!!Deirdre the Priestess
Deirdre uses the power of the Goddess to protect and heal her friends and to smite the wicked creatures of the deep dungeons. She'll also smite anyone who treats her like a bimbo, even though she's not above working her good looks to get her way.

* HealThyself: Several of her cards call upon her goddess to heal fortitude damage she has taken.
* TheIngenue: She's benevolent and good-natured as well as naive; a bunch of guys leering at her in one of her cards has her thinking that they're interested in her religion.
* TheMedic: She has cards that heal others, though the effects can wear off.

!!Fiona the Volatile
A boisterous human warrior who is childhood friends with Gerki. This brash warrior maiden is quick with a sword...or axe, or dagger, or any other sharp or pointy thing she can get her hands on.

%%* BlockingStopsAllDamage: See "heavily armored mook" below.
* ChainMailBikini: Her undergarments, and one too many cracks about it gets you punched in the face.
* HealingFactor: "I've always been a fast healer," which regenerates 2 fortitude.
* HeavilyArmoredMook: Her card "Luckily, I was wearing my armor!" allows her to ignore anything that would cause her to lose fortitude.
* NoSell: She can use her drinks to wash the bloodstains off her stuff or be too busy playing with her sword collection to gamble.
* Tomboy: She enjoys armwrestling and fistfighting.
* VictoriasSecretCompartment: The card "Look what was rattling around in my armor!" allows her to fish a coin out of her breastplate. In play terms, she pays from the bank instead of her own pocket.

!!Gerki the Sneak
A sneaky halfling thief who is childhood friends with Fiona. Gerki's a shifty halfling whose pockets are always full of gold. A master of poisons, mechanisms, and stabbing people in the back, Gerki has saved the lives of his friends many, many times. Of course, if he wasn't so darn useful they most likely would have killed him by now!

* ButtMonkey: He seems to be on the receiving end of a lot of punishment by the other adventurers. Pooky can be seen lunging at him on the cover of the 5th Red Dragon Inn game.
* SlippingAMickey: He often likes to spike the drinks of others, though in later editions the card was retitled "A little something extra."

!!Zot the Wizard
Zot might have had a cushy job teaching magic theory at the Wizards' College had he not been saddled with Pooky, a psychotic, binge-drinking bunny rabbit, as his familiar.

* RobeAndWizardHat: Zot wears a black hooded robe with red rings and a crimson brooch over his chest.
* WizardBeard: Zot has a bushy, scruffy grey beard that covers the bottom half of his face.
* CoolHelmet: Unlike typical mages, Zot does not wear a floppy wizard's hat. Zot has opted for a silver helmet instead.
* FunctionalMagic: Zot is a wizard who wields a wand and can cast magic. It doesn't fail or falter and consists of transmutation, teleportation and/or invisibility spells. His familiar Pooky is from an extradimensional plane and is NOT an ordinary rabbit.
* MagiciansAreWizards: This is really Zot's main gimmick and identity. He's an actual magic-user but seems to be trying to disguise his magic as parlour tricks.
* WhatHaveWeEar: Zot pulls a coin out from behind someone else's ear. They pay him gold for performing this simple trick, which he probably didn't need magic to do.
* PullARabbitOutOfMyHat: Arguably this is Zot's most popular and famous trick because he's using his rabbit familiar Pooky as the star. Pooky is not amused by this.
* MagicHat: Despite the fact that Zot does not dress like a stage magician, he does use a magic hat in his "pull a rabbit out of a hat" trick. So he does have a magic hat, he just never wears it.
* CuteCreatureCreepyMouth: Pooky the Rabbit. At first glance he appears to be an ordinary white rabbit. Yet the slightest provocation will send Pooky into a furious rampage that damages other patrons in the tavern. And yes, his teeth are nasty and sharp.
* StarPower: Zot can use astrological power to deny an attack on himself. The stars say, "No!"
* MeditationPowerup: Not a "power up" exactly. Zot bows, covers his head with his hood and folds his hands to meditate so that he doesn't have to gamble or drink.
* Transmutation: He appears to have the ability to "transmute peanuts to gold" to prevent himself from losing money at the tavern.
* ProfessionalGambler: Zot probably thinks of himself as this, mainly because he's got several options for cheating. This really make him more of a CardSharp. From using rigged dice, using Pooky to look at others' cards or even the old "look over there!" trick.
* MagicWand: He has a magic wand that hurts other patrons at the tavern if they so much as hold it.
* NowYouSeeMe: Zot has the ability to vanish into thin-air to avoid taking damage from another patron's attack. It's not clear if this is a FakeoutEscape using an invisibility spell or an ExtradimensionalEmergencyExit using a teleportation spell. Either way, it keeps Zot safe from harm.
* WeaponizedTeleportation: While Zot doesn't directly attack anyone with a teleport spell or portal, he can teleport a powerful alcoholic beverage in front of someone else to avoid drinking it himself.
* KillerRabbit: Pooky the Rabbit. Despite looking like a cute, adorable little white bunny that anyone would love to pet or play with, Pooky is anything but what lies on the surface. He is fierce, violent, moody and judgemental. Do NOT get on this rabbit's bad side.
* EscapedAnimalRampage: Pooky flies into a bitey rage if he drinks too much, or someone steps on him, or if someone harms Zot.
* SealedBadassInACan: Zot and Pooky were accidentally sealed away in a massive stasis spell for 50 years at the Mages' Collegium. Warthorn Redbeard even references this event in one of his stories.

