In the end he’s the one vote for Monte during the finale, but had enough heroic moments during the season to not be a full antagonist. And then there’s all of his GoodIsNotNice moments toward Jasmine and Brittany, where he was much meaner to them than he really needed to be but only because they were mean to Taylor, further complicating things.

Mental issues and anxiety are certainly no fun to deal with, but given that she was the main instigator of the consistently petty, unfounded, and borderline racist abuse that Taylor is ''still'' facing despite her absence, many people online agreed that it was hard to feel completely sorry for her, and that it certainly did ''not'' excuse her actions up to that point.
