* ThePollyanna: In contrast to the despair representing half, the hope representing half of Misiah is optimistic and had faith in people despite agreeing to her despair representing half.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: They ultimately want to fulfil their purpose by bringing salvation to the people of the sky realm despite their differing opinions on how salvation should be brought upon, but are willing to sic monsters of their own creation against people to make that goal come true to do so.
