* NightmareFuel: The "[=FrankenWario=] Cartoon" VanityPlate that precedes Episode 2 and Wario Heist Brothers. It starts with illustrated heads of Wario, Frank Stringini and Marlon Reid appearing. A lightly quirky way to credit who's involved, right? Well, right after, the heads come together to form an insanely grotesque mix of the three. Gonk doesn't even begin to describe it as the result is a heavily disheveled face with warts and bumps all over, rotten, deformed teeth, a scrunched up nose, and worst of all, the Frank half of the face has an eye and ear just about ready to droop off. This makes for a sickening combination of SurpriseCreepy and NauseaFuel, which is something The Stringini Bros.' work with on a regular basis.

* SugarWiki/VisualEffectsOfAwesome: For all of the GrossoutShow elements played with in the animations the series is popular for, many can agree that they're nicely animated. The TwoDVisualsThreeDEffects in Episode 2 and Wario Heist Brothers mix well. This was enough to where some people thought Episode 2 was an old Nintendo commercial, as the former seems to unintentionally capture the aesthetic seen in commercials from the early 2000's. Some also say Wario's pointing animation from his memetic line in Episode 2 falls under this as well.

** "I thought this was an old Nintendo commercial". Many people first heard of Episode 2 or even the series through snippets of the first example on this entry being widely circulated. As such, the DerangedAnimation, TwoDVisualsThreeDEffects, and Marlon's surprisingly convincing performance as Wario have caused many people to mistake the short for a commercial for Wario Land 4.

* MemeticMutation: Episode 2 is this full stop for a variety of reasons:
** "Look Guys, look! It's one of my greatest achievement, Wario Land 4 on the Game Boy Advance!" Wario suddenly says this in Episode 2 as he walks down his hallway. The line has been spoofed for a variety of reasons, mainly for how it sounds out-of-place even within the short's context. A twitter account that would just post the clip over and over also had a hand in the short becoming a meme.
** Living With Wario but [X] Much like other works gone memetic, the series (mainly Episode 2) also spawned parodies much like the "We Are Number One" meme on Website/YouTube. Copypastas of the entire script of Episode 2 also tend to get thrown around as well. Edits of the above example also fall under this as well, replacing VideoGame/WarioLand4 with other things.

* NarmCharm: At the end of Episode 2, Wario lets out a scream right as he rushes into the bathroom. While many feel that it doesn't even sound like one for how it sounds like he's gargling among other things, people also find it funny for that very reason.
