* Whether you choose to go left or right in the first chapter, Karma will still jump in to save you, pulling the first BigDamnHeroes moment of the game.
* Any time Karma pulls out his sword. And when Lucette pulls out hers and fights back-to-back with his beast form in his good ending.
* During their swords practice, Karma's first lesson with Lucette was teaching her how to be on guard by sneak-attacking her. This is awesomely subverted later in the route when he approaches her from behind, and she has the option to spin around and point her sword to his throat (which, by the way, is the right option for the good ending).
* Parfait may be sickly, run ragged from dealing with evil witches and Fairy Tale Curses, and dealing with a weak connection to her crystal but she still kicks the ass of Mythros and Varg in multiple routes.
* Hildyr shows that everyone is right to be scared of her when she gets revived in Fritz and Waltz's routes. It takes Parfait destroying the source of magic in the former and Lucette getting the drop on her via FakeDefector in the latter to take her down.
* Lucette can pull off some truly admirable snark, and often does throughout the game. This is perhaps exemplified best in Rod's route, in which she hears a couple of noblewomen gossiping about her stepmother, steps in to defend her and pretty throughly destroys the noblewomen with just her words alone. The only comeback they can think of is threatening to report her to the King, which doesn't worry Lucette in the slightest for obvious reasons.
* In Waltz's route, he teaches Lucette magic. She learns quickly and saves the entire town from Hildyr's spell with a massive barrier before the final showdown. In the good end, she becomes queen herself, with Waltz as her adviser/lover.
* Lucette's FakeDefector ruse near the end of Waltz' route. She brilliantly uses a commotion that happened with the townspeople after she'd defended them from Hildyr, and uses her mother's hatred for humanity to make the lie more believable. Her acting is so convincing not only Hildyr falls for it, but Waltz, Delora and Parfait are worried that she'd truly turned on them. It culminates in an awesome moment where, pretending to ready a spell to kill Waltz, she redirects the blow to her mother and gives Parfait the opening to defeat Hildyr. She even begins her spell with an epic one-liner:
--> '''Hildyr:''' Say goodbye to the traitor.
--> '''Lucette:''' Goodbye...Mother.
