[[folder: The Fantastic Four]]
!![[ComicBook/MisterFantastic Mister Fantastic (Reed Richards)]]
->Voiced by: Hiro Kanagawa

* AdaptationalNiceGuy: In many versions, Reed's hubris led to the accident that gave the Four their superpowers and took away their normal lives. This series implies only Doom's interference kept the mission from being routine. Reed may have allowed his teammates (from the future) to make sure it happened to keep Doom from taking over the world, but that's his biggest involvement in the incident.
* AlliterativeName: His first and last names both start with R.
* ArbitrarySkepticism: In spite of all the other unlikely phenomenons and situations he and the rest of the team go through, Reed will not accept ''anything'' being magic.
* AttentionDeficitOohShiny: Reed gets sidetracked easily when he finds something interesting from a scientific standpoint.
-->No, I do ''not'' think I am easily distracted. [[IResembleThatRemark Hmm...interesting]].
* ForScience: Reed is an unapologetic science geek, as proven by such things as wondering if he could write a paper about the gender markings of Negative Zone bugs.
* MyGreatestFailure: The creation of the Four, as usual. Oddly enough, in this universe, it was ''Doom's'' fault the shields failed, so Reed is blaming himself for something slightly different: hearing what would happen from future versions of his teammates and allowing it in order for the time-line to be fixed.
* NotSoAboveItAll: Such as this line from the end of "Frightful" as he watches the Wizard taken into custody:
-->"Smartest man on Earth"? Please!
* RubberMan: Like other incarnations, he has stretching powers.
* ScienceHero: He's a hero and a scientist.
* SesquipedalianLoquaciousness: Johnny lampshades Reed's tendency to use big words in "Puppet Master":
--> Don't ask. He'll just get more confusing.
* ShipTease: There are several moments implying a mutual attraction with Susan.
* TechnoBabble: Reed speaks pseudo-scientific terminology as a second language.

!![[ComicBook/InvisibleWoman The Invisible Woman (Susan Storm)]]
->Voiced by: Lara Gilchrist

* AdaptationRelationshipOverhaul: In the comics, Reed and Sue are a married couple. This show has them as friends with yet unrealized feelings for each other.
* AlliterativeName: Her given name and her surname both begin with the letter S.
* BarrierWarrior: She can fight by projecting force fields.
* BigSisterInstinct: Do ''not'' hurt Johnny unless you wish to suffer her wrath.
* MsFanservice: Her uniform is ''very'' tight and ''very'' form fitting, which makes it perfect for the occasional close up of her shapely buns.
* NotQuiteFlight: Susan "air-surfs" on her force-field discs.
* ParentalSubstitute: She acts like a parental figure to her brother Johnny.
* ShapingYourAttacks: Her force fields can shaped in various ways.
* ShipTease: Is often hinted to have feelings for Reed.
* SkySurfing: See NotQuiteFlight above.
* SwissArmySuperpower: Her force fields can be used this way.
* {{Tsundere}}: Her attitude toward Reed can change between benign and petulant at the drop of a hat.
* ViolentlyProtectiveGirlfriend: While Susan and Reed aren't technically a couple, messing with him isn't a good idea either.

!![[ComicBook/TheThing The Thing (Ben Grimm)]]
->Voiced by: Creator/BrianDobson

* CharacterCatchphrase: "It's clobbering time!" In "Doom's Word is Law", he even teaches it to Bruiser.
* BroughtDownToNormal:
** He was temporarily turned back into a normal human with no memory of his experiences as The Thing in the episode "The Cure". Crosses with BroughtDownToBadass as he helps the team when they're captured by the Mole Man.
** In "Contest of Champions", the Grandmaster offers Ben the prize of being made human again. Ben declines the offer and instead makes it his wish for the Grandmaster to stop making people compete in his contests.
* {{Determinator}}: Given the opportunity, Ben will never count himself down and out.
* GentleGiant: He may be large and strong, but he's still a decent person.
* HeroicSpirit: Ben has this in spades.
* IAmAMonster: He has a bit of a problem with his rocky appearance.
* MadeOfIron: Ben can jump off the top of a building without worrying about more than whether cars will honk at him for choosing to land in the street.
* TheNicknamer: He calls Reed "Stretch", Susan "Suzy", and Johnny "Matchstick" or "Flamebrain".
* ShipTease: Is often implied to be an item with Alicia.
* SuperStrength: One of Ben's powers. He can carry a Doombot under each arm.
* VitriolicBestBuds: He and Johnny are often at each other's throats, but they do care for each other.

