Does it count as parent service if an attractive character is clearly underage? Sometimes even the age of the target demographic? I mean, if a dad is watching Sailor Moon with his 13-year-old daughter so that he can ogle the 13-year-old scouts, there's something ELSE implied there...
- Yes it does. Obviously. It's not like they look thirteen.
- Well keeping the Sailor Scouts as an example, they DO run around in costumes based on middle school uniforms and Moon has elaborate pigtails.
So... why was this split off of Parental Bonus?
