One of the academy's professors, teaching Magical Astronomy/Astrology. In reality, she is the legendary witch known as Shiny Chariot, who inspired a young Akko into becoming a witch. While the regular world sees her as a grand witch, the magic world sees her as an insult to witchcraft and magic. She quickly becomes attached to Akko and becomes her mentor figure in order to guide her on her quest to become the witch of her dreams.
