!The Play
* The title song, where the other Disney villains all tell their own side of the story, leading Ja'far to realize he has to do the right thing, regardless of how he'll be remembered as a villain for it.
-->''♫ The road ahead may twist\
But I will never swerve\
I'll give them all the unsung antihero they deserve\
I've nothing left to lose\
So the only path to choose is twisted! ♫''
* The Captain [[FreudianExcuseIsNoExcuse shutting down any attempt to justify Aladdin's actions.]]
--> '''Princess''': He's a victim of circumstance!
--> '''Captain''': ''Victim''?! Tell that to Baful's twin brother, Abdul! He was the victim!
--> '''Princess''': Well, unlike Aladdin, he probably had a family who loved him!
--> '''Captain''': YES!
--> '''Baful''': Exactly...
* Aladdin's dual personality argument. Admittedly it's a ShoutOut to the musical version of JekyllAndHyde and the movie version of ''Film/TheLordOfTheRings'', but that's still a very hard trick to pull off.
* How Achmed is defeated. The Princess uses the Lost Treasure of Ali Baba to buy out his kingdom of Pik-zahr in favor of the Magic Kingdom to lead the Magic Kingdom back to the golden age with the help of the brilliant minds of Pik-zahr. The RealitySubtext is brilliant in and of itself as well.
* How Ja'far's wish to be a Genie is re-contextualized: he wishes to take the Djinn's place, freeing the Djinn in the process and denying Aladdin with any wish with them.
* After a healthy dose of CharacterDevelopment, the Princess stands up to Aladdin and tells him to piss off, because she's never going to have sex with him.
* It may not have any effect, but you have to cheer on Ja'far telling the Djinn "Will you stop being an asshole for one minute!"
** Shortly preceding that, his ultimatum to the Djinn, while wishing for the power to defeat Prince Achmed's men.