!!Eve the Illusionist
Eve defies description, mostly because no one knows exactly what she really looks like without her illusions. Her powers have saved her fellow adventurers countless times from extremely gullible monsters.

* MasterOfIllusion: All of Eve's abilities and skills are based around illusions and deceptive magic. From hiding coins to cheating at cards to disguising herself as other people. Her illusions also allow her to dodge attacks entirely, keeping her safe from harm.
* MagicStaff: Occasionally Eve will be shown wielding a long staff with a golden clasp holding a round orb at the top of it. The orb seems to be a focus for her magic and contains a green smoky substance. (sometimes the orb is orange, not green)
* DeliriousMisidentification: The power of Eve's illusions are good enough to disguise her as other people. She can use this to avoid taking damage from another patron. Or she can disguise herself as The Wench and gain gold from every other patron at the table!
* OfCorsetsSexy: Her outfit is basically a purple and gold corset with a high collar and gloves.
* MsFanservice: Eve is a beautiful blonde woman with piercing green eyes, purple lipstick and fair features. She also possesses an impressive bust and her outfit shows off a great deal of cleavage. Even without hypnotism or illusions, Eve could probably convince a lot of people to do what she says.
** Unless of course her voluptuous appearance is ALSO an illusion. Then there's no telling what she really looks like.
* HypnoticEyes: She possesses large green eyes and is capable of hypnotizing other bar patrons into believing they are drunker than they actually are.
* CardSharp: Much like Gerki and Zot, Eve is adept at cheating at card games. She uses hidden cards and causes simple distractions to take advantage during gambling rounds.
* YourMindMakesItReal: Despite the fact that Eve only deals in illusions, they are NOT harmless. She even states, "That's odd. Illusions aren't supposed to actually hurt." Whether or not she means it is up for debate.
* FauxFlame: Eve has some cards that say "Whoa! Careful! That's real fire!" But since her illusions deal damage anyway, what difference does it make? She can add flames and liquor to someone else's drink by turning it into a Dragon Breath Ale.
* Synchronization: She possesses a unique spell called "Share Pain" that allows her to reduce damage that she's taking. Rather than Eve receiving all the pain, she can split the fortitude loss in half between herself and one other hapless bar patron.
* SmokeOut: Forget using a smoke bomb! Eve can just cloak herself in shadow, enveloping herself in a purple mist or smoke that either makes her vanish entirely or just obscures her physical presence temporarily. Either way, she can use this smoke trick to avoid gambling or taking a drink.
* MagicalCounterfeiting: Eve has several chances to avoid losing money with illusionary coins, and can trick other patrons out of their gold using her skillful magic.
* DiscreetDrinkDisposal: Eve fools other patrons into thinking that her mug of ale is empty, allowing her to avoid getting drunker. She turns the mug upside down and instead of liquid pouring out, only a wispy purple smoke is seen.
* PurpleIsPowerful: She utilizes powerful illusion magic, wears purple and gold clothing and creates purple smoke for a good portion of her spells. (Her Character Deck cards are purple too).

