Wulf: Similar, different. This is just uniform modifications, that one is not even bothering with the same uniform as the rest of your team, either because you're too high ranking or not technically a member.
Johnny E: I'd say they're named the wrong way round... A uniform with modifications is "customised", but still "a uniform", whereas wearing something completely other fits the phrase "nonuniform uniform" rather better in my opinion (the page quote fits it as well)
Wulf: The way I see it, a Custom Uniform seems more like "Lookie, I made my own uniform!" while a Nonuniform Uniform seems more like "Well we've all got uniform, but they're not all the same."
