* The scene in "Cadpig Behind Bars" where Cadpig, who ended up at the pound after chasing a dog catcher's truck, tries to get through to Bon-Bon, an older, overweight poodle who dislikes her. Bon-Bon tearfully admits to Cadpig that her bad attitude comes from how nobody wants to adopt her and would prefer younger and cuter dogs, and Cadpig now being her roommate just reminded her of how miserable she was. This is especially TruthInTelevision in many dog shelters.

* In the YetAnotherChristmasCarol episode, we learn that Cruella's parents left her in the care of nannies to go on vacations, and they were absent at Christmastime. Young Cruella hoped they would send her a puppy for Christmas, and when they didn't, she'd take her frustration out on others.
** To put into perspective how little they cared about her, Cruella's parents would often send notes with their gifts that only barely acknowledged Cruella as their daughter.
** The biggest gut-punch happens in the final "Past" segment with a bitter adult Cruella returning home one Christmas and sees the silhouettes of her parents in the house window [[HopeSpot and she starts to tear up thinking that they were finally home to spend Christmas as a family with her.]] Only for her to rush inside and see that it was actually a pair of cardboard cutouts in their likeness that had a voice recorded messages from them instead. Realizing this serves as Cruellas' RageBreakingPoint as half her hair goes white like it is in the present day.

*Mooch's treatment in "My Fair Moochie" shoves him straight into JerkassWoobie territory. He tries so hard to make a genuine change from JerkAss to NiceGuy that his heartbroken reaction to Cadpig dumping him makes you feel bad for the poor guy.

* Lucky and Rebecca's parting at the end of "De Vil-Age Elder".
* Watching Rolly get bullied by his friends in the beginning of "Roll Out The Pork Barrel" and Spot get bullied by [[TheScrappy Lt. Pug]] in "Full Metal Pullet" easily qualify for this, especially if you've been bullied in real life. The latter gets a pretty big WhatTheHellHero speech from Cadpig to Lucky.
