** The Star Tarot card fits him pretty well; it symbolizes hope, inspiration, positivity, faith, renewal, healing, and rejuvenation.

** In the same episode, during the beginning of the episode you can see a shiny red robot with in the bar. As Space Dandy and his crew were on the different planet, a large robot pops out of the mountain, and it has the exact same red colour and shading on it. It's likely an alternate version of the small robot from the previous universe.

** The description of Cloudians say they go around the universe picking up lonely women and showing them a good time. Which perfectly explains why Honey works at Boobies despite being as intelligent and skilled at fighting as she is. Boobies is entirely frequented by lonely men looking for a good time. And she clearly takes pride in her work.

* Dandy's shown to have some occasional trouble spelling words--the Narrator remarks upon it at one point (''"Drowning in the introspection he couldn't even spell..."''), and when Dandy meets an alternate Dandy, he has trouble spelling his own name. Just another crack at his intelligence? Well, not necessarily; the Space Dandy universe uses its own written language with its own alphabet, meaning the letters most likely don't have the same names or sounds as they do in English. Dandy may just have a hard time switching between English and whatever the standard written language of the universe is--notice the letters he attempts to use to spell his name are all part of the English alphabet.

* Take the song from the recurring explanatory cold intro and strip out everything but the vocals - the result sounds almost reverent - like a hymn. [[spoiler:This exact thing happens during the big reveal in the final episode. Apt, considering what Dandy basically was all along.]]

* [[spoiler: Dandy and the Narrator/God can be seen as foils to each other. The Narrator is wry and somewhat aloof and condescending to the mortal beings of reality; while Dandy is in the thick of mortal dealings and gets along with them just fine, him being a bit goofy but likeable. This is seen in the finale when Dandy and God meet: God is going to restart the universe, but Dandy decides to restore it.]]
* If anyone notices, a star accompanies Dandy wherever he goes, appearing on his clothes, his vehicles, and objects around him. It makes sense that a space adventure hero would have a star symbol, and also it represents how Dandy brings light and life to the lives of people he meets.
** Dandy’s presence makes a mark on his friends too: Meow has a star-shaped patch on his back, and Honey has stars shining in her eyes.
* Dandy, Meow, QT, Honey, Scarlet, are all names that are verbs/descriptions that fit their characters. In-universe, it helps to have a name that fits what you are/do. Out-universe, their names are who they are and it’s simple to use a simple name for a simplistic character.
