This character sheet lists the hosts and guests of the web radio show Radio/BlazBlueRadio, better known as Buluraji or Bururaji. Almost everyone listed here are Seiyuus of Franchise/BlazBlue characters or other game characters. The hosts as well all the guest seiyuus partake within the show to promote the games they are working in as well as the characters they are voicing.

Seiyuus of playable [=BlazBlue=] characters who have not appeared in Buluraji yet are Creator/MiyukiSawashiroShe did leave a message to Creator/MikakoTakahashi, but Sawashiro was playing as her VideoGame/ArcanaHeart character Weiß. (Carl Clover), Motomu Kiyokawa (Valkenhayn R. Hellsing) and Creator/AkiraIshida (Amane Nishiki).Buluraji FUU doesn't count, since it's a separate extra for the home release of Alter Memory, not a proper radio show/podcast, the it's done in-character.

The main personality of the show along with Kondo and Imai, although Sugita is often treated as the main personality. He is the seiyuu of HeroProtagonist Ragna the Bloodedge. He is an Otaku whose speech contains a lot of references that only other otaku may understand. Sugita is also the most knowledgeable about Fighting Games among the three. Sugita is the creator of Getsuei Gakuen -kou- which he promotes in HYPER and ACE.

His main corner is "Scold me, Ragna-kun" and its variations, where he scolds the authors of fan letters for their embarrassing stories. Sugita is absent in episode D#05.
----
* CatchPhrase:
** "Imai-san, kawaii." ("Imai-san, you are cute"). He has been using it since the very first episode and many guests have picked it up as well.
** "Isocchi dayo." ("I'm Isocchi") This is actually Isomura's CatchPhrase, but Sugita uses it way more often than her ín this show.
** "Dokugiri!" Most of the time during the "Bulugiri" corner, Sugita will say "Dokugiri" while his avatar is wearing a Raiden mask and breathes a green fume.
* ColorCodedCharacters: His dialogue text is red.
* CuteButCacophonic: His Kakihara impressions are like this, pitching his voice to a very high note.
* GroinAttack: In the first season, whenever he loses tentama in the Battle! Battle!! corner, he then immediately acts like he's robbed from his balls. The joke is that he makes a pun of tentama with another word, "kintama", which is equivalent of saying "family jewels".
-->Sugita: "Uargh! Guaaargh! "...b-balls are...! My balls are...!"
* HeterosexualLifePartners: With Nakamura. He and Sugita had been friends for eight years when Buluraji started. Imai used to tease him about that in season 1.
* TheNicknamer: He is the reason why Imai is called "Imajin" and why Kondo is called "Kondom" and he has established these names since the first episode. Any attempt to give him a nickname fails miserably.
* RunningGag:
** Sugita will very often imitate other seiyuus.
** A lot of times he's supposed to draw something, he draws something else instead. This includes him drawing his friend Mafia Kajita or a Franchise/Gundam.
** He would often use his Wakamoto impression to give Izayoi (specifically, Tsubaki's hat) a voice.
* VerbalTic:
** Whenever he imitates Kakihara/Jin's Yandere voice, he will often end his sentences with "HAA~". He notes that Kakihara doesn't even say that.
** He will change S sounds to Sh sounds whenever he imitates Morikubo.

see her unused Mu avatar

The second main personality and most notably the seiyuu of TheHeroine Noel Vermillion. Kondo is rather timid and is more or less the ButtMonkey of the trio, and she makes sure that they don't go too far away from track. She has been haunted by her EmbarrassingNickname "Kondom" since the first episode. Noteworthy, Kondo has appeared as her Noel, Nu and Lambda avatars, but never as Mu, despite that Mu's avatar has appeared a few times in the show and she has never used her Mu voice as well. The closest we've got is her Noel avatar wearing Mu's headgear and the Zeta Kondom sequence (which is a parody based of the EyeCatch of Anime/MobileSuitZetaGundam).

