During one notable story arc, Reflector and Dr. Glass teamed up to steal technology in order to enhance their respective equipment. He once threatened to empty out the bank accounts of several Ministers of National Security across the world unless they met his demands; and on another occasion, he blackmailed several upper-class ladies into paying him not to unleash several risque pictures he'd found of them over the Internet.
* TheCracker: In the second incident listed above, Datajack hacked into his victims' cell-phones and got hold of their incriminating pictures that way.

A former TV special-effects consultant who turned to crime for reasons unknown, Mischief is one of Shadow Fox's most recognizable enemies, and is himself an expy of ComicBook/TheJoker.

!!Ghost Wolf
Real name Sakamoto Ryumaru, he was the leader of the Ghost Wolves gang, involved in a shoot-out with members of a rival gang in which Koga Soichiro was unfortunately slain in the crossfire. While Soichiro's sister Michiko worked to see the men responsible for her brother's death prosecuted, Ryumaru sought to quash the case by murdering the one police officer who was trying to pursue the matter; he did this as a warning to Michiko to leave the case alone or else a similar or worse fate would come for her. Unfortunately for him, this proved to be the deciding factor that set Michiko on the path where she would eventually become Shadow Fox, and she systematically took down his gang and got him imprisoned; swearing vengeance for that, Ryumaru donned a similar costume to Shadow Fox's and named himself after his former gang, subsequently beginning a longtime feud with Sogai City's new masked protector.

* CopKiller: Ryumaru and his gang murdered the cop investigating Koga Soichiro's death, as a warning to Michiko to stop trying to get them prosecuted. Unfortunately, that act further bolstered her drive to become Shadow Fox.
* CreateYourOwnHero: Ryumaru, already a vicious criminal even before he became Ghost Wolf, unwittingly created Shadow Fox when he took part in the drive-by shooting that killed Koga Soichiro, and when he later killed the cop who kept supporting Koga Michiko's efforts to get justice for that previous shooting through legal efforts.
* EvilCounterpart: Ghost Wolf is essentially this plus the SpearCounterpart to Shadow Fox. They both wear masks inspired by canine creatures, and both of them are connected by the same tragic event (the death of the Fox's brother in a drive-by shooting in which the Wolf was a participant), but whereas Shadow Fox strives to defend justice and employs DarkIsNotEvil, Ghost Wolf delves deeper into crime while being a walking example of LightIsNotGood.
* GanglandDriveBy: In the back-story, Ryumaru was involved in the one that would claim the life of Koga Michiko's brother Soichiro.
* GenreSavvy: During his preparations to take revenge on Shadow Fox for his numerous defeats at her hands, he sent out spies to observe her movements for a year; they, in turn, reported that she was a DanceBattler. Ryumaru, in turn, took that information and used it, plus Shadow Fox's likely age and the date of her debut, to narrow down the list of potential secret identities for the Fox until he could pinpoint Koga Michiko, who he already knew had it out for him due to his part in her brother's death years before. He then identified Akihiro as the Fox's equipment-supplier, followed him to the Fox's lair, subdued him, and then managed to figure out [[ThePasswordIsAlwaysSwordfish the password for the Fox's computer]], which filled in the rest of the blanks for him.
* HeroKiller: According to Kushina during a brief argument with Shino, Ghost Wolf is one of two members of the RoguesGallery who have come the closest to killing Shadow Fox (the other being Blitz).

* BadassInANiceSuit: As described during a brief narrative of Hinata's copy of the comic series in Chapter 38, Mischief wears a custom-tailored business suit that's designed so as to invoke the appearance of a jester, blue on one side and white on the other, with swirling divides of each color crossing into each other.

The series revolves around Koga Michiko, [[OrdinaryHighSchoolStudent a normal college student]] living in Sogai City...or at least, she ''was'' until the fateful day her younger brother Soichiro was cut down during a drive-by shooting, the result of an ongoing feud between the two gangs whose members were part of the crossfire. After efforts to see the criminals punished through legal means failed, and the one police officer willing to work the case was murdered by one of the gang leaders involved in the shooting, Michiko was approached by an officer who was responsible for manning the police armory, and who happened to have owed the murdered cop a favor; this cop offered her a chance to get justice for herself by using police gear to take the fight to criminals. Not long after, Michiko got inspiration after watching a black fox escape being caught one night...and from there, Shadow Fox was born.

Since her arrival in Sogai City, Shadow Fox has spent much time battling the city's criminal element, in particular her chief nemesis Ghost Wolf, real name Sakamoto Ryumaru, the gang leader whose crew killed Soichiro on that fateful day. He's not the only super-villain in Sogai City, though, as Shadow Fox must also contend with a fairly large RoguesGallery that seeks to take the city apart for various reasons ranging from revenge, to financial profit, to [[ForTheEvulz just because]].

A police officer who works in the Sogai City Police Department's armory, Officer Ashida was friends with the one detective willing to work the case of Koga Michiko's murdered brother Soichiro. When the detective was murdered in an effort to make Michiko drop the case, Akihiro approached Michiko and made a deal with her: he would provide her with an arsenal from the armory, and she in turn would work to bring the guilty party to justice. He gets some exposure in the story's sixth Gaiden chapter, which is set within the ''Shadow Fox'' universe.
