*** [[spoiler:Later, Lilith probes Wally's mind to try and figure out what made him disappear, but it's hampered by his constant thoughts of Linda. The other Titans tease Wally, thinking it's just a simple LadykillerInLove, but while Wally rolls with the teasing, it's very easy to see how much this hurts him because it's more than that, they were married. They're InnocentlyInsensitive because they don't remember Wally's marriage, and so they don't realise how serious the relationship was, but it's clear how their good-natured ribbing is actually really hurting him.]]

* In Nightwing, Dick and Barbara have a heart-to-heart talk after having not spoken with each other for some time, only for Dick to break her heart and admit that he had found someone else.
* The second half of ComicBook/TheButton, where Batman and The Flash manages to return to the Universe and encounter in the flesh again.
** It is shown that the world that they went to has deteriorated ever since Flash went back to the Speed Force, as even though the final moments of seemed to have end, it somehow still clinging on to existence, and it caused [[spoiler: the war between the Atlanteans and the Amazons]] to spread throughout the world whilst causing countless deaths from both sides and ordinary humans alike. It is hinted that the existence of is caused by himself.
** The saddest part is that the [[spoiler: Flashpoint has suddenly become to disintegrate itself, and while it is sad to see characters from side stories of Flashpoint (e.g. Deathstroke and his daughter, Dick Grayson's circus troupe, Lois Lane and the Resistance in the UK etc.) being erased from existence, the final encounter between Thomas & Bruce Wayne is heartwrenching as the former refuses to go with him back to the prime universe, with his last words being to stop being Batman for once, and be a father for Damien Wayne in a way that Thomas couldn't do for Bruce]].
--> : Sometimes we fall son, but always remember, never stay down...We rise
