She still shares it with her followers, but thanks Casey for giving her the option.

* ScrewTheRulesIHaveMoney: Leland has the belief that he can get everything in life by buying it or bribing his way up, even his health. After being told that he could get just a few extra years of life with a kidney transplant [[note]]Which involves getting in a waiting list for organ donors[[/note]]. Ethan and Casey have doubts over how much it cost (economically and morally) Lelandto get that kidney so quickly.
