** Either additional magic was used to convince the extra sailors or since it’s [=LeChuck=] we’re talking about, he was able to not only handle the mutineers, but charbroiled any malcontents into ashy smears on the dirt.

** I mean once you've been turned into an undead skeleton, what else are you gonna do? Might as well join up with the only army of the damned in the Carribean, few other people are likely to want to have anything to do with you.

** Actually, if you read the insurance policy, it's under Guybrush's fake Goodsoup family name, which may tie in with the above point of thinking Guybrush was a pseudonym.

** If you select a particular dialog option while Guybrush is talking to Wally, he mentions that Wally is wearing a monocle under his eyepatch.

** As for Stan making business cards, Stan is the kind of guy to be carrying around business cards all the time. He might have just repurposed some he already had on him.

** As of ''Return'', Guybrush states this is proof that [=LeChuck=] doesn't love for Elaine as a person, but as forniture.

* [=LeChuck=] says he turned Big Whoop into an amusement park to recruit more sailors onto his crew of the living dead. His original crew in ''Secret'' might have been convinced to follow him out of loyalty to their captain and/or an indifference to morality in exchange for a kind of immortality, and maybe he could persuade more to sign on voluntarily as he rampaged through the Caribbean - but in ''Curse'', it's pretty obvious that he's now murdering completely unsuspecting and unwilling pirates to beef up his ranks. Maybe a few could be cowed into following him out of fear, as with the two who found his remains and brought him back, but killing all those people and expecting every single one of them to fall in line? Wouldn't at least some of them say "Screw you, you killed us, we're not working for you" and mutiny?

** Did they ever say he was planning to use that specific ring? If so then perhaps he meant to immobilize Elaine long enough to get her to the gates of Big Whoop where he’d apply the curse cure and then zombify her.

* Why was [=LeChuck=] planning on proposing to Elaine with a cursed ring that would turn her into a gold statue? He's a dick, sure, but he genuinely does want to marry her, not have a statue of her.

** Wally is a map maker, meaning he needs to be able to see and draw small details, so it’s possible he’s long sighted, especially in his left eye and uses the monocle for close up work. So the problem isn’t that he’s blind but can’t see enough of the small details to do his work. Not needing to do close up work with small details means he doesn’t need the monocle. Or else he might have some other eye problem that the eye patch helps correct. The best way to treat a lazy eye, is to put a patch on the good eye to make the lazy one work harder, so it could be an attempt to treat that (the fact it doesn’t work on those over 8 might not be known then). Or Wally is just trying to fit in with other pirates.

* What's the deal with Wally's visual impairment? In Revenge, he only has a monocle on his left eye, and becomes blind upon losing it, but in Curse, he has an eyepatch on his left eye and can see just fine. If his right eye works perfectly, why didn't he just close his left eye in order to see better?
* If Blondebeard didn't have any chicken, how was he able to serve a value meal to [=LeChuck=]? Sure, maybe he used ipecac slaw instead of super slaw, but where did he get the drumsticks?
* Stan somehow knows Guybrush's real name, but doesn't seem to care that Guybrush cashes in his life insurance under a false name. What gives?
