He's not formally diagnosed with a personality disorder as he never got psychological treatment (his father refused to get him treated as a child and as an adult Erich doesn't think there's anything wrong with him), but there's clearly something not right with him. It's implied his father had some sociopathic traits too that he passed on to Erich (both genetically and through his behaviour).