Her main corner is "Noel Poem" and its variations, where she reads funny poem written by fans with a straight "pure maiden's" voice. In ZOKU#10, Kondo comes late to the show and her role is temporarily taken by the episode's guest Tomomi Isomura. In the middle of the episode before they enter the next corner, Kondo does make it to the studio and appears as the "guest" and the seiyuu of Λ-No.11-, although she later switches to her usual Noel avatar after the free talk. She is absent in episode A#04 and D#06.
----
* ACupAngst: She's often shows frustration about Noel's lack of bust and is jealous of characters with large breasts.
* CatchPhrase: "Kon-chan dayo" in response to her EmbarrassingNickname.
* ColorCodedCharacters: Her dialogue text is blue.
* TheCutie: Thanks to her avatar, although Kondo does have many cute moments.
* EmbarrassingNickname: Sugita has given her the nickname "Kondom", which he claims is a portmanteau of "Kondo" and "Franchise/Gundam". Of course, given the Pun and the name being always censored when in written form, she doesn't like the name at all, trying to correct it to "Kon-chan" (which Sugita claims to be short for "Kondom"). Sugita eventually adds a "Zeta" to the nickname. And apparently, she still tolerates it enough, as any attempt to give Sugita a nickname never stucks because of how negatively he reacts to that.
* GreenEyedMonster: Kondo shows jealousy towards Celica whom she views as a threat to Noel's position as TheHeroine. Bonus points for Noel having green eyes. This gets referenced in the CT-CS summary video in Chronophantasma Extend.
* InSeriesNickname: She prefers "Kon-chan" and "Kana-chan", but there are of course "Kondom" and "Zeta Kondom", with the latter being then sometimes shortened to "Zeta". In episode 2, a listener sent a letter to suggest the nickname "Kanakon" which doesn't stuck at all (also Sugita comments how the name sounds similar to the name of an anime called Literature/Kanokon; Kondo herself notes that it sounds like Famicom).
* Malaproper: She often mispronounces names and words and she often misreads some kanji. One prime example is episode #10, where she fails to pronounce "Makoto Nanaya yaku [...]""Makoto Nanaya, played by" correctly multiple times.
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: Since episode 8, she and Noel are associated with "thick, long fish sausages". It has become a RunningGag in live events.
* TheVoiceless: In episode Q#12, Kondo is unable to use her voice and remains silent for almost the entire episode. Her Noel avatar is even shown wearing a coughing mask, and Sugita has to take over her poem corner. The Noel Poem still shows up, but at the end of the episode.

!!Creator/AsamiImai
!!!Roles: Tsubaki Yayoi, Izayoi, Yarukaka, Valentine (VideoGame/Skullgirls)

see her Yarukaka avatar

The third main personality. Imai's presence is very notable, since her character Tsubaki Yayoi first appears as an NPC in the first game's console version, so she plays a big role to promote the game's release. Later on, her character does become playable, cementing her stay in the show. Imai often plays the tsukkomi to Sugita's boke, and impressively, she catches a lot of his references, which is not an easy feat. Imai has the most amount of different chibi avatars.

She is absent in episode #10, W#4, H#4, the HYPER Getsuei Gakuen -kou- special, A#04, the first Shuku~GGXrd Special and D#06. Most of the time, her avatar is then replaced by a silent, always hand-waving robot named "Asami Inai".
----
* ACupAngst: She sometimes shows frustration about her lack of bust.
* CantHoldHerLiquor: She spends the entirety of episode Q#11 being drunk after eating some alcoholic sweets that the staff brought over. She tries to hide it in the first 15 minutes, but then the cat's out of the bag.
* ColorCodedCharacters: Her dialogue text is purple, but in the Riot Summer Again special, it's dark red.
* TheCutie: She often acts really cute and uses her cute voice in many moments.
* FirstNameBasis: She tends to call every female guests as well as Kondou by their first name or nicknames, many of those being based on their first name.
* InSeriesNickname: Sugita gave her the nickname "Imajin". Prior to Buluraji, she already had the nickname "Asamingosu", sometimes shortened to "Mingosu". It doesn't show up as much as "Imajin" in this show.
* PhraseCatcher: "Imai-san, kawaii" ("Imai-san is cute"), which started since the very first episode. She gets this a lot throughout the show, especially by Sugita, which embarrasses her. She doesn't mind it much when a girl says this to her. The audience in the live recording episodes gets to say it to her, too.
* PunnyName: The robot who replaces her avatar whenever Imai is absent is called "Asami Inai". "Inai" is a pun to "ii nai", which means "not there" or "absent".