!!Fleck the Bard
Fleck is a dashing half-elf, always ready with a smile or a song. His heroic tales and stirring lute-playing raise his friends' spirits, filling them with courage as they face the horrors of the deep dungeon.
* OurElvesAreDifferent: The bard Fleck is a handsome half-elf with shining eyes, a well trimmed beard and a big smile with pearly white teeth. He possesses long thin eyebrows, pointed ears and has a medium-sized build. Physically he's in fine shape, but relies on talent and skill rather than physical prowess to defeat his foes.
* TheBard: Fleck composes tales, plays the lute, sings songs and charms people with his winning smile every time he visits the Red Dragon Inn. He wears a brown vest over top of a blue shirt with big puffy sleeves.
* BadassCape: It's worth mentioning that Fleck has a flowing yellow cape attached to his shoulders. Even if his puffy sleeves are a bit campy, Fleck's cape is pretty awesome and gives his world-traveling bard persona some flair.
* SignatureInstrument: Fleck is rarely seen apart from his lute. He either keeps it strapped to his back or he has it in his hands ready to play. The lute is how he performs his talent and skill after all.
* InstrumentOfMurder: His lute is not a murder weapon. But other tavern patrons get hurt when the strings break on it. This would imply some kind of musical magic on Fleck's part. Also, don't sit on his tuning fork. (ouch)
* WanderingMinstrel: Sitting around in a tavern all day composing stories is all well and good, but it's not all Fleck does. He also accompanies other heroes on their journeys to assist them and record their adventures. This makes him a TagalongChronicler as well as a helpful hero to inspire courage and hope in his fellow warriors.
* TheStoryteller: Fleck composes poems, epics, ballads and songs about his fellow heroes and allies. He does not do any of this for free. At the bar he expects payment for his services and receives gold for his compositions.
* HospitalityForHeroes: Being a bard has lots of benefits. One of which is that it's easy for Fleck to make money. Or even have an appreciative listener bail him out when he should owe gold to someone else.
** A really nice benefit to playing as Fleck is the ability to ARoundOfDrinksForTheHouse order extra drinks for free. The bar won't accept his money since Fleck has already paid with a song.
* CardSharp: Fleck cheats. A LOT. Even more than Zot the Wizard or Eve the Illusionist. Actually, Fleck has more options for cheating at cards than Gerki does!
* BarBrawl: When Fleck plays a rowdy drinking song, the entire bar devolves into this. Everyone takes some fortitude damage, everyone gets a bit drunker, and Fleck is the one who has to pay the tavern for the broken chairs.
* TearJerker: When Fleck plays a sad mournful ballad, the entire bar gets teary-eyed and sobers up a bit. Fleck also gains gold from every other patron in the bar. There's nothing quite like stirring up people's emotions for a profit.
* ARoundOfDrinksForTheHouse: Fleck gives a toast to his friends and everyone in the bar (Fleck included) picks up a drink and chugs it down. Thankfully, nobody has to pay for these drinks.
* ImYourBiggestFan: When someone in the bar harms the local entertainment, there's a chance for reprisal. The bard's "biggest fan" is exactly that, a MASSIVE barbarian man who hits back any patron who harmed Fleck. (it's possible the barbarian is Cormac the Mighty, though his face is not seen)
** Another of Fleck's fans is a priest and will lay their HealingHands on him to restore some fortitude when needed. Again, this person is probably an NPC and their face is not revealed to us.
* SmarterThanYouLook: Fleck is a proud flamboyant elven bard who loves to sing and party and make money, but don't take him for an idiot. Even at the tavern he can be found poring over scrolls and manuscripts about ancient lore. These studies also give him an excuse to avoid gambling or drinking.
* CantHoldHisLiquor: He has a card that says "I may be a fop, but I can hold my liquor!" And how does he do that? By ignoring the drink entirely.
* LonelyTogether: Fleck claims that he "hates to drink alone". This gives him the opportunity to split his drink with someone else at the tavern, keeping him relatively sober for longer.

!!Dimli the Dwarf
Dimli loves gold, axes and ale. He always seems to have a stash of gold secreted away somewhere. He's really, really good with his dwarven axes. He's not so good with darts, though. When he starts playing...duck.

