Maybe I'm assuming too many things things but when I went to secondary school, we all had usernames and emails for the school's intranet that were given to us by the school. Assuming Sam (the troll) was given a username/email to use by the school, surely the school would have been able to track down who No Face was by looking at No Face's email. I doubt it is an unofficial forum that is not in the school's intranet given the website's URL "staugchoir.org" suggested that it was part of the school's intranet.
