** [=PorygonZ=] was the result of modified version of the [[Franchise/{{Digimon}} X-Virus]] made by the Zhat Vash. It's also specualted that the resulting crisis is somehow tied to [[Anime/{{Medabots}} the Ten Days of Darkness]].

** The [[ComicBook/RomSpaceKnight Dire Wraiths]] and the [[WetsernAnimation/Ben10 Anodites]] are native to the Andromeda Galaxy, and have been in conflict due to the former wanting to use the latter's bodies as fuel in their war with the Galadorians. Dire Wraiths are also stated to be the result of Celestials tampering the genetics of Skrulls. The current Dire Wraith homeworld is the result of the former's conquest of [[WesternAnimation/PhineasAndFerb the Meeps]].

** The [[Series/BattlestarGalactica2003 Twelve Colonies of Kobol]] will not only be standing in for the ''Anime/{{Robotech}}''/''Anime/{{Macross}}'' version of Earth, but will also have numerous elements from the Marvel Universe added to it.

** Certain Marvel elements (including the Fantastic Four, Daredevil and Iron Fist) are transplanted to [[VideoGame/FinalFantasyVII Gaea]], along with ''Franchise/TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles'', ''VisualNovel/PhoenixWrightAceAttorney'', and ''WesternAnimation/InvasionAmerica''. The author has also stated that they plan to have the events of ''Series/FallingSkies'' occur there.

* VindicatedByHistory: [[TheAssInAmbassador Rentuv]] turns out to have been onto something about the Vinn and the Trill having a common ancestor.

* EveryoneHasStandards: The rest of the Shield Alliance (except the Ferengi) are disgusted by the Bajorans' oppression of their occupied Cardassian colonies, and work with the Pact and [=TeTO=] to funnel weapons to the Cardassian resistance on those worlds.

** The events of ''Literature/{{Animorphs}}'' appear to be happening on [[WebAnimation/{{RWBY}} Remnant]] instead of one Earth.

* GodGuise: Katie kicks Bastest's ass as part of her initial mission to resurrect Vin and deliver her to the Legends. This leads to an underground religion worshiping the "Ka'tee" spreading among rebel Jaffa and human slaves.

** Bastest's reaction to the System Lords encountering [=TeTO=] is to declare herself neutral in the inevitable war, out of fear leftover from her encounter with Katie.

* UnwantedFalseFaith: Katie's curb-stomping of Bastest inadvertently inspires a religion built around her (as the "Ka'tee") amongst the human slave and rebel Jaffa populations. Later, circumstantial evidence also ties her into the Kuvah'magh prophecy in the eyes of some Klingons.

* SpannerInTheWorks: The Doctor's interference gives the allied forces enough of an edge that the Mekon War is cut considerably shorter than it would have been otherwise, including preempting the Mekon's planned attack on Earth. It later turns out that this is the divergence point between the main timeline and the MirrorUniverse.

** With a joint Conspiracy/Power Ranger team breaking into the Torchwood base on [=ARC3-US=], and a [[spoiler: captive Dalek]] going on a subsequent rampage, Ianto flees as fast as he can.

** The Goa'uld Seth likewise abandoned his hiding on Earth to escape the constant invasions [[spoiler: and eventually ended up on Vulcan]].

** [[spoiler: Katie Marek]], as part of trying to avert her BadFuture, first takes steps to ensure that her parents meet in the first place, guaranteeing her own existence.

* TakeAThirdOption: [[spoiler: After the Citadel Council disbands, the population of the Citadel itself hold a plebiscite over whether to join the asari (and thus the Pact) or the salarians (and by extension, [=TeTO=]). Then Garrus suggests adding an option for independence, which is what ends up getting voted for.]]

** The Klingon Empire goes into decline in the years following the Reaper War, due to being economically and technologically outmatched by all the other powers, with the societal tensions following the Praxis War not helping matters any. [[spoiler: Following their second civil war, they're reduced to the Klingon Republic (a [=TeTO=] protectorate) and the Empire of Kahless (a hermit kingdom).]]

