When the call is made he and Micheal Atwood breach the building and steal all the data for Irina, before Franco kills Micheal and takes all of Micheal's money. Learning that it was Chris who made the call while Marcus got shot, Franco offers Chris a ride planing to kill him, before he encounters Chris's uncle, Jeffrey Allen, in his car where the two have a shoot out.