!![[Characters/FantasticFourTheFantasticFour The Human Torch (Johnny Storm)]]
->Voiced by: Creator/ChristopherJacot

* AdaptationalJerkass: This Johnny is a lot more obnoxious and immature than his comic book counterpart.
* AnimeHair: His hair stands up and ends in several spikes.
* BigBrotherInstinct: Or rather, "little brother instinct". He's a cheery goofball most of the time but hurt or threaten his sister and the jokes go out the window while he lets you know just why he's one of the world's greatest heroes.
* CharacterCatchphrase: "Flame on!"
* TheDitz: He's the least intelligent of the heroes.
* DumbBlonde: He has blond hair and is prone to reckless and dumb decisions.
* FlyingFirepower: He can project flame around his body and fly.
* IntrinsicVow: Despite how much trouble he causes her on a daily basis, Johnny loves his sister. Not even a magic potion that's spent days warping his personality for the worse can make him hurt her.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: He's a glory hound and just can't resist messing with Ben, but he still cares about other people and is willing to do the right thing.
* LeeroyJenkins: Much to the other three's dismay, he's prone to acting before he thinks.
-->'''Reed''': I don't understand. I told him my theories about these robots.
-->'''Ben''': It's Johnny. You lost him at "Don't."
* LethallyStupid: Johnny causes some of their problems by burning something, or messing with Reed's stuff, or being a LeeroyJenkins. This gets lampshaded by Ben when Reed updates the security, citing how many times the Baxter Building has come under attack.
* ScreamsLikeALittleGirl: He has a high-pitched feminine scream.
* VitriolicBestBuds: While he never wastes an opportunity to mess with Ben, the two still care for each other.
* WhyDidItHaveToBeSnakes: Johnny hates water, for understandable reasons considering his fire-based powers. In "Atlantis Attacks" and "Contest of Champion", however, he has to confront it.
* YouTalkTooMuch: In "Hard Knocks", Johnny acknowledges that he "gets that a lot."
[[/folder]]

[[folder: The Villains]]
!![[Characters/MarvelComicsDoctorDoom Doctor Doom (Victor von Doom)]]
->Voiced by: Creator/PaulDobson

* BigBad: The villain with the most appearances in the show and was responsible for the accident that face the Fantastic Four their powers.
* CreateYourOwnHero: In this show, Doom causes the accident that grants the FF their powers by altering the shuttle's flight plans. "Out Of Time" has him going back in time to change this event.
* CutLexLuthorACheck: Technically, as the leader of a country, Doom doesn't need to profit from his technology legally.
* DontYouDarePityMe: "No one pities Doom!"
* EvilCounterpart: To Reed. They're both extremely intelligent men with a lot of knowledge of science. However, Reed won't willingly hurt people.
* EvilOverlord: He's a villain who rules over his own country.
* LargeHam: Wouldn't be Doom without the hammy and grandiose monologues.
* LeanAndMean: Much like [[ComicBook/UltimateFantasticFour Victor van Damme]], this Doom is slimmer than other incarnations.
* MorallyAmbiguousDoctorate: He's a villain with "Dr." in his name.
* {{Pride}}: He cares more about himself than anything else and is rivals with Richards primarily because he refuses to accept when he's wrong.
* ThirdPersonPerson: He frequently addresses himself in third person.
* UncertainDoom: His last appearance in the series, the penultimate episode "Doom's Word is Law", has him caught in an explosion. It isn't clear whether or not he survived, though the final episode "Scavenger Hunt" does have Johnny mention him as if he were still alive.

!!Mole Man (Harvey Elder)
->Voiced by: Creator/PaulDobson

* HarmlessVillain: He isn't that much of a threat compared to the other members of the quartet's rogues gallery.
* ShockStick: Mole Man carries a staff made out of a surge arrestor that can project blasts of electricity.
* TunnelKing: During "Molehattan", he digs a tunnel in seconds flat.
* VillainHasAPoint: His vendetta against surface-dwellers who reject him for his ugliness has some degree of merit, even if he does cross the line by stealing from them and enslaving any surface-dwellers that end up underground.