* OurDwarvesAreAllTheSame: Zigzagged with Dimli; although he seems to play it mostly straight, his online background reveals he comes from a "clan-shamed clan", as his clan has been accused of betraying the Dwarvenhold and causing its destruction. Thusly, he adventures to prove his family's innocence.
* BeardOfBarbarism: Dimli sports a large, brown braided beard that goes down across his chest.
* CoolHelmet: His rune-covered, horned helmet belonged to his great-grandfather and it keeps him safe from Fortitude attacks. This is a signature look for Dimli and he rarely takes his helmet off even when relaxing at the tavern. Dimli's great-grandfather's helmet is so famous that it shows up again in Lizwick's Bag of Holding and the Munchkins' Treasure Deck.
* GirlsWithMoustaches: Dimli tries to talk to a bearded lady at the tavern, allowing him to ignore a drink or a round of gambling.
* NationalWeapon: Dimli keeps a massive two-handed, double-edged battle axe strapped to his back. Thankfully he never uses it in the bar. However, this grumpy dwarf has been known to brandish a smaller one-handed axe when angered or insulted.
* BizarreBelching: Dimli can let loose with an "impressive dwarven war belch" that impresses the other patrons at the bar, earning him some gold.
* BurpOfFinality: Dwarves love to drink. Usually this would be Dimli's downfall at the tavern, but sometimes a drink will restore his fortitude rather than make him more inebriated. "Uuurp! That hit the spot!"
* BoozeBasedBuff: One of his cards allows Dimli to avoid the usual effects of consuming a drink (like getting drunker). Instead he gains fortitude and health relative to the alcohol he should've gained from such a drink.
* SlippingAMickey: Dimli wants others to enjoy their drinks as much as he does. Sometimes he'll spike their drinks with dwarven firewater, adding extra alcohol content to the brew.
* TheNapoleon: He gets angry when someone tells short jokes or uses his head as table (to rest their drink on). While Dimli is certainly not the shortest person to frequent the tavern, it's clear he does not abide by people making fun of those of a diminutive stature. He's a burly dwarf with a short temper, so it's probably not a good idea to upset him.
* PennyPinchingCrab: Dimli is not a cheapskate by any means, but he is frugal when it comes to his gold. He always carries a small satchel of gold with him everywhere he goes. Dimli has several cards that prevent him from losing gold or allow him to avoid a round of gambling where he might lose some gold. A pint of stout ale is pretty much the only thing that comes between this dwarf and his hard-earned money.

!!Gog the Half-Ogre
Gog the Half-Ogre is big, green and dumb. But he tries hard. He's really a nice guy once you get to know him...and if you can get past the smell and the fact that he's got two left feet. Never, ever dance with Gog! As you can guess, hanging around with Gog is likely to get you hurt.
* OurOgresAreHungrier: Gog is a massive mountain of muscle. He wears heavy black chain-mail armor with big spiked shoulder pads. His skin is green, his eyes are yellow and he has got four big canine teeth in his mouth. Gog sports a golden earring in his left ear, and a big dimple in his pronounced chin. He's bald on the top of his head, but has two long reddish-brown braids of hair that drape on either side of his face down his chest. He likes to drink, dance and party with friends. He's also not too bright, and doesn't really limit his strength in a laid-back setting...like the bar.
** Bear in mind that Gog is only a half-ogre. If he was an ogre he'd probably be larger, stronger and much more violent. Gog usually just acts like a spoiled brat who can't control his mood swings.
* TheBigGuy: Gog is one of the biggest guys around. His strength is incredible, but his intelligence is low. Which means he's the DumbMuscle. While he usually acts pretty childish, he can also be a bit of a bully with his temper.
* DoesNotKnowHisOwnStrength: Gog actually says this on some of his cards...right before he deals damage to someone else at the tavern. He just wants to give people hugs, but doesn't realize how strong he is when he crushes them and forces them to take fortitude damage.
* PeopleSitOnChairs: At the bar, everyone takes a seat at the table. But Gog is a large ogre and not very bright. If he doesn't see someone already sitting in a chair well....the results are disastrous. The victim loses a lot of fortitude and Gog has to pay a gold to the inn to fix the broken chair.
* BadassArmFold: If Gog doesn't want to be bothered, he crosses his arms and turns his head away. This is something a pouty child would do, but on an eight foot tall half-ogre with huge arms it just looks badass. It also lets him ignore a drink or prevents him from having to join a gambling round.
* Stein-Crushing Cranium Gog will crush a metal beer stein on his own head and suffer no ill effects. This both impresses and terrifies the others at the bar, earning him some gold. It's like a party trick and an intimidation tactic rolled into one!
* BearHug: Gog picks up everyone nearby and gives them all a great big squeeze. IT HURTS. (they all take damage)
* SucksAtDancing: Out of all of Gog's actions, this one deals the most damage to a single target. Just one dance with this clumsy half-ogre will cause someone to lose FOUR Fortitude.
* HulkSpeak: Gog tends toward using this.
* ThirdPersonPerson: His cards have him refer to himself explicitly in the third person. Every card of his says "Gog" instead of "I".
* TheBully: Even though Gog is friendly, (for a half-ogre) he gets upset easily. If he gets laughed at, someone gets hurt. If no one laughs at his jokes, someone gets hurt. If someone punches him, he's gonna hit them right back. There's just no way to avoid damage around someone so thin-skinned!
* SpoiledBrat: This is Gog's entire personality. He acts like a very large child and will scream, rage and rant when he doesn't get his way. If provoked, he'll either respond by sulking, shouting or punching.
* ThatMakesMeFeelAngry: Gog will loudly declare "Gog angry now!" Surprisingly, this doesn't cause anyone damage. But it does allow the big green guy to restore some of his fortitude. Gog's anger acts as a healing agent.
* StopPokingMe: Stop poking Gog! That's what it feels like when he gets struck with an axe, sword, arrow or magic bolt. This beast is so tough he can ignore the damage from a Fortitude attack.
* BigShutUp: Gog will shout this loudly if you upset him. He can ignore an attack on his fortitude, alcohol or his gold supply simply by yelling. However, he can't use this tantrum to avoid gambling.
* Picky Drinker Easily repulsed and prone to acting like a spoiled kid, Gog will do what he can to avoid taking a drink. "This taste yucky!" allows Gog to ignore a drink in front of him.
* RageQuit: If a gambling round begins, Gog can say "this game stupid!" and choose not to play. He isn't truly rage-quitting, but the picture shows him tossing a handful of cards dismissively behind him. This very much fits into Gog's childlike and immature personality.
* DisqualificationInducedVictory: Despite all of his immature antics, Gog DOES have a sense of honor. He will never cheat at cards and will not hesitate to call out someone else who is cheating. Gog does not like cheaters and he will disqualify and instantly win a round of gambling if he catches someone doing so.

