* I get the world has been devastated by the Ulysses disaster, but how does USEA form so freaking quickly, especially for a nation of it's size? They own territories belonging to many countries which would never allow USEA to form without some mass infiltration or perhaps by using some form of {{Mass Hypnosis}} like the PRC, India, and large sections of Russia.
