Lecon takes it the hardest, especially when she screams in horror at the sight of her own reflection and breaks down in tears afterwards.
** Natsuki himself, since it's revealed [[spoiler: that he's been a victim of rape.]] As a result, he's very untrusting of [[GoodParents Mother Goat despite being a very kind-hearted and caring mother for the goat kids.]] Midway through the short, he starts empathizing with the family after giving Lecon his white woolen coat. [[spoiler:After Mother Goat tasers Natsuki's father and dumps him into a river]] she fully wins Natsuki's trust by preventing him [[spoiler:[[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil from getting raped by his wicked father once again]].]]

* GermansLoveDavidHasselhoff: While the short has become popular in Japan since its original release in 2018, it immediately became very popular with Spanish and Portuguese audiences when it was uploaded to Youtube on August 15th, 2020 with a Spanish and French translation alongside an English translation (via Closed Captions).

* HeartwarmingInHindsight:
** The fact that the goat children care about each other so much they never pointed out their burns and injuries prior to Natsuki's arrival.
** During the reveal of [[spoiler: Natsuki's father's true feelings for his son]], we get a glimpse at Natsuki's mother (who's implied to be [[MissingMom dead]]) from [[spoiler: his father's cellphone]], implying that his mother was the only parent that he truly loved and cared for. Mother Goat appears to share the same traits as Natsuki's mother when it comes to genuine love for him, such as Mother Goat giving him a hug to calm him down twice in the short, and treating him very sweetly like her other children. Even Mother Goat's facial features slightly resembles Natsuki's mother.

* WhatDoYouMeanItsNotForKids: Despite the similar title to Franchise/MyLittlePony, having cute stop motion goats, and based on a [[Literature/TheWolfAndTheSevenYoungKids beloved fairy tale]] ([[GermansLoveDavidHasselhoff mainly in Japan]]). It has a lot of violence ([[WouldHurtAChild especially towards children]]), dark themes (incest, child abuse, and pedophilia), and sexual content (portrayed very negatively).