** [[spoiler: The Collector General being destroyed while ''Harbinger'' is still connected to it drives the Reaper completely insane.]]

** KamehameHadoken:

* ResurgentEmpire: [[spoiler: In response to the long decline of the Asari Republics, T'Drak transforms them into an empire, and works hard to rebuild them, turning them back into a galactic power player.]]

** Mormonism becomes the largest Christian denomination after the chaos of the 20th century causes Catholicism to collapse and people turn to the LDS Church due to Salt Lake City being the only Christian religious center that doesn't get damaged by any of the alien invasions. It also does surprisingly well for itself among other species, being shown to be quite popular with the Race, quarians, and asari, among others. Though they do have to make adjustments to the faith depending on the quirks of other species' values and biologizes -- for example, as the LDS Church prohibits same-sex marriages, and asari are all physically female (and the Church doesn't want to forbid asari members from marrying in their own species), asari converts have to declare themselves "officially" male or female so that their marriages aren't ''technically'' same-sex.

** The Legends of Tomorrow are made almost entirely made up of these. Trunks and, Tali, Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn, Blackarachnia and Silverbolt [[Spoiler: Vin and Galen]]

** Eobard Thawne's origin is this, he was inspired to become a hero by reading of Barry Allen's battles with The Reverse Flash, gained access to the Speed Force, and went back in time to become Barry's friend and sidekick. Barry disapproved of Thawne's brutal methods, and a dejected Thawne went to the Flash Museum and was driven mad by the fact the he was destined to be the Reverse Flash.
** The Legends Arceus arc sets one up. Early on in their trip to the past Satoshi, Hanka, and Inara encounter a time displaced Porygon, which Professor Laventon studies. The Monster Makers, the people who created Digimon were inspired do to so by the centuries' old record of a being made of data on [=ARC3-US=], and their successes with early Digimon inspired the creation of Porygon and its line, as well as, indvertently leading to the creation of [=MissingNo=]

* WeCanRuleTogether:Volo tries this on Satoshi Ketchum. It doesn't work.

** When discussing [=MissingNo=] In the Legends Arceus arc Satoshi quotes the poem about the Entity from WebVideo/AtopTheFiurthWall, going so far as to say it was written by a "Lewis something".

* BattleAura: Considering that Saiyans are in this universe this is a given.
* BattleCouple: Benezia and Samus, Diana and Liara, Kauri the Klingon and Mala the Amazon, Steve Rogers/Captain America and Donna Troy.

* BrokenPedestal: Starfire's faith in [=TeTO=] takes a blow after learning that they're allowing Blackfire to stay in power.

* CombinationAttack: [[Literature/MistbornTheOriginalTrilogy Vin]], [[VideoGame/StarWarsTheForceUnleashed Galen Marek]], [[VideoGame/DevilMayCry Dante]], and [[Franchise/PowerRangers Adam Park]] pull one on Lord Drakkon with lasers, lightning and a really strong punch. It didn't finish Drakkon off, but it hurt ''a lot''.

** This story uses the ''Gargoyles'' version, which is presented as not only having been secretly controlling Earth for centuries, but has since expanded to include alien members so it could do the same to the rest of [=TeTO=]. They're so secretive that not even the Conspiracy of Light or Torchwood know they exist, and they have in fact infiltrated the latter.

* KamehameHadoken: Mira unleashes the first of many of the first trope's namer in part four of Shattered Grid.

* AsskickingEqualsAuthority: After the ''Enterprise'' away team easily defeat his elite soldiers, the Roxolani emperor surrenders his entire species to [=TeTO=]. Despite not wanting to be conquerors, they accept the surrender, and the Roxolani become a Race vassal species (due to the Race having experience uplifting less advanced cultures).

* CurbstompCushion: When the Reapers reach the Pokemon planet, Rayquaza flies into the sky to take them on. Despite being unable to beat back dozens of Reapers, Rayquaza manages to not only survive the encounter but take on several of them.
