Freezer: To explain the Dan DeCarlo line: he's a long-time artist for Archie Comics and his style is considered the default for how Archie and the gang should look. He's also infamous on the convention circuit for drawing nudes of his characters (including Josie & The Pussycats and Sabrina The Teenage Witch). Also, the prevailing rumor is that he draws his comic panels with nude figures, then draws the clothes on top of them. ...Or So I Heard.
Would Rosario vampire count? I seem to recall an episode where Yukari was made older and Moka noticed that she wasn't wearing a bra and that her nipples were poking through her shirt.
