* A minor one in the very first episode, before the opening credits have even rolled: After Lehzen tells her of her uncle's death, Victoria ''immediately'' got up, went down the stairs (without holding anyone's hand, as had been compulsory under the Kensington System), and met with the Parliament ministers who formally informed her, without even bothering to get dressed in anything more than her shift.
* Lord Melbourne talking the Tories into keeping him as PM to keep Conroy and Cumberland from forming a regency.
* The [[CoolTrain 2-2-0 Planet]]. Prince Albert and Sir Robert Peel form a Bromance over it. And [[spoiler: even [[NotSoAboveItAll Victoria]] eventually wants a ride]]!
* Sir Robert Peel getting the other Tories to agree to name Albert regent for his child in case Victoria dies in childbirth. Why? Because Robert Mother-courting Peel says so! Yeah!
* After providing an heir to the throne, Victoria utters, "Did you really think I'd let ''Cumberland'' be King?". He can't get it now.
*In what is basically his EstablishingCharacterMoment as TheSocialExpert, Lord Palmerston is able to scare a mob of angry Chartists out of attacking the Duchess of Monmouth both by his ''mere presence'' and by a few polite words.
* Lord Palmerston gives the "Civitas Romanus Sum" speech to Parliament, in defense of his handling of the Don Pacifico Affair.
* The Great Exhibition at the end of season 3 features several:
** Albert ''finally'' getting the exhibition that he spent several episodes planning and building, thanks to the Crystal Palace.
** Abigail Turner gives Penge a TheReasonYouSuckSpeech over his constantly looking down on Brodie and believing him to be incapable of true feelings.
** Penge himself gives the misogynistic Duke of Monmouth a "The Reason You Suck" Speech of his own.
