I wouldn't say he's a Hate Sink. Sure, he's deliberately annoying, but so is Jar Jar in The Phantom Menace, and Jar Jar isn't a Hate Sink.

I'm saying that he isn't supposed to be hated, he's just supposed to be annoying (like Green Lantern).

Well, his interactions with Superman (Superman even says "I super hate you.") seem to make him a Hate Sink instead of The Scrappy. Superman did ask for kryptonite when he realized that his place in the Think Tank was right next to Green Lantern. The movie is not merely making him annoying, but mocking him, so I say a Hate Sink.

Is it just me, or is Green Lantern The Scrappy? I disliked him in the movie, and I talked to others who saw it, and they agreed. I'm looking for feedback to make sure I don't add him as The Scrappy without making sure first.
