Xander77: Changed "Famous Israeli things include hummus, the Desert Eagle, and its unique cultural practices, which are partly inherited from Jewish traditions in Europe and the United States", replacing "United States" with "Middle East". You get inflow of immigrants from Europe to Israel and the United States, and from the Middle East to Israel, but there's very little immigration from the United States to Israel. Any shared traditions between American and Israeli Jews come from common European ancestry.
