* {{Hypocrite}}: Oliver made a big speech that teams needed trust, and felt that Rene wasn't trustworthy anymore for breaking ranks. However, he didn't seem to grasp that trust was a two-way street, as when he spied on his teammates. The irony is not lost on Dinah, who quits immediately after Rene is kicked out.

Added DiffLines:

* NeverMyFault: Oliver seems to ignore the fact that Dinah and Curtis left the team was because they felt he didn't trust them, which is also the reason that Rene disobeyed orders, resulting in getting kicked off the team.
