* FailedASpotCheck: The man walking his dog who wanders into the Diaz's house through a portal seems to be totally oblivious to the fact he's now indoors and nearly gets his dog to pee on the couch.

** Marco's experience made him much more mature and responsible, as he immediately agrees to walk the Laser Puppies when he returns.

* DistractedByTheSexy: Star fails to hear most of Marco's story about his adventures because she's too busy drooling over his abs.

A series of events on a rainy day lead to Marco grossly abusing Star's pair of Dimensional Scissors, getting the attention of the Scissors Enforcer, Hekapoo. Heckapoo confiscates the scissors, challenging Marco to [[WhenYouCatchThePebble blow out the flame on her head]] if he wants to earn the right to use them again.

When Marco abuses the Dimensional Scissors, the Scissors Enforcer, Hekapoo gives Marco an ultimatum.
