Jack, Shelly, Buffy, and Dozer Junior, a set of newborn tortools that are part turtle, part airbrush, that imprint on Dozer and are often seen visiting with him.

* ChekhovsBoomerang: Ty uses the "have the tortools paint him in camouflage so he can sneak past predators" plan in their eponymous debut episode and again in "Lair".
* {{Imprinting}}: Imprinted on Dozer, and still seem to see him as a father figure even after they find their real parents.
* MeaningfulName: Shelly, because tortools have shells, Buffy, because the tortools are equipped with buffers, and Jack because the tortools are equipped with vehicle jacks.
* RidiculouslyCuteCritter: They even talk in chirps.

An easy-going nomadic Dozeratops that has a knack for crossing paths with the other dinotrux.

* AerithAndBob: With most Trux named after what they are or do, George stands out as having an ordinary name.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: In Season 4 we finally get to see him get good and pissed off, and he gives Blayde a NoHoldsBarredBeatdown when she knocks Garby over. Then he sheepishly says he apparently has more anger issues than he thought.
* BerserkButton: When Garby is in charge of the garage, and he and several other [=DinoTrux=] build a wall to keep out D-Structs, which George likes. The sight of the wall crumbling down thanks to Blade makes the usually calm and friendly George angry, and seeing Blade attacking Garby sends him into a rampage as he fights her off.
* ContrivedCoincidence: The Dinotrux always seem to find him on their travels just in time to save him from some peril. This is somewhat downplayed as he is fairly resilient and patient, and has usually been stuck in the situation he's found in for weeks before anyone showed up.
* CosmicPlaything: He seems to wander aimlessly and just goes with whatever dangerous situations he gets into as a result.
* NotActuallyTheUltimateQuestion: Has a tendency to wax philosophically in response to even the simplest of questions.

Additional Scraptools that work for D-Structs, generally serving under Skrap-It.

* AerithAndBob: With all the Scraptools named after destroying things, Lloyd stands out for having a normal name.
* ColorCodedForYourConvenience: While they do have some minor physical differences from each other, they are probably more easily distinguished by their colored highlights; Break-Itt has lime green, Smash-Itt has dark green and Lloyd has red.
* EvilCounterpart: Although they don't particularly map to anyone, they exist mostly so that the Scraptools can equal the Reptools in number.
* GoodColorsEvilColors: Although they are ColorCodedForYourConvenience, their colored accents are rather small and extremely muted compared to any of the more heroic characters.
* TheGuardsMustBeCrazy: They are rather incompetent as guards and are notoriously easy to distract with scrap or by making them fight each other.
* LawOfChromaticSuperiority: Of the three of them, Llyod is the red one and the one who seems most in charge of the other two, to the point where he occasionally fights with Skrap-It over who is the "Head Scraptool".
* MyNaymeIs: As the credits make clear, even though Break-Itt and Smash-Itt follow the same naming convention as Skrap-It, the "It" in their names are spelled with two T's while Skrap-It is spelled with one T.
* OddNameOut: Lloyd is the only Scraptool of the main trio whose name doesn't fall under the "<word for destroy>-It(t)" naming scheme.
* SurroundedByIdiots: Lloyd often feels this way about Break-Itt and Smash-Itt.
* YouAllLookFamiliar: Any time a scene calls for a large number of Scraptools, it is these three that are copied, leaving Skrap-It unique.

Another T-Trux, and the older brother of D-Structs. He's stronger, bigger, and smarter than D-Structs. His plans are more complicated, more unpredictable, and way better planned than those of D-Structs.

* BadPeopleAbuseAnimals: His treatment of the Dreadtrux counts as this, as he doesn't give her food unless he says so, uses fear and intimidation to keep her under his control, and smacks her with his tail several times when he realizes it's harder to control her because he and D-Structs are out of purple ore, which is the only food on her diet.
* BewareMyStingerTail: He's got a claw of drills on the end of his tail!
* FauxAffablyEvil: While he has a fiercer attitude than his brother, he may ''seem'' to have a friendlier demeanor than him, but it turns out to be nothing more than him being venal and manipulative. He manages to pressure him into co-ruling the Crater alongside him, and eventually, remorselessly insults him by saying that he's "always been weak".
* GoodScarsEvilScars: He is missing a horn and has a large gash on his face as a result of a rockslide that was partially D-Structs' fault.
* SiblingTeam: Was one with D-Structs back in the day, and while D-Structs is hesitant to team up again, he eventually pressures him into it.
* HornsOfVillainy: Sports a pair of horns on his head, which makes him look somewhat like a ''Carnotaurus''.
* UncertainDoom: It's unknown what happened to D-Stroy following the final battle, though it's possible that he was crushed to his death by the collapsing tunnel or even killed by the Dreadtrux for his mistreatment.

* MadeOfIron: Just like the Scraptoes, they can survive being beaten up.

* TooDumbToLive: They are just as bad at learning that the DinoTrux could kill them as the Scraptors are.

* MadeOfIron: They suffer really big beatings from the DinoTrux, but they somehow still survive it.

* TooDumbToLive: They could suffer a big beating from the DinoTrux and they don't learn that the DinoTrux could potentially kill them.
