The B3 variant of [[VideoGame/VsSonicExe Grimbo]], Jimbo is an alternate version of Shadow.exe and a bootleg character inhabiting a Shadow.exe vessel. He is set to debut in the encore versions of Too Slow, You Can't Run and Triple Trouble.

The [=B3=] variant of [[VideoGame/VsWhitty Whitmore]] who, along with Julian Whitmore, is a wanted criminal that forms the Gunpowder Twins gang. He is also Punky's arch-rival and sworn enemy from a rival gang clash the two wrangled in while Punky was still affiliated with the NKMG.

Whitty was originally going to be the opponent of the new Bargain, where he tries to con Punky into letting him out of jail (and with Punky not buying it), but was scrapped after Bargain's original composer, [=LiterallyNoOne=], requested for him to be removed.

* NoGuyWantsToBeChased: He is hunted down by The Association of New Kalon (TANK) before he is captured and arrested by the end of the week.
* ArtificialHuman: Whitty is a lab-grown genetic mashup of 20% Human, 80% Other.
* CartoonBomb: Whitty's head, of the sphere-with-a-fuse variety. His icon at the bottom of the screen makes it more obvious. His lore mentions that his head is shaped that way because he developed in a specifically-designed caged.
* HarshVocals: Whitty's voice is very low and growling, resembling the sounds of an electric guitar.

The main antagonist of the now-cancelled Luigi's Lunacy DLC. Based off an infamous piece of horror artwork of Luigi, Super Horror Luigi (also known as simply “L” or “Luigi.EXE”) was a demon who worked with Vlad Dearest under protection from The Association of New Kalon (TANK) in the video game industry, before Vlad sealed him in a ''Super Mario Bros.'' cartridge after a severe dispute. Seeking revenge after decades of being trapped, he pulls Bartholomew and Shaya into his world so they can face him and his assortment of colorful characters from across the darkest corners of Mario media... [[MyFriendsAndZoidberg and some not-so-dark corners]]. Nevertheless, he and his friends aren’t letting them go easily.

He serves as the opponent in the songs "[=1T'S-A M3=]", "Superstar Massacre" and "All Stars".

He was also intended to be moved to this mod after the former's cancellation, but was scrapped later. However, after some clarification from Revie herself, Maul has considered bringing him back into the mod.

The B3 variant of Sunky The "…", Punky is a former juvenile delinquent who lost his father (who was thrown into the federal prison death row, where he was later executed) when he was 4 years old, and became the youngest member of the infamous New Kalon Mafia Gang (NKMG) at the age of 10. He was going to be the playable character of the scrapped song Early Bird and is currently set to be an opponent in Milk, as well as a playable character in the new version of Bargain.

* EmptyShell: Implied with Miles; his vocals are more subdued compared to Patch and Ovi Kintobor, and it's taken literally since there's absolutely nothing inside his mouth and eyeholes (excluding his now-sharp teeth).

The B3 variant of [[VideoGame/SonicPcPort Lord X]], King S is the tyrannical king of Moebius Prime who will stop at nothing to claim full rulership of all of New Kalon.

King S was initially pitched for VideoGame/FridayNightFunkinBeTooRemixed but was scrapped at the request of Lord X's creator, [=JoeDoughBoi=], but has now been pitched for this mod. He currently has 3 scrapped songs, namely, "Cyqueers" ([=B3=] Cycles), "Slaverycution" ([=B3=] Execution) and "[=F4T3=]" ([=B3=] Fate). He will also debit in another fanmade spin-off mod, "Reign of Terror: Vs. King S" (which, in itself, is a B3 version of VideoGame/FNFLordXWrath).

* AdaptationalDyeJob: King S went 2 changes during the mod's development. He went from a dull-orange shadow-quilled EXE known as "Baron S" to the King S he is today.
* TyrannicalTownTycoon: King S will stop at nothing to expand his kingdom.

The [=B3=] variant of [[VideoGame/VsSonicExe EXE]], PCX is a demonic entity who was banished from Moebius Prime for his involvement in a conspiracy. This incarnation [[VoluntaryShapeshifting disguises himself as a very imperfect replica of the Green Freak]] to lure his prey in... before exposing himself as the massive monster that he actually is.

