* AdultFear: His entire character consists of this. He grooms underage girls by giving them false promises of a glamorous and lavish lifestyle, only to have them drugged and most likely raped.

* ColdBloodedTorture: He uses a syringe to kill the witness, which would cause an overdose and slowly kill her. Luckily, the police come just in time.
* CruelAndUnusualDeath: See above.

* ManOfWealthAndTaste: His house is absolutely huge and beautiful, always wearing very luxury clothes, and always does his deals in a luxury restaurant.

A rare villain in the season who isn't a career criminal, and is in fact just a regular person with a tragic backstory.

* AlasPoorVillain: She tells her backstory and motive before her death; she was raped as a teenager for over an hour, with no one helping her. She then committs suicide instead of killing Lena.
* FauxAffablyEvil: She doesn't have a very good facade at the beginning, but it gets better later.

* TheyLookJustLikeEveryoneElse: Doesn't really seem all that dangerous, if at all.

* AssholeVictim: Gosh it's satisfying to see him finally being arrested. The son of a bitch tries fighting it as well.
* CardCarryingVillain: He admits that he doesn't care if the cerium he is smuggling blows up and kills the people he is smuggling.
* HateSink: He has absolutely no redeeming qualities and only cares about using vulnerable people so that he can earn even more money.

The titular monster who is a wealthy taxi driver, but has a personal vengeance against Sture Anderson, who works at a bomb group, but both of them have a dark past, kind of, not really. Gert was raised by his father to think that Sture destroyed the entire family when his current wife broke up with him and started dating Sture, leading Gert into becoming vengeful for his father.

* ItsPersonal
* ManOfWealthAndTaste: If it isn't obvious enough yet, he seems to live the perfect life other than having a personal vengeance against one of the protagonists.
* ObviouslyEvil: Mostly due to his eyes, which are very cold. He is almost always staring, as well.

Gavling's right-hand man and an unnamed mercenary, despite being a major antagonist of season 1.

* AssholeVictim: Gunvald picks him up, and he looks shocked. No one cares.
* ColdBloodedTorture: See Gavling's entry.

* SerialKiller: More of one than Gavling, since he's the one doing everything for him, while Gavling is behind and doing absolutely nothing.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: He gets caught by Gunvald, and that's the last we see of him.

The leader of a cult full of kids (other than her) who play a third-person shooter game, and tries doing it in real life. They turn off the lights late at night in random subways, and then kill random people.

* AffablyEvil: Surprisingly helpful for the police despite being the leader of a vicious cult.
* FinalBoss: The final villain of the season, along with her cult. She isn't much of a threat by herself, however.
* SerialKiller: Kills random, innocent people.

* AxCrazy: Definitely, no doubt. He kills and tortures for fun, blows up an entire building because he thinks that the explosion will be fun to look at, and believes himself to be invincible. What an abomination.

* BadBoss: During the middle of the episode, when Santos starts realizing that Dag is an absolute monster, he starts talking back to Dag. Dag doesn't like this, and threatens to kill him.
* ButHeSoundsHandsome: When Gunvald is looking for Dag in his house, Dag has just come home. Gunvald says that the house is pretty fancy, which is before he knows that the person he is talking to is Dag. Once he does realizes it, he grabs Dag and throws him down the stairs.

* CopKiller: Six times, actually.

* FauxAffablyEvil: He has a pretty sophisticated personality, naturally, since he's a well-earning criminal, which doesn't stop him from committing borderline-terrorism.

* PsychopathicManchild: At the end, where he is torturing Gunvald, he becomes very childish as if Gunvald is a toy.
* SerialKiller: He's a criminal who kills more people than the standalone serial killers themselves do, which is saying something.
* TheSociopath: One of the few villains in the series who has no redeeming qualities, not even a tragic motive, hell, he's not even a KnightTemplar!

One of Dag's associates, and arguably the nicest of them.

* AffablyEvil: He constantly tries making the deal between the trio as normal as possible.

* AffablyEvil: He's never done a crime before in his life, which is probably the reason for this.
* EvilIsHammy: His talking is quite over-the-top, to say the least.

A young woman working at a store, who is behind the murder of the victim of the episode.

