Rotting to death after some time, he could not let his grudge towards the people of Crystal Tokyo go. So with the power of hate, he merged with it, his will overriding Nemesis itself and turning it into and becoming a GeniusLoci. With the Black Crystal now in hand, he decided to go under the guise of Wiseman and used it, his own MindControl powers and normal manipulation to make the Black Moon Clan work for him (they just thought he was an advisor) and instructed them to destroy the Silver Crystal, as it was the only thing that threatened him and his newfound power.
Convincing the Black Moon Clan to attack Earth, this ended with Neo-Queen Serenity and the future Sailor Senshi being overpowered, with Chibiusa escaping into the past. Here, Wiseman gleefully declares his intentions to drown the Solar System in darkness and kill everyone within it and then the universe, but the combined powers of Moon, Chibiusa and Tuxedo Mask destroy him once and for all.

'''Wiseman, aka Death Phantom and Planet Nemesis''' was once a Normal human whose name was unknown. Having gathered dark power, he used it to wreak havoc in Crystal Tokyo of the far future. Brainwashing people into rebelling against Neo-Queen Serenity. This ended with Neo-Queen Serenity banishing him to the planet Nemesis at the edge of the Solar System.
Rotting to death after some time, he could not let his grudge towards the people of Crystal Tokyo go. So with the power of hate, he merged with it, his will overriding Nemesis itself and turning it into and becoming a GeniusLoci. With the Black Crystal now in hand, he decided to go under the guise of Wiseman and used it, his own MindControl powers and normal manipulation to make the Black Moon Clan work for him (they just thought he was an advisor) and instructed them to destroy the Silver Crystal, as it was the only thing that threatened him and his newfound power.
Convincing the Black Moon Clan to attack Earth, this ended with Neo-Queen Serenity and the future Sailor Senshi being overpowered, with Chibiusa escaping into the past. Wiseman and the Black Moon follow her, and he and Demande have the Ayakashi Sisters abduct the Senshi, with only Venus, Moon, Pluto and Chibiusa escaping this. Wiseman and Demande kept the captured Senshi alive out of Pragmatism in case they were needed, and planned on killing them when Prince Demande (actually Wiseman, who was manipulating him, but he didn’t know) accomplished his goals.
When Sailors Moon, Pluto and Venus, as well as Tuxedo Mask and Chibiusa, travel to the future to save the kidnapped Senshi and stop the Black Moon Clan, he sends Esmeraude to her death by having her attack the Crystal Palace, well aware that she wouldn’t return. Wiseman appears after her destruction and he and Demande mock them over the devestation caused by the Black Moon’s attack. When Chibiusa separates from the group after, Wiseman manages to abduct Chibiusa. Here, he uses his [[HypnoticEyes Evil Eye]] ability to brainwash her into his strongest subordinate. When Sailor Moon successfully frees her friends after taking advantage of her capture at the hands of Demande, the Black Moon Clan and Wiseman arrive and a confrontation occurs. Rubeus realizes that Wiseman has been playing them for fools and tries to escape, but Wiseman kills him before he can succeed. Wiseman attacks the escaped Senshi, but they manage to escape Black Moon Castle.
After this, Wiseman reveals his true colors to Demande and Saphir. He reveals Black Lady and informs them on who she used to be (Chibiusa) before brainwashing them into loyal servants. As Chibiusa had the Silver Crystal of the future, Wiseman now had access, but he couldn’t truly access the power. Now more hungry for power, he adjusts his plans to take Moon’s Silver Crystal as well. When Black Lady attacks the Crystal Palace, she decides to summon Wiseman, who brings Demande and Saphir with him. Wiseman instructs Black Lady to bring another Black Crystal Monolith to the Earth. It is here where Demande reveals that his “Evil Sight” ability protected him from Wiseman’s MindControl attack.
