** The First Drawing talks about Paige's Classmates slowly turning into drawings by staying in the drawing world. this is never addressed or brought up again in the rest of the movie.

* ForcedMeme: Paige saying "Moisty!" It's even shamed in-universe, with Calobi telling her to never say it again because it makes people uncomfortable.

Pillow turns herself into a drawing because she doesn’t respect art, implied to be the doings of the magic pencil. This never happens to anybody else in the film as everyone else enters Paige’s world by falling asleep, and it’s revealed The Wizard was always a drawing. Speaking of said magic pencil, it never shows up being wielded by Paige nor do the villains try to steal it. The romantic teases between Paige and Hunter and Ally and Mickey go absolutely nowhere.

* AssPull: Mist using an “art style” to reverse his defeat at the hands of Paige just so [[spoiler: he can randomly decide that Paige won their battle anyways because he’s seen the error of his ways.]]

* BrokenAesop: The primary moral of the story is that everyone has the power to draw and that you have to hone your talent to improve it. The Wizard, however, is just plain bad at art and is implied that he’ll never actually get better at it, tracing or art theft be damned.
** Mist is a villain who demands artists should deserve respect and be treated as kings and queens, and Paige tells him he’s wrong for being so selfish. But then the movie goes out of its way to call Paige a princess and worship the concept of art as the most impactful thing ever, so are they really any different asides Mist’s massive ego?
** So… it’s wrong when the villains are lazy and look for cheats to get around doing actual work, but when Albert does it, it’s apparently funny in an endearing way?

Created by the content aggregator Calobi Productions (who formerly used to make animated rap battle videos), this self-made indie animation film was released to very little fanfare. It only gained traction in mid-2023 following the creator slandering [[Recap/TheAmazingDigitalCircusPilots The Amazing Digital Circus]] while promoting his own film that had significantly less views than it. Uploads of the beatboxing puppy scene quickly became a MemeticMutation on Twitter and brought more eyes to this film for better or for worse.
