Jo visits Dunedin, Florida, where she meets Jeff and Rosemarie Uva. Jeff and Rosemarie have two boys; seven-year-old Trevor and four-year-old Travis. Jeff and Rosemarie own and operate their own preschool, and whenever Trevor and Travis visit it, they cause trouble. They bully the other children, swear, and have no respect for their parents or toys. In addition, Trevor is seven years old and does not know how to wipe his own bottom. Can Jo help Jeff and Rosemarie discipline Trevor and Travis?

!! This episode provides examples of:
* AlliterativeName: The older son is named '''Tr'''evor, while the younger one is named '''Tr'''avis.
* TheBully: Whenever Trevor and Travis visit the preschool, they bully the other children, namely throwing sports balls at them. At one point, the other children hide in the playhbouse to avoid getting hit.
* BumblingDad: Jeff is lazy, does not help Rosemarie with disciplining Trevor and Travis, and tends to drop them off at the preschool, where they cause trouble. Rosemarie even tells Jo that any other father would consider themselves lucky to be in Jeff's shoes, sitting at his computer and/or at the table.
* KiddieKid: Trevor is seven years old and does not know how to wipe his own bottom, relying on Rosemarie to help him, while Travis, his younger brother, is four and can wipe his own bottom.
* GoodBehaviorPoints: To help Trevor and Travis curb their swearing habits, Jo implements the Talking Towers technique. For each day the boys go without swearing, another balloon gets added to the tower, and when one tower gets ten balloons, then Trevor or Travis will get a special reward.
* HouseHusband: Jeff retired from being a car salesman after he and Rosemarie acquired a preschool. However, he is extremely lazy and tends to drop the boys off at preschool where they cause trouble, so Jo sets up a routine for him to follow so he can spend more time with the boys and not have to drop them off at the preschool.
* MommasBoy: Trevor is seven years old and expects Rosemarie to wipe his bottom, which Jo points out is a life skill that normal seven-year-old boys are perfectly capable of executing.
* NeverMyFault: Rosemarie blames Trevor and Travis learning swear words on television shows and other people, when it's made very clear that she swears around them. Jo is not fooled one bit.
* SoreLoser: After Jo sets up a routine for Jeff so he can spend more time with Trevor and Travis instead of dropping them off at the preschool. Trevor and Travis play a game of table hockey. When Trevor scores the winning goal, Travis does not take it well, throwing a tantrum and demanding a rematch.
* TrashOfTheTitans: Trevor and Travis' room is extremely messy since neither boy bothers to clean up their toys. Even though Rosemarie cleared a path so Jo could walk through, Jo is still worried that she might accidentally step on some toys and break them as a result. Jo tries to get the family involved with cleaning the boys' room, but the boys aren't very cooperative, so she resorts to toy confiscation, wherein certain toys will be confiscated until the boys prove they can take better care in keeping their room clean.
