Sam Curt: I want some guidance over the application of this trope— it appeared that many examples of Older Than They Look can be moved here as reason has been given for their status. But does that make them Can't Grow Up?
Earnest: Only if A. they appear to be children and B. They won't naturally age into adulthood.
