The Life element is one of the eight original elements in ''Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure''. These Skylanders are typically associated with nature, either controlling the wilderness, having a direct connection to the wilderness, or even being part of the wilderness. Plants and vines are their go-to for attacking.

* DropTheHammer: He has hammers (or "Stumpfists", as the game calls them) instead of hands. The trope name is even his catchphrase.

A living beehive, and home to a peaceful race of bees that create a magical honey. When Kaos heard about the bees and their honey, he sent his minions to steal it, only to get beaten by Bumble Blast. he became a defender of nature, and later joined the Skylanders.

Created by troll experiments, Food Fight led the locan Garden Patrol to victory over their would-be harvesters. After further helping them fend off an invasion of gnomes intent on wrapping the asparagus people in bacon, Food Fight caught the eye of Master Eon.

High Five was not allowed to compete in any dragonfly racing tournaments due to his age, instead having to watch his brother compete for the Trophy of Sparx. One year, trolls stole the trophy, so High Five leapt into action, using his flying skills to take them down. He not only got to win the trophy, but he also got an invation to the Skylanders.

* PowerGlows: [=LightCore=] Shroomboom's slingshot glows.

* DifficultButAwesome: His Series 2 Wow Pow “High Spore” can be problematic too pull off, not because Shroomboom has to leave himself open to load up himself on his slingshot, but because the mushrooms needed for it can’t appear unless he is on a open field that has space for them. If he is in an open field, the power can be pretty darn powerful and useful due to him being harder to hit when he’s bouncing around the mushrooms.

* TheMedic: She makes a reappearance in ''[=SuperChargers=]'' as part of Super Shot Stealth Elf's Soul Gem. Whisper Elf will be giving Stealth Elf a health bonus every time the latter defeats an enemy and is not at full health. This makes Whisper Elf the only Skylander who makes a reappearance in another game outside of being fully playable in said game and not being an [=NPC=] like some Skylanders became one game later in ''Imaginators''.

* SpectacularSpinning: Her Arboreal Acrobatics ability has been replaced with the ability to spin around her Gatling gun. Unlike her original ability, now this ability can damage enemies without having to pick a specific upgrade path.

* StuffBlowingUp: Camo's secondary attack is to lay down a vine of exploding ''peppers'', while he can also release a ring of exploding melons with his tertiary attack. Each upgrade path focuses on a particularly plant: his pepper path lets him send out vines of exploding peppers quicker, while his melon path lets him send more melons.

* EquipmentUpgrade: She has two seperate upgrades for making her daggers more powerful. The first one is the second purchasable upgrade "Dragonfang Dagger", while the second one "Elven Sunblade" is only available if the Pook Blade Saint path is chosen. Her Series 3 counterpart does get new daggers once her new Wow Pow is bought, but they don't make her attacks any stronger and is mostly just there for show.

* FlyingWeapon: The last upgrade on her Pook Blade Saint path is called "Shadowsbane Blade Dance", which causes four blades to fly beside around her and help her cause more damage to enemies. They also turn her tertiary attack from a non-attack roll move into something that can actually deal damage.

** SuperSpeed: The "Speed" stat icon is literally an image of her running. And in terms of card stats, all of her figures have speed as their highest.
