* InformedWrongness: Ross is portrayed as being completely in the wrong when he distracts Rachel with his basket of food and wreaks havoc at her office. However, when you consider his acknowledgement that he and Rachel haven't even been able to see each other all week due to her work commitments and the fact that it was their first anniversary, it's not hard to see why Ross would resort to such a drastic measure with her.

** After Mark comes over to "comfort" Rachel while she stresses about her fight with Ross, he very loudly asks her a question as she's talking with Ross over the phone, which Ross overhears. He angrily hangs up on her, concluding that she's having an affair with Mark.