The producer of the radio show as well as the producer and creator of Franchise/BlazBlue. Mori is very often referred to by his nickname [=MoriP=], and his avatar takes the form of sunglasses-wearing Paracelsus, A.B.A's sentient key from Guilty Gear (whom he voiced), leading to him being called "shamoji"a type of ladle. He is present in almost every episode, supervising the show and providing some information. He may also even partake in some of the corners.
----
* TheCameo: He may pop up for short moments from time to time.
* ColorCodedCharacters: Initially, his dialogue text used to be colored green like for any other guest, but later on, his dialogue text has been colored in brown.
* CoolShades: His trademark. That's the reason why his avatar wears one. His shades are also subject in episode A#10.
* InSeriesNickname: He's often called [=MoriP=] -- the P stands for "producer".

Despite being the seiyuu of the EldritchAbomination and nigh-intelligible Arakune, Takashi Hikida is surprisingly a soft-spoken man. He appears in episode #04 and H#07.
----
* AccidentalMisnaming: He and Sugita point out in episode H#07 that his name was mispronounced as "Hikita" in episode #04. Hikida notes that this happens to him a lot.
* Crossdressing: His Arakune avatar is sometimes wearing a bridal veil and a wedding bouquet.

The seiyuu of Rachel Alucard, who is one of the more regular guest of the series, being often invited to events. She appears in episode #6, in the SPRING RAID specials, ZOKU#7, W#03 (which is the TGS special), W#04, H#04, H#09 (which is the Pacifico Yokohama special), the HYPER Getsuei Gakuen -kou- special, Q#05 (the Ultimate☆Summer! special) and D#08.

Ueda and Tomomi Isomura have worked together in the Arc System Works' puppet show [=Bulugeki=] as their respective characters. Their puppets even make it in Buluraji in episode W#04. Buluraji has also promoted Arc System Works' Kakugē Academy where she and Creator/MitsuhiroIchiki host the show and play, as the name suggests, Fighting Games, particularly [=BlazBlue=].
----
* ColorCodedCharacters: Her dialogue text is pink in the SPRING RAID specials and in episode H#04; it's reddish pink in the TGS special, in the Pacifico Yokohama special, in the HYPER Getsuei Gakuen -kou- special, and in the Ultimate☆Summer! special. Otherwise, it's the standard green.
* InSeriesNickname: Kana-sama and the less common Kana-chan.

!!Creator/TetsuyaKakihara
!!!Roles: Jin Kisaragi, Hakumen

The seiyuu of TheRival named Jin Kisaragi, the Yandere little brother of Ragna the Bloodedge. Kakihara appears almost only in public recording specials (#07 and #08 which are the Riot Summer specials, the SPRING RAID specials, W#03 which is the TGS special, and H#09 which is the Pacifico Yokohama special), but he makes a proper appearance in the studio in episode #A01. He also appears in the DVD-exclusive episode R2. His over-the-top performance as Jin is one of the many common jokes in the show, with Sugita imitating Kakihara a lot in the series. For some reason, Kakihara never mentions that he voices Hakumen, but he does acknowledge the role, as listeners/viewers can see from time to time.
----
* ColorCodedCharacters: His dialogue text is dark blue in all public recording specials except the Riot Summer specials. Otherwise, it's the standard green for guests.
* CuteButCacophonic: He deliberately pitches his voice very high whenever he yells "NII-SAN" in this show. Exaggerated when he speaks in a girl's voice in episode A#01.
* TerribleArtist: In episode #08, his attempt to draw Calamity Trigger's FinalBoss is rather poor. His drawing of the "OSHITE MAIRU" guy (Hakumen) looks more like a combination of Jason Voorhees and Berserker. Nevermind that his drawing depicts the wrong character. Although, given that neither Sugita nor Imai are seriously answering, it's likely that Kakihara just wanted to draw Hakumen.

