In short, hundreds of people are fighting over a controller. Twitch Plays Pokémon Black & White 3: Genesis is the seventh run of the tenth season, which began on August 12th, 2023 and ended on August 19th, 2023. The game featured, Pokémon Black & White 3: Genesis, is an unofficial sequel to the Generation V games set 10 years after the events of Black 2 and White 2, which also presents itself as a demake of the Unova region in the engine of VideoGame/PokemonCrystal.

For this run, the Host chosen was a girl named "Jd", which was quickly interpreted as either "Jade" or "Jude" by players. Beginning her adventure in Humilau City, where she lives with LGBTRepresentationInMedia her two moms, she went on journey throughout the Unova region, soon enough picking up a propensity for hexing and exploiting her opponents' lack of understanding of balloons. Before long, her path crosses with Team Plasma, back in action with a plan revolving around the mysterious "Genesis Project"...

!!Twitch Plays Pokémon Black & White 3: Genesis contains examples of:

* AerithAndBob: The final team was composed of Man the Jellicent, SOULCASKET the Spiritomb, and Frostbyt the Cryogonal on the Bob side, and AACDF the Unfezant, [=MLcdDMGx=] the Durant, and ZTKBFCC the Heatmor on the Aerith side.

* ArtificialStupidity: On multiple occasions, opponents kept spamming supposedly super-effective Ground-type moves against Jd's Heatmor despite having access to other moves and more importantly despite it holding an Air Balloon, an item that nullifies Ground-type attacks. This allowed for easy victories against Pokémon such as Vio's Glalie or Skyla's Altaria, which refused to use anything other than Ground-type moves that would fail over and over as Heatmor chipped their health away.

* GameBreakingBug: In Nuvema Town, players were required to talk to Bianca in order to obtain the Surf HM and progress the plot, but for some reason she did not give them the item. Confused, they then tried to talk to Juniper, which simply caused the game to crash. After a reset, they went back and once more tried to talk to Juniper, this time causing the game to outright reset.

* GenderBender: Because the Voices failed multiple times to catch Genesect, the Streamer had to manually make it respawn after each failure. Due to Genesect being gendered in this hack, it resulted in said gender changing in-between attempts, much to the amusement of players.

* MyGreatestSecondChance: Ultimately subverted. A Riolu hatched from an Egg was released early on, locking out players out of the possibility of obtaining Lucario as it was the only one available in the entire game. After the game was beaten a first time, the event was manually reset so players could obtain the Egg again, and thus register Lucario in their Pokédex and get a chance at a stream badge of it; however, after being denied the Egg by the NPC due to having a full party, they never actually went back to get it.

* UnintentionallyUnwinnable: Between the fourth and fifth badge, players were require to visit Bianca in Nuvema Town in order to receive the HM for Surf. Unfortunately, the version of the game played on stream turned out to be glitched, as Bianca did not give Jd said HM, preventing further progress; after some time, this was rectified using a fixed copy of the ROM patch.

* TheUnpronounceable: Some of the Trainers, while having normal names in-game, had absurdly-long, gibberish-filled names displayed on the overlay's [=DexNav=] and run status page. One example is Youngster Ben, the first Trainer that Jd got the phone number of, the name of whom was displayed as "Youngster [=B'm Pé Cé6cé 'dé R é 'm N'm W 2 é 's4☹⊗H ₽In8 4 'm Pé Rb) Bl B Trainerb B Bk B☺ Hm Bb 4 'm8 M 8 M Pé |B | ♀4'm'dé R4 |é'm'd 'v☹ é |é 'm ⊗ B Bk B B Pcb Tmbab B Trainerb Trainerb▦Tmb? Bk B Bytrainerb Bytrainer4☹⊗H ₽In8 Pé Rb) Bl B Trainerb B Bytrainerb× ▦Y ▦' B Hab B→ é R=]".
