* Creator/GaryChalk didn't like how Optimus Primal was written in ''WesternAnimation/BeastMachines'', comparing how Primal was there to a cult leader. In fact, every actor ''not'' named "Creator/DavidKaye" hated the DarkerAndEdgier route the show and characters took from ''WesternAnimation/BeastWars''.

** ''WesternAnimation/{{TaleSpin}}'', starring some characters from ''WesternAnimation/TheJungleBook1967'', was a particular old shame, mostly due to [[ScrewedByTheLawyers legal issues surrounding the originally unauthorized use of King Louie]].[[note]] King Louie was played in the movie by jazz singer Louis Prima. When the character appeared in ''[=TaleSpin=]'', his widow sued Creator/{{Disney}} on the grounds that Creator/JimCummings's impression was ''so'' accurate [[ScrewTheRulesImDoingWhatsRight that it gave Prima retroactive rights to the character]]. Bizarrely, she won.[[/note]] However, Disney seems to have gotten over it, giving it a complete DVD release (and putting it on Creator/DisneyPlus), giving Don Karnage an appearance in the ''[[WesternAnimation/DuckTales2017 DuckTales]]'' reboot -- later being joined by the [[KidHeroAllGrownUp now-adult Kit and Molly]] -- and heavily merchandising it alongside its other most popular ''Disney Afternoon'' shows.

** ''All'' of the cast members, including Mr. Lawrence, who co-wrote this episode, really disliked how "One Coarse Meal" turned out. Clancy Brown even stated he felt uncomfortable while reading some of Mr. Krabs' lines because he didn't like Krabs being more of a jerk than usual, if not the outright villain who gets away scot-free.

** ''All'' In a [[http://incoherent-thought.blogspot.com/2010/07/review.html comment]] on his blog, executive producer Vincent Waller said that "The Clash of the cast members, including Mr. Lawrence, who co-wrote this episode, really disliked how "One Coarse Meal" turned out. Clancy Brown even stated he felt uncomfortable while reading some Triton" isn't one of Mr. Krabs' lines his favorites because he didn't like Krabs being more a lot of a jerk than usual, if not the outright villain who gets away scot-free.scenes he found funny ended up getting cut because they made the episode too long.

** "Arthur's Big Hit" is one of Marc Brown's least favorite episodes, due to its BrokenAesop and D.W. not being punished for destroying Arthur's model airplane.

* ''WesternAnimation/DragonTales'' also appears to be something Sesame Workshop wants to forget doing, owing to copyright issues with co-producers Sony. There's little to no mention of it anywhere on their official website, and it doesn't even have an official page.