!!Puppet Master (Philip Masters)
->Voiced by: Alvin Sanders

* BaldOfEvil: Like most versions of the character, he's bald.
* FromNobodyToNightmare: In his opening episode, he goes from being a regular artist to posing a genuine threat to a family of superheroes.
* GreenEyedMonster: He believes ''he'' should be the one getting attention for his work, not his colleagues.
* PeoplePuppets: His specialty is to use clay sculptures irradiated with cosmic rays to control people.
* RaceLift: He's now African-American, like his stepdaughter.
* SmallNameBigEgo: He has an inflated opinion of himself and his importance.
* SpeakInUnison: He has his minions do this to disconcert the Four.

!!Ronan The Accuser
->Voiced by: Creator/MichaelDobson

* EnemyMine: Forms an alliance with the Skrulls in spite of them being sworn enemies with his race the Kree in order to get Johnny.
* {{Pride}}: He's out to get the Four because Johnny's smart mouth bruised his ego.
* {{Revenge}}: His motive ever since "Trial By Fire" is to get even with Johnny for his banishment from the Kree Empire.
* RubberForeheadAliens: Ronan essentially looks like a human with blue skin.

!!Impossible Man
->Voiced by: Creator/TerryKlassen

* AdmiringTheAbomination: With Annihilus.
* AntiVillain: The only reason he's an antagonist to the Four is due to his child-like mindset causing him to make dangerous choices.
* ConstantlyCurious: Much to the Fantastic Four's annoyance, he just won't stop asking questions.
* GreatGazoo
* RecurringCharacter: He appears in "Impossible" and returns in "Contest of Champions".

!!Diablo (Esteban Corazón De Ablo)
->Voiced by: Creator/TrevorDevall

* BadassSpaniard
* ElementalPowers: Seeks to gain control over the elements of fire, water, earth and air to become a PhysicalGod.
* EvilOldFolks: Diablo is centuries old, according to him, and he looks old at the episode's end.
* AGodAmI: When he gets the fire potion/elemental in combination with the others. "The power of the elements is mine!"
* NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast: Diablo is Spanish for "devil".
* ScienceVsMagic: The magician to Reed's scientist.

!!Annihilus
->Voiced by: Creator/ScottMcNeil

* AdaptationalHeroism: Sure, he's utterly crazy, but he'd rather spend his days in the Negative Zone rather than go out of his way to eradicate all life. He even teams up with the Four in order to get back his Cosmic Control Rod.
* AliensAreBastards: Somewhat. Just don't get in his way and he'll leave you alone.
* AxCrazy: Hoo boy.
** MoodSwinger: Crosses over into this. One moment, he can compose himself enough to speak properly. The next...
* BerserkButton: Do NOT touch his Cosmic Control Rod. Or betray him. Or hang around him for that matter.
* BigCreepyCrawlies: He's a giant insect, as well as his kin.
* ControlFreak: He would like to keep his universe the way he wants it, thank you very much. Nevertheless, he trusts his subjects with the Cosmic Control Rod.
* HatesBeingTouched: He doesn't like being touched.
* RedEyesTakeWarning: His new look has red eyes and they only add to his imposing appearance.
* RoyalsWhoActuallyDoSomething: He's waged many wars to conquer his universe and he's willing to go outside and take care of any threats.
* VillainTeamUp: In "Contest of Champions" with Ronan, Super-Skrull, and Impossible Man. Not that he cares. All he cares about is lashing out (until the [[ItMakesSenseInContext spelling bee]]).

!!Wizard's Four
-> Wizard voiced by: Jonathan Holmes, Klaw voiced by: Creator/AndrewFrancis, Trapster voiced by: Creator/SamuelVincent
* AdaptationNameChange: They are referred to as the Frightful Four in the comics. Justified in that the Wizard's Four don't want the public to know they're actually villains.
* BadassBookworm: All of them except for Dragon Man.
* BeardOfEvil: The Wizard
* BerserkButton: Trapster doesn't like being called "Paste Pot Pete".
* BitchInSheepsClothing: Not only do they pretend to be superheroes but they go out of their way to mimic the FF's community friendly endeavors like coaching kids sports teams. It's all an act though.
* EngineeredHeroics: The Wizard's Four not only stage disasters that they can thwart but do so in a way that makes the Fantastic Four look bad.
* EngineeredPublicConfession: Reed has H.E.R.B.I.E. record the Wizard's smug speech about staging their heroism and then broadcast it exposing them.
* InsufferableGenius: The Wizard.
* HeManWomanHater: Klaw. His first bit of dialogue has him telling Sue that "little girls shouldn't play with super powers". When the Wizard's Four are discussing their plans in private, Klaw is especially eager to take down Sue.
* MakeSomeNoise: Klaw can use his ArmCannon to fire sonic blasts and generate objects made of solidified sound.
* PragmaticVillainy: Trapster suggests they'd be better off just continuing with their scheme of pretending to be heroes and getting all the perks that come with it. Indeed, the Wizard's Four attempting to steal Reed's unstable molecules is what leads to their downfall.
* PsychoRangers: To the Fantastic Four.
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Supporting Characters and Cameos]]
!!Alicia Masters
->Voiced by: Sunita Prasad

