Even though it makes sense that we didn't see the bonus from the first round due to Scully dropping out, it's weird that no mention was made of the bonus Jake should have had from winning the penultimate round. It could be that Amy won bulky bulky run run and so the bonuses canceled out, but it seems unlikely that Amy won any pre-final events given the rest of the dialogue.