!!Wizgille the Tinkerer
A legendary genius Artificer among the Gnomes, Wizgille is always tinkering and creating new devices. Whether the creation is a smashing success or blows up in her face, on the other hand, well...

* AHeroToHisHometown A Hero To Her Hometown: Wizgille is adored in her hometown of Copperforge because she's one of the greatest Arcane Inventors in the world.
* TheSmartGuy: Wizgille's inventions are far-renowned and quite powerful. She is always tinkering with a new gadget that will give her an edge over her enemies. Wizgille has an innate understanding of how things work and how they fit together.
* ScienceHero: Rather than relying on brute force or graceful dexterity, Wizgille uses her intellect and crafting skill to make some really nifty gadgets to get her through a dungeon...or a night at the tavern.
* GadgeteerGenius: Her inventions can do some pretty great things, like turning alcohol into gold. That is, when they work.
* WrenchWench: Wizgille is a girl whose very handy with machines, gears, pulleys, levers and anything mechanical really.
* Hoist By Her Own Petard: A malfunctioning invention of hers can hurt her and cause her to take fortitude damage.
* SeeThruSpecs: Omni-sight goggles. One of Wizgille's inventions that she can use to cheat during a round of gambling...if they work. In fact, if her omni-sight goggles are "offline" she may not bother to ante at all.
* CardSharp: Wizgille cheats when she gambles, just like Zot, Gerki and the rest. However, some of her cheating revolves around the usage of gadgets. If her omni-sight goggles or probability calculator fails, so does her attempt at cheating.

!!Brewmaster Phrenk
A highly skilled Potionmaster from the troll villages, Phrenk is a laid back, live-and-let-live kind of troll. Still not a good idea to make him angry, though-he's as brilliant at brewing healing potions as he is in making drinks, and, player willing, he might even make you wish you had bought that healing potion when he offered it to you last round...

!!Kaylin the Renegade (and her companion, Wulfric)
* ALizardNamedLiz: Kaylin's wolf, Wulfric.

!!Serena the Pious
An Orc Paladin, who became a paladin depite being an Orc because the paladins who'd slayed her village couldn't bear to kill such an incredibly adorable baby Orc. Serena grew up to be highly disciplined and loyal to her order, a skilled fighter and capable healer, but her Orcish instincts are ever-present beneath the surface. Well, how bad could drinking, gambling, and generally carousing in a tavern be? There's cheaters to catch, pre-emptive punches to hand out, and surely the temple wouldn't miss just one gold coin, would they...?

* HiddenDepths: When Bastian hears of Serena and assumes she's a vile Orc masquerading as a Paladin of Korash, he is furious. But when he chases her down he realize she's no impostor, and there might be more to Korash than he initially thought.

!!Captain Whitehawk
* CoolOldLady: She's a senior, but the captain of a crew and a more than competent swordfighter and loves partying and drinking with her friends.