Originally pitched for a fanmade mod (which is now scrapped) known as "Vs. Sonic.EXE [=B3=] REMIXED", PCX and all content associated with him were initially made unavailable due to the owner of said mod, Sonic-R Maul, wanting to respect the wishes of Revie_03 regarding her characters in FNF mods. He was also intended to be moved to this mod after the former's cancellation, but was scrapped later. However, after some clarification from Revie herself, Maul has considered bringing him back into the mod.

He has 2 songs, namely "Pretender" ([=B3=] Faker) and "White Moon" ([=B3=] Black Sun), and also the scrapped 3rd song, "[=God SPB3D=]" ([=B3=] God Speed).

* BlackEyesOfEvil: As per usual for Sonic.exe, but this version's eyes are entirely black in his true form. However, in actuality, these aren't pupils, but rather something merely echoing that effect; the "pupils" are actually ''holes''. When they appear to dilate, what's actually happening is that his eyes ''[[EyeScream melt inwards]]''.
* AdaptationalBadass: His faker form gives it away, as it truly seems as if he's emo.
* ClothingAppendage: His [[OneWingedAngel true]] form reveals that his gloves and shoes are just as much a part of him as the rest of his body, as they "meld" into his skin.

* RedEyesTakeWarning: As a sign of intentionally looking…off…his eyes in his faker form have red irises with black pupils.

* OriginalGeneration / TheUnfought: PCX was scrapped twice, one that nearly ended it and one that resulted in his ultimate scrapping. He was made specifically for a fanmade B3 mod, and was even intended to be moved to this mod after the latter's cancellation. However, PCX was scrapped from both mods.
* OneWingedAngel: His true form comes with the power to passively drain your health and prevent you from healing.
* PowerMakesYourVoiceDeep: His voice is relatively high-pitched during "Pretender", but drops several octaves once he reveals his true power in "White Moon".
* ShapeshifterBaggage: His true form is much more giant than his fake form.
* {{Unperson}}: Any mention of PCX was initially scoured clean from the mod beyond his render above; all future songs for him were canceled, and he was never mentioned by name by the remaining developers. As far as the developers are concerned, PCX never existed beyond the render art, and mentioning attempts to bring him back ''would'' be met with ire. However, 2 days after Pretender was posted, this was inverted.
* TheVoiceless: PCX is this once he transforms into his true form. While he does monologue in his faker form, he's a man of little words once his true colours show.

The B3 variant of Sunky The "…", Punky is a former juvenile delinquent who lost his father (who was thrown into the federal prison death row, where he was later executed) when he was 4 years old, and became the youngest member of the infamous New Kalon Mafia Gang (NKMG) at the age of 10. He was going to be the playable character of the scrapped song Early Bird and is currently set to be an opponent in Milk, as well as a playable character in the new version of Bargain.

* BroughtToYouByTheLetterS: His yellow-purple cap has a big purple “P” on it. His signature is also on the brim of his signature cap, and even his T-shirt also gives this away, as it reads “I Occasionally PUNK”, a parody of Sunky’s famous quote “I OCCASIONALLY SUNK.”
* SingingVoiceDissonance: Originally, like any other B3 variant of any character, you would expect Punky to use the default Sunky chromatic, BUT NO. Punky instead has his own chromatic based on Sunk's chromatic in VideoGame/FridayNightFunkinDSides.
* PromotedToPlayable: Is set to be this in the new version of Bargain.
* TheIllegible: WordOfGod has it that Punky is really good at writing in cursive, but is extremely bad at writing in print, explaining the StylisticSuck words on his T-shirt.

In this mod, he is the opponent of the new Bargain, where he tries to con Punky into letting him out of jail (and with Punky not buying it).

* ArtificialHuman: Whitty is a lab-grown genetic mashup of 20% Human, 80% Other.
* CartoonBomb: Whitty's head, of the sphere-with-a-fuse variety. His icon at the bottom of the screen makes it more obvious. His lore mentions that his head is shaped that way because he developed in a specifically-designed caged.