* TheConfidant: Ben goes to her to talk when he's feeling frustrated.
* RaceLift: She is now African-American, like in the [[Film/FantasticFour2005 2005 movie]].
* ShipTease: She is suggested to be a couple with Ben.
* YouAreBetterThanYouThinkYouAre: Alicia frequently finds herself giving talks to Ben about how he isn't worthless and shouldn't let his rocky mutation get him down.

!!H.E.R.B.I.E.
->Voiced by: Creator/SamuelVincent

* AIIsACrapshoot: Reed has a point on his lack of sentience due to some of his logic gates becoming walls in his thinking. During "World's Tiniest Heroes" he presumes the four are no longer in the house because their shrinking and HeliumSpeech make them unrecognizable to his parameters. He mistakes them for children and treats them as such then vermin and engages extermination protocols as appropriate.
* GreenEyedMonster: HERBIE is jealous of any machine that might supplant him with Reed.
* InstantAIJustAddWater: Reed insists HERBIE isn't sentient, in spite of very human behaviors like sulking.
* NervousWreck: Poor HERBIE has {{Freak Out}}s on a regular basis.

!!The Neighbors
->Voiced by: Laura Drummond (Cory)

* BlindWithoutEm: Ms. Monet can't see well without her glasses.
* CoolOldLady: Ms. Monet, who fights Negative Zone bugs with bug spray and thinks steering through space in an apartment building is fun.
* CrankyNeighbor: Courtney "Cory" Bonner-Davis, who never stops complaining about the Four. Perhaps justified as superheroes can be difficult to live near.
-->'''Cory''': ''(to SWAT team taking aim outside her window)'' [[PunctuatedForEmphasis They live. UP. STAIRS.]]
* CrazyCatLady: Ms. Monet has at least three cats.
* {{Expy}}: Cory is much like Ms. Lavina Forbes from the [[WesternAnimation/FantasticFourTheAnimatedSeries '90s cartoon]], being a bespectacled old woman living with the Fantastic Four who can't stand them.
* UngratefulBastard: Cory continues to be rude to the Fantastic Four in spite of all the times they save her life.

!![[ComicBook/TheIncredibleHulk The Hulk (Bruce Banner)]]
->Voiced by: Andrew Kavadas (Bruce Banner)/Creator/MarkGibbon (Hulk)

* BeleagueredChildhoodFriend: Bruce was one of the few people on Reed's level in college. When he turns up at the Baxter Building, he's having trouble not only with the Hulk, but also with an unscrupulous team of agents.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: It would definitely be unwise to underestimate a good-natured man if their alter ego is a rampaging behemoth of considerable strength.
* EvenBadMenLoveTheirMamas: One of Ben's attempts to make Bruce turn into the Hulk to save their lives is to say "[[YourMom your mama's so ugly]]". When Bruce finally turns, Hulk attacks Ben because "Rock-Man make fun of Hulk's mama".
* HulkSpeak: As usual, the Hulk speaks in sentence fragments and refers to himself in third person.
* IAmAMonster: Banner thinks of himself as a monster because of his transformations into the Hulk.
* LeaveMeAlone: Hulk delivers one of these to Agent Pratt. Later, Reed comments that, "Right now, both the Hulk and Bruce Banner just want to be left alone."
* LivingLegend: His reputation precedes him.
* LivingWeapon: The agents plan to use the Hulk as an instrument for their destruction.
* TheNicknamer: The Hulk. He nicknames three-fourths of the team during his one episode.
* ThirdPersonPerson: "Hulk is strongest there is!"
* YouWouldntLikeMeWhenImAngry: When enraged, Banner becomes the Hulk.