!!First Mate Remy
* AttackReflector: One of his cards, "Deflect," redirects any fortitude damage sent at him to a marked player of his choice, which can be the person that attacked him first.
* CounterAttack: His deck is primarily made of cards that attack players who attack him first.
* DarkAndTroubledPast: His backstory recounts his time being imprisoned after a warship crew mutiny, surviving a kraken attack that downed the warship, and forced into becoming a pirate.
* GoodIsNotSoft: He's among the more moral characters of the cast (he has no cheating cards, for example), but he's not afraid to get violent to discipline misbehaving adventurers.
* HonorBeforeReason: This came back to bite him a couple of times in his backstory:
** When the crew of the warship he originally served on mutinied, weary of constant battle, his honor meant that he came to the defense of the officers and was imprisoned for it.
** After narrowly escaping with his life after the warship was destroyed and grateful at having been rescued by a crew, Remy pledged his loyalty to them...and they turned out to be pirates. Despite the pirate life not agreeing with him, he served them as he had promised until Captain Whitehawk inspired him to rebel.
* LongHairedPrettyBoy: He's pretty much the most beautiful man in the cast, and his hair is down to his mid back at least.
* TheOneGuy: He's the only male character of his crew.
* YouCantGoHomeAgain: He wants to return to his home in the east, but doesn't know if he'd be welcomed or put to death as a mutineer.

!!Bryn the Boatswain
* TheLadette: A very strong lady who loves arm wrestling, flexes and crushes tankards like nothing.

!!Tara the Navigator
* BlindSeer: She carries around a crystal ball that she uses to make predictions of her fellow adventurers' future, which tends to be them getting drunker.

!!Joran the Trickster

!!Zakhan the Drunken Master
A half-elf, half-barbarian monk who pounds both faces and drinks in (relatively) equal measure.
* BoozeBasedBuff: Higher Drunken Chi (which Zakhan may get by gaining alcohol from drinks) makes some of his cards more powerful, from increasing his damage output to allowing him to ignore attacks instead of reducing the damage he takes.
* BoozeFlamethrower: Zakhan can utilize his Drunken Chi to set all other players aflame.
%%* DrunkenMaster: Naturally.
* QuickNip: Occasionally takes a sip of wine from his jug to boost his Drunken Chi.

%%* VampireVords
!!Amundyr the Cursed

!!Torglesnarf Duncleton, First of His Name
A self-proclaimed king of the goblins who is not particularly big, strong or intimidating in his own right. He is, however, smart enough and rich enough to hire goons who are. He first appeared in Battle for Greyport before becoming playable in RDI 6.
* TheDragon: General Drog serves as this, both in Battle for Greyport and among Torglesnarf's minions in RDI; in the latter case he only appears in Torglesnarf's "Boss Mode" deck.
* LetsYouAndHimFight: Torglesnarf isn't too proud to pay people to attack someone else--even their own teammates, if he is faced as a Boss.
* ScrewTheRulesIHaveMoney
* SmallNameBigEgo: There's not much evidence that his claims of being royalty are legitimate, but he certainly acts the part, paying off other creatures to serve him.

!!Warthorn Redbeard
The proprietor of the Red Dragon Inn, Warthorn Redbeard is a retired Dwarf adventurer who enjoys the company his customers bring to his establishment, to the point where he'll entertain them (completely talk their ears off) with his stories of adventures past.

* AccentUponTheWrongSyllable: He will be the first to let you know that his name isn't pronounced "Wart-Horn", though you will get a chuckle out of him if you do this by accident.
* ADayInTheLimelight: Sometimes, he will tell stories about other Red Dragon Inn characters' accomplishments/shenanigans.
* AFatherToHisMen: He dedicates an entire tale singing songs of the Wench's praises.
* ARoundOfDrinksForTheHouse: One of his cards, "A toast! To the Red Dragon Inn!" invokes this.
%% Doesn't explain what the reaction is. * BerserkButton: Don't cheat at cards in his establishment.
* BigGood: He's the guy who established and runs the very venue your character plays in.
* LetMeTellYouAStory: His deck's gimmick. Any time you see a pipe in the corner of a card, it will trigger this event.
* OurDwarvesAreAllTheSame: Fits this trope to a T. This is even poked fun at when he tries on Dimli's (a fellow Dwarf) helmet.
* RetiredBadass: He was a past adventurer himself who decided to open an inn for other adventurers.

!!Molly the Stablehand
A young halfling stablehand that tends to the animals left behind by their owners when they go to have a drink at the Inn. Said animals have a tendency to wander into the establishment, much to her dismay.