* AlasPoorVillain: When she is discovered by the police to be the murderer, she shows her true colors, and tries committing suicide by jumping down from the balcony. Luckily, the police come right in time to stop her.
* AxCrazy: The scene where she is trying to commit suicide is quite disturbing since previously in the episode she was only happy and cheerful.
* TheDogWasTheMastermind: Yeah, innocent young woman in her 20s who is happy the entire episode and works at a store, suddenly during the final scene she is a completely insane maniac. Believable.

A serial rapist who lures victims by putting ads on different items that he offers them to buy.

* AlasPoorVillain: He goes home, greets his mom a final time, and committs suicide, knowing that he would never be able to escape the police. His mom starts crying, and even Martin sheds a tear.
* ColdBloodedTorture: Before raping his victims, he puts them through torture.
* FreudianExcuse: He was born when serial rapist Rune Fjällgård raped his mom. This is what causes him to become one himself.
* FauxAffablyEvil: Uses a facade in order to lure victims, telling them to buy his sofa, only to kidnap and rape them later.
* PsychopathicManchild: Very unstable, behaves like a child.
* SerialKiller: Serial rapist.

Jesper's biological father and a former serial rapist, and the main reason why Jesper is like he is.

* BadassLongcoat: Wears a yellow trenchcoat, which definitely does look badass.
* EvilOldFolks: Apparently he was in his 50s during his last rape.
* NotMeThisTime: Gunvald insults and abuses him during interrogation due to being a former serial rapist, despite being innocent. Gunvald doesn't believe him one second.
* SmallRoleBigImpact: Has a mere two minutes of screentime, yet the role is the actor's most famous role, mostly due to Gunvald's iconic insults being thrown during the scene.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: He is never seen again after being freed from interrogation.

A woman who desperately wanted a child, so while she was on a trip in Germany with her husband, she kidnapped a girl in order to get a daughter.

* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: She genuinely cares for the girl she kidnapped, treating her like a biological daughter.
* FauxAffablyEvil: Her key personality trait is that she appears to be kind but in reality she is about as cold as a human can be.

The owner of a game club where people who don't pay can get into really sticky situations, often getting killed in the end.

* AssholeVictim: Not even his own henchmen care about him being arrested.
* BadassLongcoat: A black one, more specifically.
* FourEyesZeroSoul: Often wears glasses, which actually only makes him more intimidating rather than using nerd glasses.
* LackOfEmpathy: He doesn't care who owes him money; he'll still kill them.
* ObviouslyEvil: He wears a black coat, wears glasses, and overall looks intimidating. Totally a nice guy.

The criminal mastermind and BigBad of the episode, he is an extremely wealthy artist who at first looks like someone who is equally as sophisticated as Commissioner Hans Sperling, but is later revealed to be something completely different.

* AssholeVictim: Generally, seeing an old villain dying is portrayed as sympathetic; this time it definitely isn't, and seeing his body just lying in his pool is a wonderful thing.
* AxCrazy: Quite an unstable individual who masks his insanity with a cold facade.
* CorruptCorporateExecutive: Not really corporate executive, but he is a wealthy artist and in-universe is probably one of the wealthiest in the world.
* DiabolicalMastermind: He nearly gets away with his murders due to having huge amounts of bodyguards and not allowing Sterling and Gunvald to have their phones on, which makes it hard for the police to track him. In fact, them catching him is a big ex-machina anyway, and in real life, they would probably never be able to catch him.
* FatBastard: He's quite old and also very wealthy, so pretty much naturally.
* SerialKiller: Despite being quite old, he does all of the eight attempted murders directly.
* OhCrap: Once he stops talking like a NiceGuy, Sterling knows that he isn't in a very good situation.

A trio of teenagers (Mehmet Askari, Lasse Dahlgren, Stefan Radzik) who compete on who can rape the most people.

* AffablyEvil: Mehmet is quite helpful to the police, helping them find Lasse and explaining how Stefan died.
* DeadpanSnarker: Mehmet. During his first interrogation, he says "no" six times or so in a row, probably not even listening to the questions.
* FauxAffablyEvil: Lasse on the other hand is generally unpleasant.
* KickTheDog: All of their rapes are this, only raping and killing innocent young girls who they know through parties and stuff.
* MotiveRant: Mehmet gives one during his second and final interrogation when he realizes that what he is doing is wrong.
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: Mehmet feels bad for all of his victims at the end of his final interrogation, helping the police with finding Lasse and explaining how Stefan died; [[spoiler: one of Stefan's victims' parents went berserk when they realized what he did with their daughter, so they ran over him with their car]].
* SerialKiller: Group of serial rapists.
* TeensAreMonsters: They're around 15-17 years, yet they are all serial rapists, huh.
* WeHardlyKnewYe: Stefan has no dialogue at all, and his only personality is that he rapes people and is a member of the gang.