!![[ComicBook/SubMariner Namor the Sub-Mariner]]
->Voiced by: Creator/MichaelAdamthwaite

* AntiVillain: His primary goal is the protection of the sea and his people and to that end he banishes humans from travelling by the sea. He's more of an antihero in his second appearance.
* AmbiguouslyBrown: His skin tone is noticeably tan compared to the other white characters on the show and he does have vaguely Asian features.
* EveryoneHasStandards: He's enough of an adult to admit he was wrong about Reed being a coward. He also came to warn the Four about Atuma's plans to invade the surface world.
* GoodCounterpart: To Victor. Both are monarchs from foreign lands. Both have possible romantic interests in Sue and have been shown to have a dislike of Reed. However, Doom is ultimately a villain with no redeeming qualities while Namor is at the end of the day just a guy trying to protect his people and is able to admit when Reed is a better man than he gave him credit for.
* HalfHumanHybrid: He is half-human and half-Atlantean.
* IneffectualLoner: In his second appearance, Namor has been dethroned in a coup by Atuma. Despite being greatly outnumbered, Namor keeps insisting that he doesn't need the Four's help but they come along to help him take back the throne anyway.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: He tends to look down on humans but was willing to stop his attacks on the surface after talk with Sue. He also clearly cares about his people and accepts the Fantastic Four's help in saving them.
* LeeroyJenkins: Namor doesn't have much use for subtlety and prefers to solve his problems by beating them into submission. Half the team's problem when dealing with Atuma is trying to get Namor to use stealth instead of charging in fists swinging.
* UnderestimatingBadassery: Namor repeatedly dismisses Atuma as nothing more than a savage despite the fact that Atuma was able to turn Namor's entire army against him.

!![[ComicBook/IronMan Iron Man (Tony Stark)]]
->Voiced by: Creator/DavidKaye

* BadassBookworm: On par with Reed and Victor.
* HonestCorporateExecutive: As head of Stark Enterprises, Tony Stark does his best to do his business in ethical and honest ways.
* PoweredArmor: The Iron Man armor enables him to take on great threats.
* SecretIdentity: As far as the public is aware, Iron Man is Tony Stark's bodyguard. Reed is able to deduce this is not the case rather quickly.

!! [[ComicBook/SheHulk She-Hulk (Jennifer Walters)]]
->Voiced by: Rebecca Shoicet

* ActionGirl: Her one episode appearance shows her as being a very strong and capable heroine.
** AffirmativeActionGirl: A temporary one but she does end up balancing the gender representation of the team when she joins them.
* AdaptationDyeJob: Her human form has brown hair in the comics. Here, it is black.
* AmazonianBeauty: Taller than Reed, Johnny and human Ben.
* BadassInDistress: She gets captured along with the rest of the team by Mole Man and is rescued by Ben. It's even implied she could have broken out of her restraints if not for the fact that it would have caused the machine she was strapped to to blow up. She does contribute to her own rescue however.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: In human form she's rather quiet and meek. When Johnny starts mocking her she Hulks out and makes him scream like a girl.
* TheBigGuy: Temporarily takes Ben's place when he is BroughtDownToNormal.
* ClothingDamage: Her business suit tears when she transforms into She-Hulk for the first time on screen.
* DeadpanSnarker: Mainly at Johnny and the Mole Man's expenses.
* DistaffCounterpart: To the Hulk.
* HulkingOut: Sort of. She doesn't need anger to trigger it but it was obvious she was pissed off by Johnny's heckling.
* MsFanservice: A tall, muscular and buxom woman with a sensually deep voice, beautiful long hair and a costume that shows off her legs and butt.
* NiceGirl: Her snarkiness towards Johnny aside (who certainly deserves it), she's a really decent person. The only reason she leaves the team is because she believes the team are like family and that it would be wrong for her to replace Ben.
* PowerDyesYourHair: Her hair in human form is black. It becomes green when she transforms.
* PowerMakesYourHairGrow: Her grows down to her lower back in She-Hulk form.
%%* PowerMakesYourVoiceDeep
* SuperStrength: She ''is'' the Hulk's cousin.
* SuperToughness: Again Hulk's cousin.
* StatuesqueStunner
* VoluntaryShapeshifting: She can shift in and out of her Gamma form at will. This becomes useful when she slips out of her restraints by becoming human and making her wrists smaller than her restraints.
* YouWouldntLikeMeWhenImAngry: Actually said by her at one point. Her transforming and scaring the crap out of Johnny earlier also qualifies. Unlike her cousin, however, she doesn't need to be angry to transform.