* AnimalStampede: When the animals get way out of control, this happens.
* BadassAdorable: You pretty much have to be to handle some of the animals that she tends to, one of which is a flaming nightmare horse.
* DrinkingOnDuty: If she's selected as a character. This can hilariously backfire as it will cause some of the animals she's supposed to be minding to wander into the Inn.
* FriendToAllLivingThings: She seems to have an affinity towards caring for animals (and the occassional passed-out adventurer) in her stable.
* TheRival: Many of the animals in her care are this to another. If they both appear in front of her, HilarityEnsues.
* TokenMiniMoe: To the crew of the Red Dragon Inn.

!!Jasper the Bouncer
A retired aged wizard who watches over the Red Dragon Inn and makes sure none of the patrons get too rowdy.

* TheBigGuy: Although he doesn't look the part.
* CoolOldGuy: Don't be deceived by his appearance - this grandpa hits hard.
* DrinkingOnDuty: If he's selected as a character.
* SquishyWizard: Averted. He may look like this trope, but his strength is on par with powerhouses like Gog the Half-Ogre and Bryn the Boatswain, the latter of whom casually totes a cannon with her to deal with cheaters.
* TimeOut: If a patron get too restless, he will take the offending party outside with him until they calm down.
* UnderestimatingBadassery: It seems like he's counting on people to do this.

!!The Wench
The waitress who attends to the needs of the Red Dragon Inn's clientele, ever ready to serve drinks with a smile. At first a side character relegated to serve your characters beverages as needed, she eventually became a playable character.

* AllThereInTheManual: Her name is Olivia, but you'd only know that if you listened to Warthorn Redbeard's stories.
* AmbiguouslyBrown: Her artwork makes her look like she's of East Indian descent (especially the 5th edition), but when she gets her own deck, her skin tone got considerably lighter.
* BerserkButton: Don't assume that she is that type of wench. It won't be appreciated, and you'll see her hidden sword first-hand.
* DrinkingOnDuty: If she's a character one of the players selects.
* GargleBlaster: She has access to a LOT of these with her Special Reserve drink cards.
* HiddenBadass: Oh, she knows how to handle a sword, all right. Don't let her friendly demeanor fool you.
* Hypocrite: She scolds people for playing with their drinks, but when SHE does it, it's "her job."
* LovedByAll: Everyone likes her, even as she makes off with gambling winnings, claiming they're her "tip". She even gets along with Pooky.
* MsFanservice: Pretty much like most of the girls at the Red Dragon Inn.
* PromotedToPlayable: She was there since the very beginning as a NonPlayerCharacter serving the drinks, until she with the rest of the Red Dragon Inn crew decided to join the fun in the 7th edition of the game.

!!Lucky the Scofflaw
Lucky is the sort of person who always seems to be there when a barrel of Dwarven Firewater falls off the back of a warehouse. If you’re fortunate enough to stumble down the right alley, you may find some of it at Lucky’s Rolling Barrel!

!!Phyll Startusk

!!Nerodia the Petrifier
Nerodia is a clever and devious gorgon with boundless energy and business savvy – just the right owner for a dark tavern like The Black Dragon Depths. Descend to the Depths to hire nefarious minions, or just to grumble about adventurers ruining your stuff!

!!Dale the Mycologist
he Undercity is fertile ground for a mushroom farmer like Dale. An expert in both the edible and medicinal varieties of fungus, he supplies a cornucopia of fine goods. Dale is a genial, down-to-earth pixie who’s quick to fluster when folks do him a wrong turn – not uncommon when your crop is small and the big-folk just walk on through!

!!Beastsergeant Ygella
When the Runoff Rangers, an elite band of subterranean peacekeepers, encounter a beastie that needs relocating, Ygella is on the job. With a kind word, years of experience, and a pack full of spelunker snacks she helps the Undercity coexist with the wildlife beneath Greyport.

!!Doctor Terci
Doctor Terci is a tireless medical professional, who diligently serves the denizens of the Undercity. When you can’t make it up to the surface to get your healing (or you can’t pay in simple gold coin), Terci is ready to salve, stitch and splint. Plus, they observe strict doctor-patient confidentiality. No inconvenient questions asked!

!!Jett the Courier
A daring athlete, Jett isn’t afraid of taking the most… creative… shortcuts through the tunnels (and restaurants, and laundry lines, and open windows…) of the Undercity. This gray blur of a kobold hurtles through the air, package in hand, ready to thread the needle and stick the landing better than anyone else in the Couriers’ Guilds.

!!Petra the Devious
While the Thieves’ Guild of Greyport has undergone some considerable reforms to become the respectable leadership of the Undercity, some things never change. Petra attained her position in the time-honored, traditional way of “relieving” her former boss of his duties. Now with her seat in the Guildmasters‘ Council secure, only time will tell what other dastardly schemes she has plotted.