The bad boy of the school two girls who were found dead went to, also a gang leader and drug dealer who previously posted a nude photo of one of the dead girls named Jiyan, causing her to be bullied.

* ArsonMurderAndJaywalking: His arrest isn't because he sent the nude photo of Jiyan, but because he stole smartphones from other students.
* AssholeVictim: The bully almost everyone has meet sometime in their life - why wouldn't it be satisfying seeing him get arrested?
* TheBully

A sadistic pedophile who lures girls on chatrooms by posing as someone named "Nadja", and says in the chat that this Nadja knows a talented photographer who has worked with all sorts of famous models, he's the one who's supposed to be the photographer. However, once he's got the victims, he starts pulling their clothes of an harassing them.

* SerialKiller: He doesn't always kill his victims, but he still always comes close to raping them, at the very least.
* TheSociopath: Other than Dag, Anders is the very definition of a sociopath; using fake emotions in order to fit in. He could be seen as a psychopath also however, due to his manipulative nature.
* TheyLookJustLikeEveryoneElse: He looks like any everyday guy, and his name is common as hell in Sweden.

Jiyan, one of the two victims in the episode's gymnastics trainer, who has a dark secret. He has a sexual relationship with some of his students.

* AffablyEvil: Even when he's discovered to be a big contribution to why Jiyan committed suicide, he keeps a good attitude and accepts his arrest, although he does state that Jiyan actually was the one who started.

The leader of EJM, a group of eco-terrorists who's next goal is to blow up a big power plant in Sweden, just to show how easy it is to do.

* BigBad: Of ''Eye of the Storm''.
* ContrastingSequelAntagonist: Most of the previous criminals have either just been regular criminals or serial killers, George is the leader of a huge terrorist group who has been over the entire world.
* {{Hypocrite}}: His goal is to prove how easy it is to do terrorist crimes, yet he uses all possible resources he has to do it.
* KnightTemplar: While initially a WellIntentionedExtremist, he goes too far after a while, to the point of fully understanding himself that what he is doing is wrong, he simply doesn't care.
* ShutUpKirk: He does have a point after Kim Reeshaug starts saying that he's evil, George responds with saying that she was the one who started the plans.

One of the most brutal and sadistic serial killers of the series, Stark was falsely accused of murdering his roommate Stella, being imprisoned for a lifetime. However, he was freed after nine entire years due to being deemed innocent, but he wanted to give the punishment a meaning.

* ContrastingSequelAntagonist: To George. George is the leader of a huge terrorist-cult, while Stark is just a regular serial killer with some intelligence.
* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: He has a scene where he visits his mom at the hospital, which may or may not be interpretated as this.
* MakeItLookLikeAnAccident: He kills the person he was hiring the apartment from where he would carry out the killings, framing him for the murders and faking a suicide.
* SerialKiller: One of the only true serial killers in the series with no other alignments (such as being a criminal who kills lots of people).
* SoftspokenSadist: Never raises his voice, but always very sadistic.

Successful businessman who is also extremely xenophobic and borderline-genocidal.

* AssholeVictim: Hateable to the core.
* FauxAffablyEvil: Doesn't show his true nature until the end.
* {{Hypocrite}}: If he just would have kept his opinions to himself or maybe even taken political action instead of killing the immigrants, maybe he would be better than them.
* KnightTemplar: He justifies his killings by stating that immigrants are dirty parasites, and will cause an invasion... how ironic.
* {{Sadist}}: While the present-time-murders aren't very sadistic, the flashback scene that is shown when Tomas is killing Santos presents Tomas as an absolute lunatic of a sadist.
* SerialKiller: He only kills immigrants for power...

* HateSink: Very much so.

* CainAndAbel: While he's a terrorist, his brother is about as bright as someone can get. [[spoiler: Before Kasam kills him, of course...]]
* FreudianExcuse: It is true that he was brainwashed by another fanatic, and that he actually did have a future before being so, although at the end it means almost nothing.
* SerialKiller: Subverted, but not for the better. In fact, he is one of the few criminals in the series to reach (attempted) mass murder, others include the criminal trio in ''The Price of Revenge'' and George Robinson in ''Eye of the Storm''.