!!Creator/TsuyoshiKoyama
!!!Role: Bang Shishigami

The voice behind the HotBlooded Ninja of justice, Bang Shishigami. Koyama is notorious for showing his open pervertnesses within the show and he gets censored in every episode he appears. He appears in episode #09, the SPRING RAID specials, W#11 and A#11. His last two appearance even have a visible counter for the number of times he gets censored for his dirty jokes.
----
* AllMenArePerverts: He's the biggest pervert of the cast. He never makes an entrance without a dirty joke.
* ColorCodedCharacters: His dialogue text is light green in the SPRING RAID specials.
* LovableSexManiac: Zigzagged. He is always welcomed in the studio, but his sex jokes and the sexual harrassment he committed in the SPRING RAID specials are probably the reason why he is never been invited to another BLUE FES special. He does partake in the BLAZBLUE LIVE events though.

A regular guest of the series who has appeared in all of the first seven seasons, Tomomi Isomura (also known as "Isocchi") is the voice of the squirrel girl Makoto Nanaya, the best friend of Noel Vermillion and Tsubaki Yayoi. Like Imai, Isomura first appears in Buluraji when Makoto is still an NPC, but she becomes later playable as the very first DownloadableContent character. She's known for her Catchphrase "Isocchi da yo" ("I'm Isocchi") which she does by imitating the voice Creator/KeijiFujiwara's Manga/CrayonShinChan character Hiroshi Nohara. Due to this, a common RunningGag involves other seiyuus borrowing her catchphrase. She has appeared in episode #10, the SPRING RAID specials, ZOKU#04, ZOKU#10, W#03 which is the TGS special, W#12, the Riot Summer Again special, H#04, H#09 which is the Pacifico Yokohama Special, A#06, the Shuku ・ BBCP Version-Up special, Q#02, Q#05 which is the Ultimate☆Summer! special, and D#05.

Isomura and Creator/KanaUeda have worked together in the Arc System Works' puppet show [=Bulugeki=] as their respective characters. Their puppets even make it in Buluraji in episode W#04. She is also the host of the podcast Game no Shokutaku, where few of the [=BlazBlue=] related episodes were animated in the style of Buluraji. Those episodes are named Buluraji FUUMI. Buluraji also promotes another show where she's a host, Persona Stalker Club.
----
* ColorCodedCharacters: Her dialogue text is orange in the public recording specials as well as in the episodes W#14, H#04, A#06 and D#05. In all of her other appearances, it's the standard green for guests.
* InSeriesNickname: Isocchi. She prefers to be called by this name.

Another regular guest. Chie Matsuura voices the MadScientist and CatGirl Kokonoe, who is a prominent NPC in the first three games. Matsuura's eager desire to do battle voices with her comes true when Kokonoe is PromotedToPlayable in the third game's home release. She appears in episode #11, in the SPRING RAID specials (though for only short appearances), ZOKU#08, W#01, W#13, H#09 which is the Pacifico Yokohama special, A#03, and Q#12.
----
* ColorCodedCharacters: Her dialogue text is greyish pink in the SPRING RAID specials and in the Pacifico Yokohama special. Otherwise, it's the standard green for guests.

The voice of the CatGirl Cloudcuckoolander Taokaka. She appears in episode #12 which is the final episode of the first season, and later in H#09 which is the Pacifico Yokohama special. She has recorded a few Taokaka lines for this show's corner Bulugiri (Dotou).
----
* ColorCodedCharacters: Her dialogue text is greenish yellow (or yellow green?) in the Pacifico Yokohama special. Otherwise, it's the standard green for guests.
