* UnknownRival: She's the most recent girl to harbor a crush on Tomoki, and as such, starts to view all the other interested girls as rivals for his affections, even though she hasn't interacted with any of them and they're all clueless about her feelings. Of note is that she until Mako informed her they were siblings, she believed ''Tomoko'' was her biggest rival, who doesn't even know she exists at all.

* MatchmakerFailure: To her credit, she tries really hard to make Tomoki and Akari hook up but all of her attempts do nothing but to make both parts unconfortable and turn each of them against her. At worst, her attempts have backfired to make Tomoki think worse of Akari already.
* MatchmakerCrush: After her AccidentalKiss Sayaka seems to have also developed a crush on Tomoki, warning Akari that if she goes too slowly she might steal him from her and crying when Yuri bluntly tells her that Tomoki seems to hate her.

** Said aggressiveness also made her OnlyFriend Akari to hate her as well, though Akari is more internal about it and therefore doesn't display them towards Sayaka.

* GreenEyedMonster: She shows intense jealousy when she realizes that Minami is hanging out with Futaki and when the two finally make up she explicitly tells Minami to not bring Futaki around whenever they meet. She later displays resentment towards Masaki for cozying up to Tomoki, whom Sachi has begun to develop a crush on.

* HiddenDepths: It's very heavily implied that she's much more melancholy than she lets on and her bitchiness is at least in part a means of feeling better about herself while trying to maintain the image of being cool and aloof.

* LoveAtFirstSight: It only takes Tomoki sitting with her once[[note]]Because she was sitting in a place he usually goes to for privacy[[/note]] and exchanging a few words[[note]]Mostly to make sure she wasn't in the same classroom as his sister, where he's convinced all the crazy people go[[/note]] for Sachi to become yet another girl to develop a crush on him.

* FailedASpotCheck: She is incredibly dense when it comes to understanding what Tomoko and Tomoki's relationship is. She views the former as a possible rival for the latter's affections, but hasn't caught on that they're siblings despite knowing ''they both have the same surname''.

* HorribleJudgeOfCharacter: Was under the impression that ''Tomoko'', of all people, was a kind and thoughtful senior looking out for her when in reality, the older girl was apathetic to Shizuku at best and was only hanging out with her to hear some spicy stories about her sex life. Though she's eventually proven somewhat correct as Tomoko does try to give her advice and spend time with her even though Tomoko stands to gain nothing from it.

* StockShoujoBullyingTactics: A recurring victim of this. Chapter 132 reveals that she's ignored by her girl classmates, who are jealous of her popularity with boys. This also happened to her back in middle school, as her friends abandoned her when she started getting along with the boys. [[spoiler:Likewise, Tomoko's friends do not welcome Shizuku with open arms when they find out that she tries to befriend Tomoko; Yuri ignores her, Hina creeps her out, and Ucchi intimidates her. In chapter 142 Kotomi openly badmouths Shizuku after the latter showed some interest in Tomoki.]]

* BewareTheNiceOnes: While normally kindhearted, but she can get pretty scary when pushed too far. When [[spoiler:Sayaka accidentally kisses Tomoki]] enters into a state of TranquilFury where she completely brushes aside her friend's tearful apologies and expressing desires to punch and kill her.

* NiceGirl: [[spoiler: When straight out asked about Kotomi by Tomoki, she thinks for a moment of admitting that she thinks Kotomi is perverted but sympathizes too much with her affection for Tomoki to actually do so. She instead tells him that Kotomi is a really innocent girl.]]

* ObliviousToHatred: She has no idea how much Tomoki has grown to hate both her and her aggressive pushes to get him and Akari together.

* KnightOfCerebus: Downplayed given the tone of the series and that she still has enough comedic moments. But she's so far the only character whose threat is taked seriously and her chapters are commonly taked more serious that the usual. She's also stand up as the only jerkass character in the series whose negative traits aren't PlayedForLaughs.

* TheShameless: Fuuka shoes herself to be this once she develops her rivalry with Tomoko. She pretends to be knowledgeable and experienced in all things related to sex just to rub the latter's insecurity about her virginity in her face, going so far as to spread rumors about herself being a total nympho. She doesn't appear to know or care that she's ''destroying'' her previously stellar reputation at school just to one-up a single awkward girl.
