A gigantic zombie rat
that could be used lives in the Thugtown sewers. Once an ordinary sewer rat, Mickey grew to secretly an immense size and gained an enormous appetite after consuming zombie poison that leaked into the ingredients for moonshine, thus justifying the goals of Prohibition and depriving the [[TheMafia Mafia]] of the illegal alcohol trade. After the project was terminated, the scientist was left with nothing to his name except an abandoned sewers from a secret underground laboratory laboratory. During the 1928 Thugtown Incident, it encounters Vinnie in Thugtown's the sewers and dozens attempts to make a meal out of barrels of zombie poison. Sometime later, he was approached by a local gangster named Frankie the Fly...him...



* AngryAnimalisticGrowl: When it sees Vinnie for the first time, Mickey gives an ear-piercing growl just before it attacks.
* TheCameo: In 1944, its skeleton can still be found in the Thugtown sewers, its giant size serving as a reminder of what zombie poison can do.
* FlunkyBoss: Other mutated rats sometimes join Mickey in its hunts.
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: It is named after WesternAnimation/MickeyMouse, a particularly famous (and much friendlier) rodent.
* RaisingTheSteaks: It is a zombie animal and one of the deadliest creatures that resulted from the effects of the zombie poison.
* RedEyesTakeWarning: Its eyes seem to glow red when it's on the attack.
* RodentsOfUnusualSize: This particular zombie rat is the largest of its mutated kind, being the size of a small truck.
* ZombiePukeAttack: Besides attempting to maul Vinnie to death, Mickey also spits blobs of acid, sometimes even a continuous stream of them.
* YouDirtyRat: It is a giant hungry rat, and looks particularly mean, ugly, and diseased as a result of mutation by the zombie poison.

The Don of the Belluccio mob and the owner of the luxurious Belluccio Tower, one of Thugtown's tallest buildings. Having thrived on the illegal alcohol trade during the Prohibition years, the Belluccios have become very wealthy and gained control over the northern half of Thugtown, with the Bonninos as their only serious rivals. During the 1928 Thugtown Incident, Mr. Belluccio decides that the only way to escape his now-doomed hometown is to use his blimp. Unfortunately for him, the blimp's pilot, Frankie the Fly, went missing during the chaos.