!Red Dragon Inn Allies and Expansion Packs
Initially released one character at a time, now being released in two-for-ones.

* BitchInSheepsClothing: He’ll often play up the cute act in order to get out of being targeted by others, but he’s vicious and terrifying underneath.
* CuteCreatureCreepyMouth: Pooky has a mouth full of sharp teeth and green drool, which is one of the things that shows that he definitely isn't a normal rabbit.
* Familiar: Serves as one to Zot.
* GlamorFailure: He looks like a cute, fluffy rabbit, but with the sharp teeth, it’s evident he’s anything but.
* KillerRabbit: Quite literally, though it’s evident that there’s something...off about him.
* MoreTeethThanTheOsmondFamily: One look into his maw reveals incredibly sharp, terrifying teeth.
* PromotedToPlayable: He first appeared on some of Zot’s cards, but then got his own deck.
* SanityMeter: His main deck gimmick. The drunker or angrier he gets (caused by him taking damage or losing at gambling), the more unhinged he becomes, and the harder he hits.

* HealThyself: She can call upon the powers of nature to heal fortitude damage she has taken.
* StoneWall: Her tree form reduces all fortitude damage she takes by 2 and all alcohol content she would gain by 2, though it can’t affect other players at all; playing any card while she is a tree forces Erin back to her elf form immediately.
* TimeOut: Turning into a tree ends her turn immediately, including making her immune to any cards that have yet to be resolved for the turn, as well as negating her drink phase.
* VoluntaryShapeshifting: She's a druid, after all; her main deck gimmick involves her swapping between four forms: Her default elf form, a bear, a raven, and a tree.

* ArrogantKungFuGuy: He's a skilled mage, and incredibly arrogant about it. Many of his "ignore damage" cards have him saying something to the effect of "Your powers are no match for mine!"
* HeelFaceTurn: His backstory reveals that he used to be villainous, but realized the error of his ways and turned to good. He's still incredibly arrogant, though.

!!Keet

!!Nitrel
* CuteMonsterGirl: For a little goblin, she's absolutely adorable.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: Some of Nitrel's bombs deal fortitude damage to herself as well.
* StuffBlowingUp: She hands out a variety of bombs with her cards, which usually damage players' fortitude (or get them drunk).

!!The Magnificent Adonis, Bard of the Ages

!!The Lich King
* DemBones
* HelpingHands: Much of his magic is channeled into his severed right hand, allowing it to function while detached. He can also detach fingers from this hand to deflect attacks and ignore drinks.
* LifeDrain: One of his many magical abilities.
* PlayingWithFire: He's fond of launching fireballs that can hit multiple people at once.
* PurpleIsPowerful: Sports a purple fur-lined cape and glowing purple eye sockets, and is an EvilSorcerer to boot.
* ThrowTheBookAtThem: As a Boss he can do this with a particularly large spell book.

Notable for being both a standalone 2-player expansion, and a crossover with Steve Jackson's TabletopGame/Munchkin.

!!Ohava the Grand Cleric

%%*WeAREStrugglingTogether

!!Murgath the Blessed

* BringIt: As a Boss, his "Dauntless confidence" card gives this vibe.
* ClingyMacguffin: Banefall, a holy sword that the evil Murgath can't put down.
* EnemyMine: Murgath and Banefall are constantly at odds, but some cards show them seemingly working together. For example, "I will NOT abide cheaters!" has both of them equally mad at whoever's cheating at gambling.
* HealingShiv: Effectively what Banefall tries to be, as whenever Murgath attacks someone, they gain a Blessing card that can be used to heal, though generally won't immediately out-heal the damage dealt.
* VolcanicVeins: His "Boss Mode" appearance sports these, both on his skin and armor.

!!Piper the Sniper

* EarlyBirdCameo: Her design was first seen in the Battle for Greyport deck-building game.
* MultiShot: She can use as many or as few Arrow cards as she wants from her hand, in lieu of a regular Action.
* RuggedScar: She has claw mark-like scars across her face. It's implied that she got them from Ripsnarl. One of her cards even states "You don't collect scars by being a wimp".
* TrickArrow: An entire quiver of them!

!!Ripsnarl
* BearHug: "First rule of villainy: Crush your rivals."
%%OurWerewolvesAreDifferent: He may or may not need a full moon to change; some of his cards allow him to shift from one form to another, and he can potentially change multiple times in one turn.
