Working Title: Eyes Match Hair: From YKTTW

Hazel: Brown and black definitely don't count, because they're both normal and common. Yes, black eyes are common, they're not significantly less black than "black" hair which also just has huge amounts of melanine, a pigment that's "technically" brown. My point is, in most cases in fiction, this only applies when the color is weird for either hair or eyes, or for both. Red eyes are weird, blue hair is weird, pink is pretty damn weird for both. Black isn't weird for either, unless there's some other modifier, such as no sclera.

Pro-Mole: Out with...

  • Vaarsuvius from Order Of The Stick, apparently.
    • Says who? O_o V's eyes glow pink because his/her magic is pink, similar to all other angry spellcasters in OotS.

If this isn't Natter, I don't know what is. But the point is valid.

  • For some reason, having red eyes is considered okay for artificially created mutant girls, but blue or green hair? That's just right out.
    • It's because her pinkish eyes were going to be sort of albino-red; But then, the other ones' eyes match their clothes, too, and brown and/or albino-red would just be dull color choices... (Although Bunny's purple eyes are rare to occur in real life, they do.) And remember, the red is always the leader!

Keeping it simple: the eyes match the outfit, not the hair. 'Twas only a coincidence.
